There was no food service except snacks and beverages
It was excellent - the flight attendants were great and it was extremely comfortable. Would fly with you again anytime.
The whole flight was great.
the 24 hour delay wasn't Qantas' best performance but it wasn't a big hassle for us
Boarding at Vancouver was poorly managed
Pros: "The entrainment was a really good selection, and when the systems were faulty, they rebooted then to make sure we had our entertainment back. Thank you! Also the food selection was very good. Having a salmon dinner was heavenly and healthy for me."
Cons: "The seats were not as comfortable as some on your other Qantas airplanes. Maybe we had outdated ones? Either way you're getting better on the design. Keep up the improvements! :)"

Cons: "Arrival at Terminal 3 at Perth Airport was a real disappointment. It took more than an hour to get through passport control and customs. Woefully understaffed and exhausting after flying from Heathrow and arriving at 11.45pm. Makes me think twice about flying qantas into Perth"

Was frustrated with the poor response of Sydney airport go manage an obvious failure of their baggage handling system. No fallback procedure was activated(manual for eg) to actually progress baggsge hangling even for those with connections to make. Disappointed and embarrassed by the defensive attitudes of staff who were given no Support by mgt of either airport or airline."
Pros: "Great flight on the 787 Dreamliner and the crew were fantastic. I wish I could say the same thing for Baggage services. I have a business meeting tomorrow morning and presently they can't even reconcile their own Baggage Receipt number! I expect more when travelling (and paying) for business class."

Pros: "Seriously, in all my years of flying this was the best experience I've ever had - and that includes comparing my Economy ticket at Qantas to previous First Class flights with Delta and US Air. Very coordinated, very well setup and prepared. The stewards were wonderful. Food and service outstanding through the entire 13hr flight."

Pros: "This was the plane flown to and from Brisbane apparently. It's one of the oldest in their fleet. The economy seats were significantly smaller than our flight from Melbourne and the premium economy and business were not as nice either. Really. It comfortable. Crew weren't super friendly but were very professional."

Cons: "I am a frequent flyer with QANTAS and a regular customer for many years. Why then do I get the worst seats on the aircraft (last row without reclining). These seats are often assigned to me and they are extremely uncomfortable. I booked a paid fare and did not claim points. My FF preferred seats are mid-plane, aisle. The screen had very poor contrast and it was like watching through cloth. To make it worse the entertainment system had very poor sound with long periods of frozen frames and staccato sound making it difficult to follow the plot. My wife's system (also FF) was the same. Not happy with the "special welcome" given to FF passengers!"

Cons: "I had a flight Auckland-London, booked through Emirates but operated by Qantas. The flight got to London with a delay of 2 hours 20 min, because they made us wait 2 hours 20 min more than planned in Dubai, where incidentally all the other Emirates flights had no delay, only our Qantas one. This made me lose my next flight (to Luxembourg) and have to pay for a new flight and stay that night in London. Since I had booked them separately, no one helped or offered any compensation."
Pros: "2.5 hour flight - nothing too difficult they transferred our bags ok - nothing lost paid $C175 for my third bag - because we booked under QF code share. Wont do that again."
