It was a Red-Eye flight so was not comfortable enough to sleep, but seat was as expected. Crew was great and in-flight entertainment was excellent. Flight was smooth

I had a great travel experience as there weren't any delays and I was able to get to Mexico City on time for conference.
Honestly, I didn’t expect that I will experience this long time wait during the check in. There was only one person who was taking care of the passengers for the economy class and it took us to wait about one hour to do our check i. As a result we barely get to the airplane as the gate was at the end of the airport. That is totally not professional where one crue is working at the registration desk with economy and 3-4 crues are helping for the business class.
Crew was great. However the seat I had would not recline and stay put. It would spring back to upright. Hopefully they can check the seats and maintain them. Otherwise the plane is clean and the crew is very friendly.
I received the two differed meals: chicken and pasta. I asked and I received. I am anti-wasting food!
Boarding was slow again. Too many people with too much luggage.

I have to say that Delta has improved their service radically since I flew with them last. I purposely have avoided flying with them for years owing to absolutely terrible service. This is no longer the case, I am glad to say.

Had mechanical issues with A/C, caused significant delay and had to move gates - different concourses.
lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints
Flight attendants used to be nice to people. And any flight over 5 hours should have some kind of food other than tiny pretzels and one drink comped.
Overall it was good but not great. The aircraft was an old and seats didn’t recline in business class unless you kept playing around with it.
American Airlines gets worse every time I fly them. This is the 3rd time they lost my bags in a year. I also think their employees do not care when I communicate that I’m unsatisfied with the airlines. I’m a credit card holder, fly first class, and an advantage member but I think that I’m finally going to make the switch to Delta.
Flflight crew were amazing, kind, and considerate. Fofood choices were limited, and didn’t have a variation.

Flight was delayed. Paid $250 per person to upgrade to first class. Seats didn’t even come with a screen for entertainment, didn’t get a blanket or pillow or anything, the poor hostesses looked like they were scrambling the entire time because there wasn’t enough of them. My premium economy seat on my previous flight was a better deal. Once at the airport (landed at midnight after 26 hours of travel) our bags didn’t arrive until after 2 AM. We kept asking the AA crew where our bags were and they told us for two hours “they should be coming out now” and offered little to no help in terms of what we could do to get our bags or where our bags were. They even disappeared into a back room for a solid 15-20 minutes when they got tired of not helping the dozen or so passengers waiting for two hours for their bags.
Their delay caused me to miss my connection with a twelve hour overnight delay that was terrifying
The flight was uneventful, which is always good. The plane was clean and seem to have a little bit more room. They fed us every couple hours, and we had a lot of in-flight entertainment. The staff was very helpful and attentive.
Free wifi kept dropping so no inflight entertainment. And only snack option was cookies.
