Be careful of online seat inquiries as the airline will charge you for seats that you haven't booked. If you are adding seats in your cart but don't go through with selections the airline will still charge you!!

Outstanding even though the 330 was one of the oldest in the fleet. The difference was the attentiveness and responsiveness of a really experienced flight attendant. For airline food great variety of interesting choices and good tastes supported by a good wine selection.

Brand new plane lots of room the snack was very flavourful and enjoyable

It was really nice experience by flying this klm flight.I personally recommend everyone to please try this klm flight

It was really nice journey i personally recommend klm flight

The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members

Empty seats next to me - wish it had been for a longer flight!!

I’m grateful for the KLM Air France shuttle bus service to Ottawa. However due to construction and other issues related to the chaotic Uber pickup system at YUL, it’s a challenge to find the Kelios bus service to Ottawa. The signs are not clear or even available. No staff to guide passengers. It’s a stressful experience.

Flight was on time, staff are friendly and helpful onboard.

Delay and had to run between flight to get my connection due to this delay but besides that the overall experience was ok. I arrived with just an hour of delay.

Flight was ok but lack of communication cost me to literally beg to be put on another flight as connecting flight had departed

The plane's pilots, including the captain himself, thanked me for the flight. I know it's just marketing, but it was really nice to see these people. It's a great idea. Airplane food is never "good," but the entire crew and flight organization were top-notch. I really liked Delta, and I think I've traveled all over the world, and that was something new for me. Maybe even the old planes, the B767, but next time I have a choice, Delta will be my first choice. Thank you, a satisfied passenger :)

The boarding was efficient. The entertainment system was a bit unstable but Air France has a good selection of movies.

They lost my bag and I still haven’t received it yet

They lost my bag and I still have not received it

Communication on the delay, rebooking and how to get a hotel was poor. Mails, airport check-in and transfer desk said different things.

Not consistent with the food quality (I mean taste not freshness)

I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad.

Worst airlines either. First leg was delayed because of crew not available. My connection was missed so they booked me automatically the next day! But, impossible to get anyone on site, web site does not let me access my reservation anymore, confirmed by useless agents over the phone. My 2-leg trip with part in business class arriving at 4:10pm ends up in an awful 3-leg arriving at 9pm the next day with no way to even choose the seats and of course at the very end of the plane. I can understand problems arrive but the way Air France handle it is just unacceptable. You are on your own. Apparently getting you to your destination is the only thing they consider their duty. The customer experience and fatigue is none of their concern. And I have a status with them. I will reconsider my priorities when flying with Air France and encourage everyone to do the same.

Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.

Excellent, Lima to Paris. But Paris to Amsterdam, delayed, missed my flight and KLM treated its missed flights passengers very badly, terribly bad. No hotel accommodation given. Passengers were told to find their own hotel accommodation and claim at reasonable rate and left the booth and literally with armed Police Officers listening to passengers complains. For three hours, after moving by Uber from hotel to hotel and calling and booking online, no hotel was available. I had to return to the airport and seat/sleep on the benches, suffering the cold, and rats running around until my new allocated flight the next day. It was the most terrible KLM treatment even seen and being a Business Class passenger. Still mentally suffering to date as a result.

The worst thing was baggage claim. In my return flight I was waiting 90 minutes for my baggage. and when I asked the airport they said it’s the airline. So frustrating after an 8-hour flight.

Great service overall. One of the best international flight experiences Ive had.

Chaotic boarding with no announcements. Carry on luggage needs to be checked. Bare minimum zero frill flights. Not a whole lot of anything positive to be said .

The flight crew were absolute rock stars. When they came to the gate they looked like royalty, so chic. They also were extremely kind. Food was good and I loved the lack of plastic waste. The flight was lovely and smooth.

We were unable to check in due to technical problems on TAP’s end. The flight was delayed forty minutes with no reason given. We received timely notice of the flight delay. We were also notified of a gate change. The new gate was at a different terminal. When we got to the new terminal, we learned that we had to go back to the old terminal first to check in. This information should have been included along with the gate change notification. Also unexplained, the steward skipped us when offering breakfast.

Delayed at the beginning and the end and almost missed our connection

Menzies group staff not very sympathetic good at breaking up families during the boarding process

The food left a lot to be desired. The crew was great

Horrible experience at tbe check in ladie she was very racist ,she doesn't speak portuguese too and forced me to check in my carrion bag and I saw everyone with carrion bag inside anda lot of space ,she was rude unprofessional

First time flying Business with Tap, I think it was a very good experience. It beats many domestic US carriers, the food options were really great, authentic Portuguese food, wines & deserts. Next time will do the free 24-48 hour stopover in Lisbon or Porto for sure.

The long delay was the worst part of the flight.

It was a good experience flying Air Canada for the first time

They did not let us board because one member needed a transit visa, which was not evident at the time of ticket purchase.

A marvelous flight experience, from boarding to landing. The full length stretch out seating was excellent. The meals were some of the best in-flight meals I have ever experienced. The cabin attendants were thoughtful and kind. One of the best flights I have ever taken.

Everything could be better, the worst is the crew, looks like they are not happy in the work. Air Canada is downhill for years, every flight looks worst. Hope they can fix the issues, by now, just flying AC in toutes with no other alternatives. Shame.

I was charge a baggage checking fee $68!! I volunteered to check my duffle bag which usually goes under my seat!

Boarding - 3 of 4 flights were delayed and the gate staff did an ok job of managing the lines for boarding. Lots of standing around in line - more than typical. Crew - accommodating. If you are looking for warmth, you will not experience it with AC. But I appreciate their hard work and relative efficiency on 8+ hour flights. Comfort - My first 2 flights were cancelled the morning I was due to depart. AC rescheduled me on 2 new flights that created only minimal disruption and change to my itinerary (a longer layover, several hours difference in arrival time) and provided a 15 dollar food voucher for the layover restaurant which was the equivalent of a measly sandwich. My seats were changed which is a huge issue for my physical size as I require additional legroom for medical reasons, and I was put in a very uncomfortable seat without the option for seat selection. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty and foul smelling to the point of being nauseating and I was next to it during my longest of 4 flights. Entertainment - I always travel with downloaded entertainment on my own devices and a power bank, and am glad I did! The entertainment was completely non functioning for my 8+ hour flight home. We were provided a 15% or 50 dollar voucher on a future flight by way of compensation. Food - always just poor to mid. I also travel with my own food when possible as in flight meals and snacks taste strongly of packaging. Overall, this was a poor to mid experience, and I am resigned to the fact that airlines are never going to improve.

I did not like anything because the flight was cancelled yesterday and I did not get to arrive on time in Toronto as I was rebooked with another airline. This caused me to be really stressed out as I am an individual with back injury and to be forced to stay longer in an airport to accommodate a change of airline and the transfers associated with it Due to this I am probably not going to book through your website to eliminate this potentially chaos in the future

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle

Boarding was not organized by zone - rather a free for all... AC promoted complimentary drinks but did ONLY one drink service on the 5 hour flight. In addition the one steward did not know they offered Heineken Zero even though it was announced before the service began, and is clear on the can label. I booked a window seat that promised a window - NOPE! I had to crank my neck to get a wee glimpse - the seat behind me had much more to view. And of course the seats are too close together. The audio was much better than the WestJet flight I had earlier - could get through the movie no problem.

The flight attendants were very nice, friendly and went above and beyond in making our journey pleasant.

Easy flight, on time, easy check in but long lines.

i cannot remember in the last 10 years, when was the last time i couldn't stretch my legs while sitting. while seated, my knees are almost touching the seat in front of me. the order of Languages of onboard announcements is not the best in all other companies they use their national language FIRST , in air senegal they lut rheir national language last. What a shame

Dirty seats, entertainment unit not working. The crew member assisting in giving boarding passes was rude. She didn’t give us the seats we bought and then tried to give us 4 seats saying they were in the same row which they were not. We had paid for our seats to be assigned!. Food was bad, service was poor. My son had asked the hostess for a sprite which she told she would get but did not

Flight was late, economy seats are uncomfortable, and there is no entertainment. Food looked good, although I did not eat as it was Ramadan. Flight crew competent and professional. Ticket was not good value for money. Too expensive.

Horrible. Flight was overbooked and I was put on a flight to Miami without a leg to my final destination. And Kayak is not helping resolve the problem

I would like to praise one of the stewards, Mohamed, who was swift and efficient to help me as I was not feeling well at some point during the flight.

Due to the operational delay with Southwest, I missed my connecting flight in New York. Southwest rebooked me with Turkish. Southwest paid for my accommodation in NY, but did not provide food at the hotel. I ended up spending 34 dollars on my dinner. Moreover, in Istanbul, where I transited, I had more than 10 hours of layover without access to the Turkish Lounge. I spent 117 USD to have access to the Yotel cabin for only 4 hours of rest and recuperation from jet lag. This was the most painful trip I have ever had in my life.

Cancellation was really bad no organizations at all and I want to choose a direct flight for the 18 January counter agent does not allowed me no even to speak was rude I was forced to got a third world country flight

There is nothing Royal about Royal Air Maroc. Old planes, poor service, no entertainment and everyone of my 4 flights was late.
