Outstanding even though the 330 was one of the oldest in the fleet. The difference was the attentiveness and responsiveness of a really experienced flight attendant. For airline food great variety of interesting choices and good tastes supported by a good wine selection.
I’m grateful for the KLM Air France shuttle bus service to Ottawa. However due to construction and other issues related to the chaotic Uber pickup system at YUL, it’s a challenge to find the Kelios bus service to Ottawa. The signs are not clear or even available. No staff to guide passengers. It’s a stressful experience.
Flight was on time, staff are friendly and helpful onboard.
The immigration hall in Amsterdam was understaffed, so passport checking was slower than it should be for a major airport. They need to get the automatic readers up and running for non EU passport holders. Waiting in line after a long flight feels a bit abusive.

I appreciate that KLM was proactive in informing me of the 2 hour delay which enabled me to replan my travel. It was a bit stressful not knowing whether my connection from Montreal to Ottawa was happening. But the ground and air crew did a good job at comforting and assuring me.
Good food. Excellent crew service. Clean aircraft. Narrow seats and isle.
I tried to upgrade to premium economy anis seat online during the checkin process. The payment didn’t work due to a technical glitch on KLM’s website. I wasn’t able to change my seat unless I called Amsterdam. Since I was in Canada and there’s a time difference this wasn’t practical. So when I arrived early to Ottawa airport my seat wasn’t available and I could only get a middle seat in premium economy which isn’t great. These middle seats are priced at the same rate as an aisle seat which makes no sense.
It’s chaotic at the bus stop outside of the airport because of the Uber meeting point. You need to be alert and look for the KLM bus which is not branded or labeled. Incorrect information was provided to go to gate 28, when in fact the bus was at gate 27. On the plus side the bus left early and arrived early to Ottawa.
Great flight because I upgraded to Premium Comfort. Made a huge difference in the experience.
I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad.
Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.
My experience was good overall, the quality of the food really decreased! There used to be a choice between meat and fish now it’s between chicken and pasta! In the choices of entertainment meditation has been added which is very good. Soft chair workout to improve blood circulation and avoid phlebitis should be added.
The male attended that served are section was a snob. He did not answer my call light when my wine spilled all over the floor. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it. He just ignored the call light when he came to give us our meal, serving the people behind us first. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it to see his reaction. It was so obvious that he was ignoring us. We were in premium economy!
They lost my baggage and I still have not got it back. Disgrace
Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.
Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.
No bording was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.
A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.
Sky priority means you get to use the KLM business Lounge.
For the amount of money I spent, I definitely expected a better experience
The international flights (interior space) is ridiculously small. The aisle way is similar to a discount domestic shuttle. Same applies to the intercontinental flights. The luggage storage space is also incredibly small. The entire experience is rough on a traveler and you pay with your hide and body for not flying let’s say an American or Delta type airline.
Good. But not to serve tea/coffee during a 8-hour plus flight is bad.

not good, they change our return flight which made our journey 8 hours longer than schedule time
I love Air Canada and I always fly with them specifically to Morocco casa Blanca and Montreal, Toronto and all my family and friends and I love Canadian people, they treated me well . .air Canada become my priority . They checked in even my carry on , so I don’t have to hold it with me and go straight to my destination. Go Air Canada .
For once, nothing to really complain about (except the as-expected poor quality of food).
unfortunately, firstly, we used the Air Canada app and it provided incorrect terminal information! Secondly the second leg of our flight was cancelled which meant our pick up time was screwed up our ride had to re arrange their schedule. We could have been put on an earlier second leg but were not!
There were changes to my flight with many email and very difficult to keep up with details of changes. I consulted Air Canada website that said I was to depart Casablanca at 9:35 but when I got to airport that take off time was delayed by 2 hours. That's 2 hours at an airport instead of bed. I don't understand why Air Canada website didn't show the change in take off like they showed the change in transfer. Do better.
Meal selections were not available, they ran out of first selections as well. Food lacked taste (and no it was not because of altitude) - it was just sub-standard.
They canceled my flight and they haven’t reimbursed me yet
On time, kind staff but the aircraft was not clean
I will never flight again with them. No charges plug in the air plane. Just that can tell you how bad the service was.

i cannot remember in the last 10 years, when was the last time i couldn't stretch my legs while sitting. while seated, my knees are almost touching the seat in front of me. the order of Languages of onboard announcements is not the best in all other companies they use their national language FIRST , in air senegal they lut rheir national language last. What a shame
Awful. Seats on this Dreamliner really uncomfortable with broken tables. No food selection availability in business class. Poor service. No engagement senior flight attendant spent more time applying make up then speaking to her guests. It appeared that the right side received a different level of service to the left when there were only 8 people. Worst flight I have ever had. A great way to ruin an outstanding two week with this return flight
There was a technical problem with the aircraft after we boarded and we had to leave the plane and wait for two hours where we couldn’t talk to anyone. I had a connection in Toronto to Vancouver I obviously missed it. Arriving to Vancouver the flight was canceled and I wasn’t offered any another flights. I had to book one on my own charges to get back home. Also at Casablanca check in. They said our luggage will go to final destination and they did not!
Seats were very uncomfortable (tight and hard). Flight was delayed due to technical problems. Baggage took an hour to arrive to the carousel.
Not good airline doesn't understand or recognize business class customers
when we ask for water or any help nobody care.. they are too arrogant
