Boarding - 3 of 4 flights were delayed and the gate staff did an ok job of managing the lines for boarding. Lots of standing around in line - more than typical. Crew - accommodating. If you are looking for warmth, you will not experience it with AC. But I appreciate their hard work and relative efficiency on 8+ hour flights. Comfort - My first 2 flights were cancelled the morning I was due to depart. AC rescheduled me on 2 new flights that created only minimal disruption and change to my itinerary (a longer layover, several hours difference in arrival time) and provided a 15 dollar food voucher for the layover restaurant which was the equivalent of a measly sandwich. My seats were changed which is a huge issue for my physical size as I require additional legroom for medical reasons, and I was put in a very uncomfortable seat without the option for seat selection. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty and foul smelling to the point of being nauseating and I was next to it during my longest of 4 flights. Entertainment - I always travel with downloaded entertainment on my own devices and a power bank, and am glad I did! The entertainment was completely non functioning for my 8+ hour flight home. We were provided a 15% or 50 dollar voucher on a future flight by way of compensation. Food - always just poor to mid. I also travel with my own food when possible as in flight meals and snacks taste strongly of packaging. Overall, this was a poor to mid experience, and I am resigned to the fact that airlines are never going to improve.

I did not like anything because the flight was cancelled yesterday and I did not get to arrive on time in Toronto as I was rebooked with another airline. This caused me to be really stressed out as I am an individual with back injury and to be forced to stay longer in an airport to accommodate a change of airline and the transfers associated with it Due to this I am probably not going to book through your website to eliminate this potentially chaos in the future

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle

Boarding was not organized by zone - rather a free for all... AC promoted complimentary drinks but did ONLY one drink service on the 5 hour flight. In addition the one steward did not know they offered Heineken Zero even though it was announced before the service began, and is clear on the can label. I booked a window seat that promised a window - NOPE! I had to crank my neck to get a wee glimpse - the seat behind me had much more to view. And of course the seats are too close together. The audio was much better than the WestJet flight I had earlier - could get through the movie no problem.

Easy boarding, inflight refreshments came on time and comfortable seat

Flight attendants were ok. But it was a full flight.

It was good that our flight left early. It was a nice smooth flight and landing.

We travelled from London to Halifax. Customer service was excellent.fron the day we booked until arriving. The gate was only a short frombthe waiting area and walk Boarding was efficiently handled and plane took off on time. The service on the plane was very good. Fool an acceptable drandard Only downside was that the legroom was tight for anybody just over 6ft tall and am usually able to travel without difficulty. I will definitely fly with Air Canada again but next time pay for extr space.

For the amount of money I spent, I definitely expected a better experience

The international flights (interior space) is ridiculously small. The aisle way is similar to a discount domestic shuttle. Same applies to the intercontinental flights. The luggage storage space is also incredibly small. The entire experience is rough on a traveler and you pay with your hide and body for not flying let’s say an American or Delta type airline.
