The flights were on time and I appreciated that the cabin crew helped passengers with overhead luggage - finding space etc - despite not being paid. Apparently their wages don’t start until takeoff. This makes no sense whatsoever.
WestJet continues to live up to budget airline status. The flight crew were not particularly friendly and just were not attentive. We were served cold meals, not initially given any cutlery, and served wrong beverage orders. Seats are not comfortable, especially for long haul flights, and there is basically no offered in/flight entertainment. Fortunately they did have a WiFi service which did seem to work for streaming and connecting kids tablets, but if you were not prepared you were left scrambling. Mix that in with the strike concerns leading up to flights, it made for a less than ideal flight (especially when comparing it to similar class in Air Canada for the outbound flight). Third flight with WestJet but not necessarily planning on booking again.
Westjet never disappoint always terrible small plane ,crowded cheap snack if you can call it snack
Westjet was late and we missed our connecting flight with Cathay. Had to wait 8 hours. Westjet only allows 1 checked in baggage for international flights- it’s always been 2. Canada allows only 1 sandwhich bag size full off small liquids. Everything else will be tossed. Awful trip. Will never fly west jet or go to Toronto to connect flights!
I didn’t have any food but my Prosecco hit the spot. We left on time and the crew was friendly.
I thought the coffee was excellent! The wait for the luggage was acceptable.. It left and arrived on time. My son found that his device worked very well and he really enjoyed his flight! The stewardess moved him up to the emergency exit and he very much appreciated that!
I wasn’t able to book or pay for a seat and they forgot to check me in for my third flight so I spent 24 hours in Toronto waiting for another one.
Everything was good except for flight delay, but it was because of the snow storm in the arrival airport.
There was no entertainment and no announcement till well after I and others asked about it, and no "compensation" (like a free snack)
Great flight. Pilot was able to fully make up the 42 minute late arrival of the aircraft for an on time arrival in Toronto.

The crew were very friendly and made me feel at home. They should give us food not snacks especially when traveling with an early plane. I think breakfast will be appreciated
1st time using air Canada. We were a little delayed waiting for a new plane that did alter our plans for the evening but it was handled as best as possible. Everyone was pleasant.
Chaos diri g check in. Rude attitude of staff at gate. Entertainment stopped working. Uncomfortable seats and little underseat space
Same as my Tulsa to Chicago flight, this one was quick and professional.
Like the crew, the wifi set up was a trip. Might have been my device though
Everything it's was good; except food and poor drinks, I talk about water.
Everything was excellent. I had lost my ID card and the flight attendant found it for me.
I have nerve pain in my hands lasting multiple days so far because of the hard armrests digging into nerves at my elbows. Will have to buy elbow pads before the next time I fly. I hope the pain and numbness fade soon, or I'll need to consult a doctor. Otherwise the flight was fine.
