C$ 251 Find cheap flights from Central America to British Columbia

Flight was delayed. Wish it would've been on time. Seat was a bit hard. Other than that, it was great!

I didn't like that before both flights we had to wait for an hour sitting on the plane for maintenance reasons while this could have been done earlier. I also didn't like that we had to pay even for water. The small water bottle is 5 dollars. I also didn't like that the ticket didn't include either carry on or check in bag, are we supposed to travel without anything? I'm not happy with that.

You plan your itineraries too closely together. My Albuquerque flight to Las Vegas was delayed by 45 minutes. Upon arriving in Las Vegas I missed my flight to Portland by 5 minutes, doors closed on a group of us!! Then another delay in Las Vegas from 10:11 schedule to 11:35 pm departure. Arrived in Portland @ 2:40 am. Had to take Uber to get to my sister’s house. On the other hand your crew members were friendly and professional. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR FLIGHT PLANS AND BE RESPONSIVE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS NEEDS!!!!

Three out of four legs of my trip were delayed. The last leg of my trip was delayed due to passengers and crew not being ready to take off. The boarding process started way late with no explanation as to why. The flight attendants did not have the passengers in check for takeoff - folks were walking around, trying to change seats, and causing a general disturbance preventing us from departing and the crew did nothing about it. All of this caused us to miss my connection home due to the first flight landing at the same time the second one was due to take off. The entire Spirit crew (except for one flight attendant) was unapologetic and unpleasant about this. No one apologized, no one showed any inkling of empathy whatsoever. The response was basically, "we booked you on the next available flight". That next flight was a full 24 hours later, we would have been stranded in the airport and no one even cared or acknowledged us as customers. I'm disappointed in the lack of compassion shown by Spirit agents and customer service reps as a whole. It felt like we were a burden due to airline scheduling issues. The one flight attendant (did not catch her name, but from (ORD to FLL) was wonderful and empathetic.

Flight expected to leave at 6:40 pm ended leaving at 8:00 am the following day. I slept in a cold airport. Never again Spirit for me…

Flight kept delayed from morning to late afternoon so I had to make other arrangements

My flight experience was OK. The crew are friendly. The Flight was smooth. One thing that didn’t sit well with me was when I was checking in from RSW to head to Nashville the ticket agent told me I didn’t have a seat assignment and asked if I wanted to upgrade to first class for $50. I said no. I was placed in the third row middle seat. Upon taking off the flight attendant asked if anyone wanted to move. He specifically mentioned the third row was the worst because the lack of legroom. There were 70 open seats on the flight. Just wondering why with 70 open seats the ticket agent would place me in a middle seat in the worst row.

Its so random that they only allow 40 pounds on checked bags when all airlines take 55. They then charge you for each 10 extra pounds, so my checked suitcase was $130 and the flight $30 ... its like whattt, im for sure not traveling with Spirit again

Flight from Tampa to Houston was canceled. SPIRIT rebooked me and they double booked my seat. Conclusion I COULD NOT TRAVEL TO HOUSTON. I MISSED MY GRANDDAUGHTER BIRTHDAY. I would not recommend this company. I will file a complaint. I will never consider SPIRIT as an airline . It’s a faker.
