My experience was above excellent!!!! First the lady that pushed me in the wheelchair to the gate was outstanding!!! Then the ladies at the gate went over and beyond, by helping me fill out the immigration form! I would not have been able to get to Guatemala without their help!!! God bless them all! They were amazing 🙏❤️🙏
I had a phobia for Spirit and now is 100% confirmed. Flight delayed, missed connecting flight and staying overnight . Now not even able to get my boarding pass until I’ll get into the airport. It’s really really bad at this point

Well those seats! Man! On a short flight tolerable but too stiff and lack of cushioning make a longer flight uncomfortable. Good leg room tho, but I’m only 5’3”….
Some People complain about Spirit Airlines, I love it! It cost nothing and if you know the simple baggage rules, and you are smart enough to chose your seat, the flight is amazing.

Check-in process was a nightmare. Boarding pass wouldn't show up in email. Had to have it printed at airport. Unclear if connecting flight was included in check-in process. Tons of pop-ups during check-in process; extra fees for everything, as well as attempts to get you to sign up for stuff. Such a misleading, gimicky operation... I won't fly with them again.
It was the most smooth landing I have ever experienced (and I travel often). The crew was also very pleasant and the pilots kept us informed. Not even a drink unless a charge though is really bad!
Missed my connecting flight because of an equipment issue. Stranded in FLL. Had to pay for a hotel room after 6 hours of back and forth with Spirit, but hey…They gave me a $50 voucher for my time and inconveniences.
