C$ 947 Find Cheap Flights from Charlottetown to Hong Kong – Compare and Save

We boarded the plane and were about to take off when we were notified that the tires had to be checked. Upon inspection, they were found to need replacement, so the entire plane had to be deboarded. After we exited the plane, United staff forced us to stay in the gate area by posting "Do Not Exit" signs on the doors connecting the gate area to the terminal. Many of us had already rebooked our flights and had no checked bags, but they told us we could not leave. This seemed inappropriate to hold people under false pretenses. When the agent told us we could leave, I asked them to please take down the "Do Not Exit" signs, as they were misleading. The agent refused, and I told them that it didn't feel right to hold people like that.

Friendly crew, but we were delayed for more than an hour and had to change planes due to maintenance issues.

No extra snacks were available. Meals quality is terrible. Crew was not friendly.

Prefer not to have an almost 3 hour delay with useless communication that wasn't accurate.

I liked that my son and I were reseated next to each other (we had different bookings). I liked that it was a directg flight and mostly on time. I liked that you provided pillows and blankets. Flight attendants were generally courteous. The messaging through wifi did not work well. The food was not good. Seats are very narrow and I felt slightly claustraphobic in the window seat.

We had turbulence ever 1/2 hr or so and the captains announcements were SOOOO LOUD

Absolutely terrible. I booked my ticket with ANA and underpricer/kayak asked me to change all my return flights to United. Customer service does not exist with United. Flight attendants are rude, self-centered, and unhelpful. The food is served cold and uncovered. The in-flight video controllers do not work properly. Premier economy tickets with ANA, allow you access to all airport lounges, while United does not allow access to any lounge. Mockery of an airline.

Everything is good except the dinner and breakfast. The sandwich is very delicious. Toilet is clean, I only use one of them. Flight attendants are very nice. 👍👍

It’s a United flight operated All Nippon Airways (ANA) operated by Air Japan — it’s already }1 bu default with the Japanese standard, which is respect, punctuality and, ultimately, comfort without compromise.

Beverage and food services are excellent. We enjoy paying the extra for economy plus for the 3 inches more leg room to be exact.

My flights were all either late or canceled. It was stressful and a waste of my time. This is the third flight in a row with Air Canada that has been a scheduling mess. Not appreciated.

Horrible. Multiple delays for every reason imaginable. Missed connection which led to missing work. How does a plane make a detour to refuel. Do the fueling then have to refuel a second time at the exact same spot? Mind blowing.

The seat was reasonably comfortable. I hope the food could be hotter and more tasty.

Long delay, slow boarding and exit. Subpar food quality. Crews are good and hard working .

We're not on the flight. Because of the pilot strike we were told to reschedule our flight to the 25th instead of the 19th. This has been an unplanned extended holiday.

Simple direct flight. Carry-on only. The plane doesn't have enough room for all the carry-on luggage, which always results in a traffic jam trying to find space for it all (which is partly due to the punishing cost of checked baggage now). Other than that, everything was fine. Nice that they served complimentary refreshments on such a short flight.

Entertainment seems one sided. There has to be a balance of old and new even for international movies and songs.

We only have pretzels to eat besides the meals served. The bathrooms should be cleaned more often as the floor was so wet.

The flight crew was excellent, They lost 10% of the luggage 🧳 for the flight. We were in Hong Kong for 3 days without anything but our carry-on items. It happens...
