C$ 154 Find Cheap Flights from Charlottetown to Montreal – Compare and Save

The old business class seat was fine but screens were disconnected with stickers on them telling pax to use their own devices. Disappointing.

Kept me waiting for hours with the excuse of aircraft needed to cool down and then cancelled.

Well I had insisted to be put on standby because I knew there was one seat so there should have been another. There was, seat 36AC for both of us, the last row in the plane that does not recline nor does it have any room in the overhead bin because of plane necessities. The bathroom right behind so a line up with people's bums on your arm rests, etc. We were happy to get a flight earlier because of the missed connection, but we saw flight people who were sitting in customer seats and I felt we should have been seated there and they should have been put in the back. Plus the stewardesses were wearing so much perfume, I had to hold my nose because of a severe allergy to perfume.

The trip was very smooth; the seat was quite comfortable, and the food was excellent and tasty.

I was notified 8 hours before that my flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues and they would let me know when they put me on a new flight. Didn’t hear back for 6 hours and was never notified and had to log into the app to find out I was put on a new flight. First time flying with air Canada and won’t fly with them again.

Mutiple delays and changes of gate resulting in arrival 5 hours after intended.

The pretzels were rather dry and dusty. I do appreciate having a choice between sweet and savory snack.

After waiting in the airport from 7am (to make sure we had enough time for security), our flight was continually delayed until it was canceled. They tried to book us on a Delta flight, which we considered and even went to the Delta terminal with our luggage (which was stowed and then available once the flight was canceled (about 15 min away) but were then informed that we would need to retrieve our luggage at LaGuardia and then recheck in to Air Canada in New York, grab our luggage, and then get to the air canada terminal and re-check in. We decided against it, took our luggage into an uber home and then drive the 6.5 hours (one way) to Montreal instead.

Simple direct flight. Carry-on only. The plane doesn't have enough room for all the carry-on luggage, which always results in a traffic jam trying to find space for it all (which is partly due to the punishing cost of checked baggage now). Other than that, everything was fine. Nice that they served complimentary refreshments on such a short flight.

Excellent. Wonderful agents from check-in through the end of my flight. I’ll definitely fly them again.
