Food was not nice. It’s not only my opinion but the opinion of many.People were seen grumbling.During the trip from Delhi to Montreal the food was nice.Except for this everything was nice.

I thought food could have been little better.

The meal service could have been better for a 14 hours flight especially in business class

Very comfortable, good hospitality, staff very helpful. Good Indian food . Had a peaceful sleep throughout

Pros: "Only check in and boarding was smooth."
Pros: "Timely"
Cons: "Food"
Pros: "The crew was amazing"
Cons: "Wish there had been any kind of entertainment available or if there was it would have been better advertised"
Pros: "We were boarding with one person in a wheelchair. They were extremely helpful and understanding."
Cons: "All was perfect"
Pros: "Good movies"
Cons: "Flight took 3 hours longer than expected and they lost the baggage of me and 50+ other travellers"
Pros: "Slightly frayed due to weather- we were kept up to date"
Cons: "My SAS flight (which was operated by Air Canada) was delayed by more than 2 hours. A friend who was a fellow passenger was charged for 1 piece of baggage. She should have gotten a break from the baggage fee because of the delayed departure. That's another thing. Why is it that some passengers (like my friends and I) didn't have to pay for our checked baggage, but some passengers (like my other friend) had to fork out a fee for her checked baggage? While we were waiting for our trash (after our meals) to be picked up by a lady crew member, she took so long chatting with a couple of passengers that we had to wait a few minutes before she can get our trash. By then I was dying to get to the bathroom and nearly had an accident as a result. In the future, I'll try to avoid flying with any SAS flight (operated by Air Canada) if I can help it."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Sitting around Calgary airport for 7plus hours, Late arrival in Toronto at 6am - meetings start at 8:30. Second major delay (mechanical) in 3 weeks - losing confidence in AC"
Cons: "My wife was denied boarding the flight because of some confusion with her documentation. This "kid" that was an Air Canada representative took it upon himself to deny her boarding because of what he claims as documentation not good enough to travel through Canada into the United States. My wife, who's green card is pending has travel authorization by USCIS that expires in Oct. 2018 that permits her to travel back and fourth from Peru to the US. She also has a special stamp from USCIS in her Peruvian passport. We tried our best to make this guy understand. He clearly did not understand the rules regarding her situation. He didn't even bother to get a manager. Furthermore, we were treated terribly by the Air Canada staff at the Lima Airport. They could see I was visibly furious. I had to leave my wife there at the airport not knowing for sure if she was ever going to get out of Peru. When I went to check in my bags, they tried to charge me $250 because both my bags were overweight. One of the gate agents tried to coax me into a fight just so they could call security. The whole thing left me shaken. Not only that, I had to make another reservation for my wife on United Airlines which costs me $1700. She had no problem boarding that flight with her documentation. I find that interesting don't you?"
Cons: "My problem is when United uses Air Canada the privileges that United gives don't exist and they treat you like anyone else... If I'm gold status with United theb I should be with Air Canada as well"
Cons: "Flight left two hours late and provided difficulty in Toronto"
Pros: "I liked how the crew was helpful and wanted to help everyone with their luggage. they didn’t disturb me in my sleep and didn’t walked around a lot. The flight timing was on time and it landed on time as well so that was very satisfying."
Cons: "I didn’t like the sitting of the airplane. It looks more like sitting in a local bus and its not very spacious. On an average these days most people in Canada are tall and above the height of 5’7 feet. I didn’t like how seats are small and have less space for legs and plus the next person to me keep disturbing me cuz he was as tall as me and we both hardly fit in the seat. I am only 6 feet and slim and still had issues. I mean for domestic flight that’s only two hours I can manage sitting in a uncomfortable position but if it was a long flight then i would definitely not be happy and won’t fly with Air Canada again."
Pros: "We liked the extra leg room of the economy plus seats but the seats were too narrow."
Cons: "The bathroom were not cleaned during the flight by the end of the flight there was no toilet paper and the bath rooms were very unclean."
Cons: "I may be mistaken here, but apparently since I am not a permanent US resident, I needed a transit visa to fly through Canada, although this was not advertised anywhere. As such, we were not allowed to check in our flight and had to cancel our tickets a few hrs prior to boarding and book tickets on antoher flight. We would up losing good money since we were traveling as a family with kids. The silver lining is we flew Emirates which we should have chosen from the very beginning."
Cons: "Gluten free food was mediocre. Worst on any airline. Crew was not attentive and anybrequest felt like an imposition."
Pros: "flight attendants were very nice"
Cons: "not even peanuts! seats seemed even more crammed together than usual"
Pros: "Comfortable flight"
Cons: "Food was average"
Pros: "The staff on board the plane were excellent."
Cons: "The wireless entertainment system is slow and glitchy and did not work on an older iPad. The food was subpar but by airline standards was middle of the road."
Pros: "No wasted time, they load you up and get you where you want to be."
Cons: "Be sure to gate check anything larger than a small backpack or purse. There is little room on board for carry-on's"
Cons: "Delayed, missed connection"
Pros: "air temperature was comfortable, crew members were nice"
Cons: "needed a little snack for kids. delays too long!!!"
Pros: "plenty of room, media player, wifi, nice selection of snacks and meals."
Pros: "Direct flight saved time."
Pros: "Aircraft was clean. Convenient connecting gates. Flight duration."
Cons: "- Poor quality food - Extremely poor inflight entertainment - Flight delayed no real explanation provided"
Pros: "Crew was very good."
Cons: "In-flight video (via app) was slow and unreliable. Seat comfort was lacking."
Pros: "The food needs much improvement and needs to be healthy !!!"
Pros: "Staff were good, probably doing the best they could with what they had to work with."
Cons: "I'm 6'4" and a Air Canada Rouge 737 isn't built for guys/girls like me. Give us a bit more legroom!"
Cons: "I reached delhi a day late and missed an important event. See ablove"
Cons: "Air Canada cancelled the flght without notification. Sat in the airport from 10:45 in the morning until boarding call at 13:30! There were 8 cancelled flights to NYC because of Toronto return scheduling conflicts resulting from runway repair work. Air Canada customer service desk was horrible."
Pros: "Short enough flight."
Cons: "Entirely too little leg-room. Crew kept banging my elbow and knee with food cart-didn't really care either."
Pros: "The food I purchased was good (salad, cashews, and a glass of wine)...water was offered several times during the flight"
Cons: "Cabin was hot, the passenger air controls did nothing to cool us, the staff kept the cabin lights on full, so it was difficult to nap or watch the movies/tv....the sound quality of the movie/tv is awful. My travel companion became ill during the flight (nausea, minor seizure, dizziness, hot, etc...), she did not consume any alcohol...she is 57, not old by any means ."sick bags" were not in the seat pocket, the crew barely got her one in time.....they did have her sit in the back of the plane, where it was cooler. It might have been a good idea to give her oxygen...upon landing, we were told that there would be a wheelchair at the gate (never appeared), and while we were waiting for it, the crew ignored us, only concerning themselves with the location of the nearest Starbucks in the terminal, then left us with a staff member who had no idea about the wheelchair, didn't give us any sort of ice pack. ....we finally just gave up and slowly and carefully walked to baggage claim"
Pros: "Personnel were friendly aircraft was clean"
Cons: "NA"
Pros: "Transatlantic flight with charge for a beer? No free entertainment, not even audio? $10 for iPad rentals? Macaroni & Cheese as main dish?"
Cons: "Lost our bags for 3days"
Pros: "In flight entertainment. Friendly staff."
Cons: "Slight delay but related to the weather and not to the airline."
Pros: "Clean"
Cons: "Flight attendants weren't as friendly or willing to accomodate"
Pros: "All of our luggage arrived at our destination in a timely manner. Staff was helpful."
Cons: "Checking in our suitcase took exceptionally long."
Pros: "Smooth boarding. Polite staff."
Cons: "Check-in person did not attach priority tag to luggage (business class) until i argued with her. This is the second time Air Canada has done this. We paid a lot extra for this service and should not have to quibble with staff in order to receive it. There was no lounge in Charlottetown, but that's not the airline's fault. However, the Air Canada lounge at Pearson was shabby and poorly outfitted. Shameful."
Pros: "Nothing much, only the plane was clean"
Cons: "Horrible food and service. Organization in boarding was poor."
Pros: "The Crew´s attention"
Cons: "Is terrible that in a flight of 9 hours the airplane did not have TV programs or Films is deplorable we should rent an Ipad for enterteinment."
Cons: "Ontime and the flight was comfortable."
Pros: "Every thing was on time. I really like booking with kayak...so simple"
Cons: "Air canada doesn't give a snack with your drink...where as west jet does."
Pros: "Nothing. Simply don't buy off of kayak"
Cons: "Liars. Flight lost my baggage. Left gate late as usual. Awful flight with shitty crew"
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "did not get my choice of meal Crew not accommodating"
Pros: "The extremely unempathetic Toronto Air Canada customer service agent was a particularly fond memory from my trip."
Cons: "After weather forced us to miss our flight to Delhi from Toronto (understandable), Air Canada booked us on an AC flight to London and then an Air India flight to Delhi from London. In Toronto they told us that we couldnt get our bags because they were in storage, but that they would be on the plane to London and then to Delhi. Upon arriving in London, Air India told us that Air Canada never booked us on their flight to Delhi - that neither of our names were on their manifest. Air India was helpful in getting Air Canada's mistake fixed. Upon arriving in India, my partners bag was nowhere to be found. It would be logical to assume that his bag was in London and never made the imaginary flight Air Canada booked us on. However, even though our bags sat in Air Canada storage for 24 hours, his bag was never even loaded onto our flight to London. He didn't receive his bag until 6 days into our trip, causing all of us to miss out on multiple experiences, including the ability to leave Delhi because of our need to get his bag and multiple missed and promised deadlines from the airline."
