Pros: "We were boarding with one person in a wheelchair. They were extremely helpful and understanding."
Cons: "All was perfect"

Pros: "The crew was good. The comfort level of the seats were awful. People throw their luggage in the overhead compartment to fit theirs and nobody else. I had to put my backpack in front of me and had absolutely no leg room. The seats were smaller than usual."
Cons: "Serve some pretzels at least."

Pros: "Great staff!"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Service was friendly"
Cons: "Such a small plane"

Pros: "Slightly frayed due to weather- we were kept up to date"

Cons: "Didn't happen. My first leg to Athens was canceled which created a humongous headache since it ended up canceling my return flights. Air Canada had to put me on completely new flights there and back. I think this has taught me to go directly through an airline. Justfly was not helpful. Neither was Turkish airlines."

Cons: "Upon landing, we made it through customs. Each step of the way when our tickets were scanned, we we told our flight had already departed... Even though we had a 4 hour layover. Even the boards showed the 8:55 pmflight had already departed.... At 5pm. Finally made it to customer service and they gave us the gate number and confirmed the flight didn't leave until 8:55. Then the flight got delayed 20 minutes. No problem, but after boarding we sat in the cramped and poorly cushioned seats for 45 minutes before takeoff because the plane needed servicing. Air jets would not turn off and my husband, who had a window seat, was freezing due to cold air constantly blowing around his feet. When we got off the plane he could barely feel his feet."

Cons: "One of the washrooms was a disgrace! There was vomit or diarrhea or both on the floor and on the top to the toilet seat. No one bothered to clean it up. Also, my wife identified herself to Lufthansa that she has celiac's disease, yet when the food cart came by, she was informed that all she could purchase that was gluten free was nuts. We found out later that there was a fruit and cheese plate available. Also, it seems that there were few items available from the on board menu. Why bother even having a menu if many of the items were not available? Air Canada should be ashamed!"

Pros: "Both going and returning flights left and arrived on time. The crew were good. Boarding and unloading went fast and efficiently and bags arrived fairly quickly and not damaged."
Cons: "The rouge entertainment system didn’t work. It seems like it’s old technology that was used when only some passengers used it. Now every seat has a device trying to log in. System just can’t support the high volumn of use. It worked on the return flight but most passengers were sleeping."

Pros: "Everything is excellent!"
Cons: "The boarding procedure."

Pros: "Everything was fine - crew was attentive, punctual in serving and genuinely kind! One flight attendant (lady) gave me a compliment and even acknowledged me while walking through the airport! The plane was very clean!"
Cons: "Seating: there were numerous empty seats in the middle section of the plane but passengers were crammed in the outer seats by windows. A kind, gentleman passenger who helped me put my carry-on up in compartment let me know I was able to sit in the middle section!"

Pros: "Flight was mercifully short."
Cons: "Air Canada canceled other short haul flights and jammed the overflow passengers onto our flight which resulted in our flight being late and overcrowded. Passengers that came from the canceled flight complained that this wasn't the first time Air Canada had done this."

Pros: "The crew was friendly. Smooth flight except the usual unruly passengers"
Cons: "I cannot think of anything i didnt like"

Cons: "Flight left two hours late and provided difficulty in Toronto"

Pros: "I liked how the crew was helpful and wanted to help everyone with their luggage. they didn’t disturb me in my sleep and didn’t walked around a lot. The flight timing was on time and it landed on time as well so that was very satisfying."
Cons: "I didn’t like the sitting of the airplane. It looks more like sitting in a local bus and its not very spacious. On an average these days most people in Canada are tall and above the height of 5’7 feet. I didn’t like how seats are small and have less space for legs and plus the next person to me keep disturbing me cuz he was as tall as me and we both hardly fit in the seat. I am only 6 feet and slim and still had issues. I mean for domestic flight that’s only two hours I can manage sitting in a uncomfortable position but if it was a long flight then i would definitely not be happy and won’t fly with Air Canada again."

Pros: "flight attendants were very nice"
Cons: "not even peanuts! seats seemed even more crammed together than usual"

Pros: "No wasted time, they load you up and get you where you want to be."
Cons: "Be sure to gate check anything larger than a small backpack or purse. There is little room on board for carry-on's"

Cons: "Delayed, missed connection"

Pros: "plenty of room, media player, wifi, nice selection of snacks and meals."

Pros: "My group of five arrived to the airport late (one hour before the flight took off), but the crew worked together to quickly process all of us and get us through to ensure that we didn't miss our flight. We really appreciated it!"

Pros: "Service flight on time food"
Cons: "No movies for 7 hour flight"

Cons: "The flight was delayed an hour and a half."

Pros: "Staff were good, probably doing the best they could with what they had to work with."
Cons: "I'm 6'4" and a Air Canada Rouge 737 isn't built for guys/girls like me. Give us a bit more legroom!"

Pros: "The gate agent was extremely helpful and was able to accommodate me standby on this flight vs a later flight."

Cons: "In seat entertainment screen didnt work. Had to wait for nearly two hours to de-ice the plane even though they were expecting freezing rain, they didnt seem prepared."

Cons: "We were missing some of our luggage and now 7 days later are no closer to getting it than we were .We haven't gotten much help or satisfaction."

Cons: "Due to icy weather we missed our flight from Montreal to Las Vegas Wed Jan 4. Could they not have waited for the delayed flight from Ottawa to facilitate this connection? Many people had to wait overnight in the plastic airport chairs until the next flight at 8am Thurs Jan 5th. At that late hour could not the lights be slightly dimmed, the heavy beat pop music loop discontinued, and a dispensary machine with water, coffee or tea be in the departure area? There was none and the other shops had closed. It was overly bright, noisy and impossible to stretch out on the seats with rigid dividers."

Pros: "Comfortable, nice new plane. As best as you can expect for a long flight in a small space."
Cons: "The dinner wrap was not great. The tea was undrinkable. Delay due to de-icing."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "See above"

Pros: "It got me home."
Cons: "One of the attendants yelled at anyone who needed to use the bathroom whenever the seatbelt sign was on. Understandable when the plane was actually experiencing turbulence but most of the time it was a smooth flight. Know there are regulations concerning this but I feel she could have been a bit nicer in her tone. Thankfully there was an empty seat just outside the toilet so that I could sit but anyone who arrived after me was told to return to their seat. When nature calls, sometimes it's impossible to walk very far."

Cons: "We never got on this flight because we were delayed due to an emergency landing. Couldn't get anyone to help us get home sooner than 24 after when we were originally scheduled to be home in Nashville."

Pros: "Short enough flight."
Cons: "Entirely too little leg-room. Crew kept banging my elbow and knee with food cart-didn't really care either."

Pros: "The entertainment offerings were good. One crew member in particular helped us get back on the flight after we had been booted."
Cons: "Gate agent for Air Canada completely unhelpful about getting us to our connecting flight. Then the Toronto Airport was just HORRIBLE: all along the way, we had to go through security again to get to the American side, and there was no warning that the drinks we had bought *at the Dublin airport* would all be thrown out. Rude security employees. They also very slowly went through the duty free bottles of whisky I bought *at the Dublin airport*. Then there was this stupid line of kiosks that no one knew how to use, then for some reason another boarding check, then another, and then finally customs, with more rude staff members. We had NO IDEA any of this was coming, and got no warning from Air Canada. Then we rushed to our connecting flight, only to find out that we had been booted from the flight anyway. (I got an email about it, which of course I didn't check because I have limited data -- not everyone is made of money who can afford unlimited data!) Then we got on finally boarded, only to sit on the tarmac forever in uncomfortable seats when they could've just let us sit in the airport. Ugh."

Pros: "Personnel were friendly aircraft was clean"
Cons: "NA"

Pros: "They fed us several times."
Cons: "No wifi. The seats are really uncomfortable. Delays."

Cons: "We left late in a plane with little air, got to Nashville and had to sit for an hour on the runway in a hot plane due to hate not ready. Clearly not staffed properly as there were multiple open gates in plain sight."

Cons: "Flight was delayed for 45 mins. The Toronto Airport Terminal B was hellascious. No AC. Then we had to turn around after we were half way to Nashville and change planes. Not a good way to end a great trip back from Europe."

Pros: "The personnel were pleasant and efficient."
Cons: "AC Rouge domestic flight was horrible. Tiny seats that reclined about 1.5 inches jammed together. Not that size plane's original configuration I'm sure. Absolutely miserable. The personnel were all very nice and competent--I felt sorry for them having to work in such an environment. I've been in small African airline's planes which were small but not that uncomfortable."

Pros: "No entairtainment of any kind on an oversee flight ??? Flight attended had s bad attitude"
Cons: "No entairtainment of any kind on an oversee flight ??? Flight attended had s bad attitude"

Pros: "Served edible food (not the best quality)"
Cons: "Uncomfortable; No source of entertainment; No functional charging ports; charges for snacks; some staff seemed rude"

Pros: "The flight got me there safe and sound"
Cons: "I don't understand why I had to pay extra for seat selection when I booked the flight. I don't think this was explained at all. I think Air Canada can give a little bit more than a small cup of soda."

Cons: "The flight to Frankfurt was an hour late, so my bags didn't make the next flight to Warsaw"

Pros: "Good selection of free movies and shows on board. Some great and helpful flight attendants."
Cons: "The staff at check in were not overly helpful. We were running late and possibly going to miss our flight and they did not seem willing to help us out at all."

Pros: "All of our luggage arrived at our destination in a timely manner. Staff was helpful."
Cons: "Checking in our suitcase took exceptionally long."

Pros: "Smooth boarding. Polite staff."
Cons: "Check-in person did not attach priority tag to luggage (business class) until i argued with her. This is the second time Air Canada has done this. We paid a lot extra for this service and should not have to quibble with staff in order to receive it. There was no lounge in Charlottetown, but that's not the airline's fault. However, the Air Canada lounge at Pearson was shabby and poorly outfitted. Shameful."

Cons: "I didn't like that there were no screens to watch and I didn't know I needed the app on my phone to watch movies until I was already in e plane and too late download it."

Pros: "the flight attendant was nice at least on this flight"
Cons: "the flight was delayed for an hour in a terminal where 4 other flights were scheduled to take off at the same time. the flight was delayed for an hour, and then I sat in the plane for another hour. The staff in the airport were super rude and didn't seem like they cared at all. There was nothing express about this flight."

Pros: "Every thing was on time. I really like booking with kayak...so simple"
Cons: "Air canada doesn't give a snack with your drink...where as west jet does."

Pros: "Service was great, food provided on our international flight was delicious and more than plenty. Beverages were tasty, the check-in and boarding process was very smooth and well organized. My wife and I definitely had a great experience."
