The customer service rep on chat refused carrying golf set at no charge that is customary for LOT and others. I wanted yo carry just ONE club not even full set! Web check in was nightmare. Most horrible lounge at warsaw. To call it business class is a BIG exaggeration. Rude staff warsaw to nyc. Seats uncomfortable and not flat as is now customary. Bad content and entertainment system.

The 737 lacked business-class seating. It was basically economy plus but with the middle seats left unsold. There were no TV screens but good food and service.
Plane is super outdated, seats not that comfortable for business class. Lounge also out dated. They need to catch up to 2024. Don’t think I’d ever fly again.
Everything was good, flight was smooth and on time Like service
Boarding was impossible to navigate. Had mobility issues and a business class ticket, but still boarded almost at the end of the queue because there was absolutely no organization or assistance.
LOT told me on my first flight that I had missed boarding my second flight and told us to go to a service desk to reschedule. We then were told our flight was still boarding and that we had to run through the Warsaw airport to catch it which is just a long long runway airport. The workers at the airport were not helpful at all and you have to go through two passport checkpoints. I have asthma and was almost dead when I got on the plane and no one helped or gave us water or even acknowledged us. The flight was fine - the crew members are not friendly so it’s a very functional flight at best. Also my bag didn’t make it to my final destination.
LOT was very disorganized at Istanbul airport with no communication with travelers. Our flight was delayed over and hour and a half and there were no announcements, displays or anything about it. It almost left me missing my second flight!

Not so good. I paid for a preference economic seat, and I couldn’t incline it back because it was blocked. They explained me that because is the last before emergency exit. The company new that but it was not explained in the seat selection
It was on time. Snacks could have been provided for free.
Business class old style from 10 years ago. Ok for short flights but nor for 12 hours journey. The passenger near the window have to jump over the passenger seat aisle side or wake him up to upright the seat. That’s not the business class that you expect on long night flight. Seats are not so confortable. And believe it or not no wifi!
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.
Friendly staff, always good food , as comfortable as it can be in economy
Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
We didn’t fly into Neuark , because it departed without us . We ran to a closed gate , and no staff to assist, then to a customer service center that was also closed, then briskly walked (20mins) to another customer center and got a ticket , waited 2 hours , got a flight to JFK instead, because of the time delay we Ran to catch our train home , and again our luggage arrived 3 days later delivery time at 3:45 in the MORNING!!!! Crazy!!!!!! Took a few days to shake off this disappointment of your service. You’re an embarrassment to customer service .
A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .

If I book through Lufthansa, I expect to fly on Lufthansa, not discover. Food was bad, plane was delayed. Will not be flying Lufthansa again.
I have flown with many airlines. My first time was several years ago. Now I remember why I avoided them for so long. Lufthanza is the only airline who has ever raised a size/weight issue with my modest standard size carry on. I had to repack three times to meet their carry-on weight criteria. (Apparently the rules of physics apply differently on Lufthansa flight than on other airlines.) In the meantime their staff was quite rude, repeating meaningless phrases like "Rules are Rules." And ignoring the additional fact that weight is also weight, whether it is in found in your carry on or in your suitcase. They eventually acknowledged that customer service and satisfaction is, for them, a low priority. Never choosing Lufthansa again.
The flight was ok, the flight attendants were lovely, the movies were good, the food was ok, and I am just sad because my luggage didn't arrive with me in Iasi because the flight from Vancouver to Frankfurt was delayed and then I barely made the rest of my flights. Also, there was no real support once I got off each of the flights. There was nobody to ask about gate or where to be and for example when I got off in Vienna to catch the flight to Iasi there was no screen where I could read the gate and time of departure of the plane. I was going crazy trying to find the plane to Iasi and I barely made it. When my luggage finally arrived home it was broken. The handle was completely broken and that was not so good. I am in a visit here, in Romania, and I will have to buy a new luggage.

The plane was 3 hours late. What more can I say?!.. This, plus my horrendous experience of the second leg of my trip in where the plane had to be boarded (off and on) without escalators.. but not-covered outside regular steps…!! No… this is my last flight with Lufthansa!! Never again!
Delayed flight with no explanations; no jetway boarding so we had to stand on the tarmac in the cold rain. Baggage was lost.
My first two flights were late. I missed my last flight. The next flight was not until the next day Seating on large plane was uncomfortable. In the center row, there are posts that do not allow you to spread your legs. The entertainment center did not respond well. . Food was okay. Though there was much confusion about where the special meals that. People ordered(not me) went
I’m not a happy customer. Lufthansa cancelled my flight 3 times, and I had to rebook a flight to Larnaca, but a flight to Tel Aviv and pay for a hotel. Then the flight back was cancelled and now I have to find my own way back. Terrible.
Other than the delay of flight, this crew tried to make the best of bad situation.
