Cons: "They were careless with our suitcases. When we got to Vancouver, we were missing wheels on our suitcases. 2 wheels on my husband's and 1 on mine. It made it horrible to pull the suitcases."
Cons: "For an hour long flight, it seemed like enough time to serve more than just 4 choices; 1 beer, 1 wine, juice or water. I’ve been on flights that were 45 minutes and served an entire meal. Of course, what they do is still great and I am very grateful."

Cons: "I was told that I would have internet onboard the flight. I was very much looking forward to that. When time came to connect, all I got was inflight onboard local network. No texting, no watching of football games. I would not complain had I been told up front there was no internet access."
Pros: "In Denver, the boarding process was well organized and directed by clear announcements and boarding lanes."
Cons: "In Seattle, the boarding process was chaotic and mismanaged. The ground staff gave confusing and ambiguous instructions that resulted in everyone forming a large, disorganized throng in front of the gate agent. It was as if they said "everyone get on the plane immediately, and we are only taking the first 30 people"."
Cons: "A quick drink service would have been nice, it was provided on the same flight going the opposite direction"

Pros: "The crews were super accommodating and my seat was so comfortable I actually feel asleep which is something I have never done on a plane before."

Cons: "Curbside needs to stop chasing cash tips and do their jobs. If they focused on that tips would be easy to come by. The curbside attendant that took my bag didn’t even bother to check my id. He asked me my name and asked where my destination was. I told him Cincinnati as a layover then LaGuardia where he said that was wrong. He then proceeded to print a boarding pass that wasn’t mine and load my bag into the conveyor. Not 5 mins go by when I realize what happened I wound up having to go to special services to rectify the situation. Which ultimately consisted of me waiting another hour in LaGuardia to get my bag. Please delta have these curbside handlers actually want to do their job and stop chasing cash tips."

Cons: "I bought a ticket thinking i bought it through kayak but I actually bought a ticket through a third party in India. Where no one spoke good English. I called the agency to find out if I needed a Visa for my visit to Australia and the told me no. So when I showed up to the airport I didn’t have the right documents and I MISSED MY FLIGHT. Also the wouldn’t just change my flight and charge me the change flight fee. They cancelled my flight entirely and made me buy a whole new ticket!!! Worst flight experience I’ve ever had and this is not my first time flying to Australia or out of country."

Cons: "Westjet planes operating on the London-Vancouver route have no screens at the back of the seats. The entertainment system provided over wifi is impossible to connect (spent almost 2 hours trying until giving up) and internet is not free too. There is only paid food on this flight (~ $15 / meal)."
Pros: "The crew was polite, even with the numerous delays. Other than that, the multiple delays (3; 8:30 -> 11:30, 11:30 -> 13:05, 13:05 -> 15:30) rubbed me the wrong way and lessened my experience with West Jet. Kayak was very responsive and reliable on their end."

Cons: "No social distancing and no enforcement of wearing a mask properly. Wearing one on your chin or half of your mouth with your nose hanging out needs to be corrected. Empty seats should be utilized for social distancing regardless of fare. First class and the back half of the planes were practically empty while everyone was in the center. We should have been allowed to spread out."

Got delayed for almost 3 hours . Boarder then deplaned coz of some mechanical issue.
A good on-time, as scheduled trip on Air Canada, pricier than most others, but a better track record of on-time / no cancelled flights. Over 7 weeks since booking, the flight times changed three times (but no extra charge) and the flight number once, which fortunately didn't affect our plans. Great, cordial service at boarding and on the plane. Only free drinks served on the 3 hour flight, and not even a cookie! A very long walk from the arrival gate to immigration in YVR (Vancouver) as usual, and it was a bit tricky finding which baggage carousel (did not hear any announcement mentioning it).
They ran out of food entree and the other option was pork which many people don’t eat.

Cons: "Beware that baggage check closes 1 HOUR BEFORE TAKEOFF! They failed to mention this when I purchased tickets. Also we were unable to check in online (something wrong on the website), so we didn't know our boarding info. We also had a flight that was 30mins late. When we got to the check in counter the woman wouldn't do anything for us- wouldn't hold the flight, didn't attempt to help us catch our flight. We were told we could wait 48 hours for the next available seats. We signed up for that, and also waited on standby for 24 hours at Narita. Fortunately they were able to get us on a flight within 24 hours. We were not very happy that the key information that check in closes an hour before flights was not readily available or obvious. No emails or notices that I saw when scheduling flights. Just be aware. Everything else about the flight was fine."
