Delayed twice then cancelled at 02.00 in the morning. Left 300 people to sleep on the terminal floor overnight. Zero communication due to zero Air Canada staff.

Packed very carefully and did a 4 day trip with a 'personal item' only. Much less trouble than a carry on. Only 'entertainment' i need is the flight map. Did not work.

Our family of four were seated separated entirely from one another. We were hopeful to at least be paired up with our children in groups of two. Remember that no food is provided. You will get two beverages and a single Made Good granola bite size bar. Air Canada Bistro menu is available for purchase. Blankets, pillows, and headphones are also available for purchase.

My seat was taken by other passenger, flight délayes caused me problem was not making my connection from Vancouver to Montreal Because of that had change for next Day to be able to arrive at reasonable hours and mist my work day and Lansing was staffer then usual

The boarding staff was extremely rude and disrespectful to multiple passengers. I would advise to avoid Air Canada at Comox airport unless they take steps to improve their airport staff.

I couldn't rate food or entertainment as neither were a factor in my short flight. I was impressed with with respect of time and schedule. Also, this was an incredibly smooth flight from terminal to terminal. My only minor complaint was being woken up for refreshment service. This was the end of a very long day, and I was happy to miss a juice box and pretzels for a little rest.

I think all and all they are doing a good job. Flight crew worked hard and very helpful,polite and attentive

So much paranoia over passports even after passing through security.

As I was purchasing my tickets, I indicated 3 checked-in luggage, one per ticket, but, as time showed, I had to pay for each suitcase on my way to the final point of destination and then back. If I am not mistaken, 5 or 7 times my original schedule was changed. Also, the final few changes introduced an overnight stay, which I was not planning to do. And I couldn't do anything as I already purchased and arranged my dive trip. Overall, after years of flying by many other companies, Air Canada, as of today, is the worthiest I've ever flown. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is relying on a promised schedule and timely arrival/departure. Two plains were broken and had to be replaced/ and the other one had to be fixed while we were on the plane
