The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.

The keg from Edmonton to Toronto My wife found it very cold. Other than that great flight.
Delays and missed connections were very hard the crew were wonderful but 1 1/2 hours late from Abbotsford to a 4 hour wait in Calgary was too much. I am 79 years old and I didn’t get to my destination until after 1 in the morning. They could have offered a seat in the lounge or a meal. I was very disappointed in the treatment
everything was fine expect massive delays - not the airline’s fault
The checked luggage still hasn't arrived yet. 42 h later. We saw it being unloaded in the stopover location. It was. 5 hour layover so it wasn't a rushed transfer. One positive aspect, it was close to being on time and the crew that came on the clean the plane was very efficient.
My flight was delayed three times then eventually cancelled the next flight was the following day scheduled for 1030 it was delayed I had to cancel reservations I had to put people up in hotels on the other end as they came out of town to pick me up all at my expense because WestJet couldn’t get it together I’m very disappointed in WestJet’s performance and how they handled the situation Get your customers to where they need to be in a timely fashion, even if that means putting them on your competitors jets Customer service should be number one I will think twice now with booking with WestJet
Poorly staffed check-in in Victoria. Unhappy WestJet person on counter. Then our flight was delayed by 2 hours, which meant our luggage failed to make the flight to LHR. Overall poor communications to passengers. Fortunately the flight from YYC to LHR was good and on time.
Flight itself good .Landing at terminal3 and connections to terminal1,it is connections nightmare,specially for disable person
The seats very Uncomfortable, no meal and no entertainment for a 4Hours flight. Smooth Flight, Great Take off and landing. Superb crew!
The experience was satisfactory. The plane was full and took awhile to embark and disembark. On a 4 hour flight, there is not much you can do. my return flight was in the very last row on the plane but was adequate.
Overall great. The crews were lovely. The seats are awful. I always emerge with a back ache.
I had boarding pass on my phone. Husband and I were seated together. Agent printed out boarding passes and we were separated for the flight
Air Canada decided to go on strike less then 24 hours before our travel and we had to cancel finding flights elsewhere.
Bad experience. My checked bag was lost during this direct flight….how does that even happen?
The space for seats were uncomfortable and lack of leg room . I paid extra for more leg room. I’m not a big person.
The leg room was tight even after paying extra for economy comfort plus. It was difficult to move out of your seat (I was seated in a window seat). I am not a large person. I would not book the middle or window seats again.
Not happy with Air Canada’s frequent flights cancellation and delays.
There was no food other than pretzels or a single cookie for a 4.5 hour flight. The in-flight entertainment system was not available on the back of the seat - instead I had to use my cell phone and the plane's wifi - which drained my battery even though my phone was plugged into the seat ahead of me and should have been charging - it did not. Very irritating.
Good overall but I’m 5’10 and seating is always tight
