Then I was not able to change my flight at the airport even though there was room available on a direct Westjet flight leaving as close to the same time. But the worst part as after landing we waited for a very long time for the plane to pull up to a gate (unnecessarily burning fuel and poluting the environment). And finally we waited another very long time for the doors of the plane to be opened for disembarkation. More than 3/4 of an hour waiting on the ground after a one hour flight very late in the evening. As a result I hat to take a cab home from the airport. Now I will try my best to not fly Westjet."

I appreciate the voucher I was given to buy a few things and the promptness of my luggage. We live in Canada, the weather in the winter can be quite an annoyance and so it was last week."

It was very hard to talk to the staff most of them were just screaming "go to the line" and were not really keen to listening to what passengers had to say. I found a latam person that wasn't really dealing with this situation and managed to get him to talk to other latam staff about my visa appointment. It was pretty stressful for me to have to deal with the possibility of missing such an important event without a good reason."

After a 3 hour delay that caused me (and tons of others) to miss a connecting international flight, LATAM’s telephone servers had the nerve to claim I was a no show and needed to pay them for my absence. This resulted in a long discussion where I was held on hold until they could adequately determine that yes i missed the flight because they held us late. This was the only way that i was able to avoid their charge to me for being a “no show.”"

It appears that latam needs to reinforce their staff training or perhaps to renew their staff supervisors and train them to avoid unnecessary lies to their passengers."

Better rules need to be enforced with carry on (not that I blame people for trying, considering the increase in checked baggage fees) so that flights can be boarded more quickly and planes can take off on time."

New York to Toronto, Toronto to Edmonton and return. Not one single flight was on time! We got put in a Hotel - only nice part of the trip - got Vouchers for $15 each - such a low amount!!! Didn't get our luggage with our clothes and amenities to use at the hotel - had to sleep in our plane clothes. Spend extra money we didn't have... it was awful! We will be staying away from Air Canada for awhile!"

In addition flights have very limited food options that accommodate persons with gluten/dairy allergies."

What should have been a quick 1.5 hour flight and 8:30pm arrival thus became a sweaty 4-hour ordeal and almost 11pm arrival. Not the end of the world, but I was a bit taken aback at the absence of apologetic behaviour, like perhaps serving drinks while we're sweating on the tarmack, or heaven forbid, a meal of some sort considering we were departing later than we should have all already been home."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed and despite assurances by United staff at the gate in Seattle that we would make our flight in SFO to Zürich we were too late and we missed our flight to Zürich. 14 hours later we are still at SFO trying to get on a flight to Frankfurt then on to Venice. We shall see if it actually happens. The couple we are traveling with gave up and went back home to Boise. They also bought their tickets through Kayak."
Pros: "Was told there was a delay of 15-30 mins at check in. Flight was actually delayed 1.5 hrs. Would have been nice if they explained why ahead of time."
Cons: "More food options. Almost wasn't able to buy food. Was told they ran out by the time they reached us in the back of the plane. Luckily they had one left. It was luke warm at best and my husband and I split it."

Cons: "there was someone sitting in my chair who got angry and it was very rude because I asked him to sit in the right place. I had to put my carry far from me because he put his on my head."

Pros: "My wife and I arrived at airport in Tampa and tried to check our bags in and United ticket counter wasn't working properly. It was malfunctioning. A United agent helped my wife and I very professionally and got everything back to working like it was supposed to."

Cons: "I booked A flight from in Oregon to Tucson Arizona but the layover in San Francisco . The flight from Oregon to California was delayed by an hour and a half which caused me to misconnect. United didn't offer me anything, not even a sorry. Terrible service."

That flight was also delayed twice, and without sufficient notification for me to change flights again. didn't get into Omaha until midnight - over an hour away from my original destination."

Cons: "I was really upset when I was told at airport that my direct flight was changed to connecting flight. Plus I requested a wheelchair due to medical issues on my hip and I was not provided any wheel chair on Vancouver."
Pros: "Boarding was fast and easy. Crew was kind to allow me to use an empty seat in the middle row and get more space. Managed to connect to onboard entertainment with a tablet and avoided to use the tiny screen that still exists on United's 767s."

Cons: "The plane was in the Houston hanger most of the day, but it seems they didn't test it. Even after being delayed on the ground due to rain and a mechanical problem with the ramp for three hours, the plane had to turn around and come back to Houston due to another mechanical issue. Finally left 13.5 hours late. I did receive a hotel room, breakfast and 10,000 miles compensation for the hassle, but I would rather have been in Brazil on time."

Pros: "Luftansa ... never saw them. I ended up on a Unoted Airlines flight. My deat changes from window to middle seat in the middle of the plane. Will not fly United again. Personnel were noce ... but I resent the switch up in carriets."

Cons: "Air Canada was completely unhelpful offering no reason and no help rebooking on the spot. I had to buy direct from United for over $500 to get home. Air canada have still not responded to my request for an explanation, and compensation."
