Pros: "There were a few hiccups with the overall flight process, but the crew was very friendly and informed everyone in a timely manner of the situation. There were also good snacks. Also, flexible baggage policy, which was great."

Cons: "KLM staff at the AMS airport were not helpful. She insisted that our luggage weigh exactly 23kg. At 23.7, she had us go back to take things out with only 45 minutes to boarding. She was rude and unprofessional. Taking off and landing was a little rough. Entertainment on the plane was limited and a little outdated."

Cons: "There really needs to be a way the airlines can better make seating assignments. I was in a window seat and the woman in the middle seat was so large that her arms took all of the arm rest and some of my seat area. Even crossing my arms I was unable to not have her arm up against me."

Cons: "The only issue was the arrival of my luggage, it didn’t arrive in Charlottetown when I was told it was going to HOWEVER, I got it and the staff in the Charlottetown airport were very kind and eager to help me track down my luggage Overall great airline to deal with"
Cons: "For 2 1/2 hours the baby was kicking the back of my seat. I Thurber around a few times, said something once the the so called parents were not willing to help. I mentioned it to the flight attendednt but being a full flight there were no seat. Changes available. The parents even switched seats but only with each other, they kept the baby behind me. I can only hope they have a baby kicking their seat in the future"

Cons: "Air Canada was a disaster on our vacation. Delays, re bookings, cancellations. Every thing was told to us as an excuse from the weather, flight attendant was running late, not staffed enough, need supplies on the plane, someone died, planes needing de-icing, planes too small, planes overbooked... you name it they said it! New York to Toronto, Toronto to Edmonton and return. Not one single flight was on time! We got put in a Hotel - only nice part of the trip - got Vouchers for $15 each - such a low amount!!! Didn't get our luggage with our clothes and amenities to use at the hotel - had to sleep in our plane clothes. Spend extra money we didn't have... it was awful! We will be staying away from Air Canada for awhile!"

Cons: "When I arrived at my destination I found that the item I had gate checked had been damaged- an instrument case I was no longer able to close. The zippers had both been busted off. Due to time constraints I was invited to write a review and email which I intend to do. The item itself was gate checked for safety - and to me the damage says that still somehow it is unsafe to fly with an instrument which as a professional musician is frustrating. In addition flights have very limited food options that accommodate persons with gluten/dairy allergies."

Pros: "Paid for the "upgraded" seat only to be told we had to be in the back of the plane. Moving back all rows had one person and one chair open, so we had to sit apart. Useless crew as an elder couple asked to sit together and were told to check with passengers. Oh and the flight was delayed 3 times."

Pros: "Upgraded to Plus after our flight was delayed and we had to go back home for a night... Live 45 minutes from the airport and had to have a friend drop us off and come back to get us. Friendly staff for the most part. Some seemed a little stressed out, but its understandable as the job is probably stressful. Especially before christmas."

Even tho there was ample time to get there since it was the next door gate, I was in a wheelchair and if it had been any further, it could've been a disaster. We arrived right on time. I'd go Air Canada again."

This was AFTER the crew promised they would hold the other flights (also operated by AC)"
