Cons: "Hassel about getting a visa to Cambodia. Refused to give me a boarding pass for 2nd and 3 rf leg of trip. Korean Air had no problems giving me yhe passes. Otter people had Delta boarding passes shivh they traded for Korran Aiir passes but the got better seats. Food was very good"

Pros: "Our Delta plane was brand spanking new. Everything worked and the inflight entertainment system was fantastic with many movies to choose from, free headphones, games, tv shows, etc. The crew was polite and the seating at least as comfortable as expected for a 4 hour flight."
Cons: "The restrooms in the rear of the plane were remarkably small, even by airline standards. I'm a somewhat larger person and I fit, but I know a lot of people who would literally not be able to fit on the toilet without touching both of the sidewalls or risk getting stuck in there. The boarding process at San Jose Del Cabo was the most ridiculous setup I've ever experienced. There were numerous flights boarding out of the same gates and at least 3 or 4 lines for different destinations forming on a ramp just outside the gates. There were guys with signs trying to herd people into the correct lines and then loading the people onto buses which took you out to the planes. The planes were loading from both the front and rear doors and people were getting tangled up inside because of the haphazard loading process. Very easy for a person to end up on an incorrect plane!!"

Cons: "My one complaint is the bathroom layout of the A320. Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."
Cons: "The overhead bin did not stay down low enough so that I could place my bag in. It would lower then before I could place my bag raise slightly by a few inches. For someone of my height (5’5”) that was problematic. Fortunately another passenger saw my dilemma and held the bin lower to its full opening capacity. This also momentarily slowed down the boarding process."

Pros: "We flew a plane that had 2 row seats. I booked that for my daughter and me as well as seats ahead of an exit so we would have no one behind as. Great seats and they reclined quitea bit. We were very pleased."
Pros: "We were traveling with a 4 month old lap infant, and the crew went out of their way to warm bottles and be friendly in general. The plane was clean and comfortable, and on this leg of our trip the entertainment system actually worked!"
Cons: "The only bad things were those that were totally out of Delta's control: weather delays and absolutely nasty and rude TSA agents who seemed to understand neither the concept of their Pre-Check system (no dedicated lines and no priority) nor the fun of traveling with an infant."

Pros: "I’m handicapped and requested wheelchair assistance when I booked flight. Not once was it ready I had to ask for it at every leg of trip, going and returning. Took morning flight home to connection and when landed was told that flight was cancelled and rebooked my on another flight which was fine but didn’t have the seat available that was originally designated and the woman at customer service didn’t care. New flight delayed 3 times and I ended up being in Newark for 9 hours and got a total of $30 in vouchers, had anyone that gives these vouchers out bought anything in an airport before? And the $30 I did get I had to beg for as well. No more united for me thanks."

Pros: "For the first time I did not fly on a puddle jumper. Not only was it a real jet, it had good seat comfort and leg room even in economy class. The crew was friendly and attentive. They came by with offerings of water at least 4 times for a 2+ hour flight. Contrast that with my last two 5 hour flights on Virgin and American where they came by with water — ONCE. WiFi wasn’t working for either flight and of course the lack of decent food is discouraging. The coffee has improved which is a plus. Overall, good job, United! Nice not to be jammed in like sardines for once."
Cons: "Every time I fly to Denver, we land in one terminal and your connection is in another terminal that requires a train ride to get there. ,ayovers are short — generally barely an hour. If the flight is late you stand a very good chance of missing your connection, as I’m betting happened to over half the passengers on this flight. I was the lucky exception — this aircraft was actually the connecting flight too. Why can’t all United connections be in the same terminal? It makes no sense."
Cons: "As usual, United manged to mess up something new and different. This time, they couldn't get the plane towed from the hangar to the gate in time for an on time departure. The ground staff was even annoyed by this development, and the plane finally appeared about the time we were supposed to be leaving. To their credit, the gate staff tried to keep getting updates and passing them along, but had little luck. Fortunately I did not miss my connection in Houston but I'm not sure the same was true for everybody. When we arrived, we sat for 10 minutes waiting for our gate to open, which the crew interestingly blamed on the delays caused by the rain. Funny, the only delayed flight on the screens in the terminal was odd ours. The rest of my trip was flawless. I'm sorry for Air New Zealand that they have to rely on United to gather passengers for them in the USA."

Pros: "The flight was fine. We were delayed 4 hours. We arrived in wash DC at 1:45am when we expected to land at 9:20pm. What we did not like was the lack of information about the pending flight. We could have rescheduled with better information."
Cons: "The light above my seat did not work so reading was a challenge"
Cons: "Flight attendants were inconsiderate and rude about using the lavatory. Boarding process felt disorganized and chaotic and the planed ended up needing maintenance. Additionally the smell of gasoline as the flight was taking off seems like it's actually a serious health risk no one is addressing."

Cons: "Now Sherry in any documentation I received did it say that my flight was operated by United airlines. I waited at ANA check in until within the 2 hour window and went around and asked someone at United who confirmed that they were partners with ANA."

Normally not an issue, however it was a late night flight so adding extra wait time at the airport for luggage was not ideal. Entertainment buttons on my seat did not work either. Would have paid for the movies and TV selections but I couldn't even hit submit when I swiped my credit card."

Cons: "Our flight had a "mechanical delay" which drug on for several hours (every 30 min there would be another 30 min delay). This eventually meant we would miss our connection to Munich and had to be rescheduled to the following day. The next day we had another round of "mechanical delays" and just barely made the connection."

Cons: "I wish there was more food included with the flight instead of us having to buy food on the plane, especially on a flight that was almost 6 hours long."
Cons: "Air Canada was completely unhelpful offering no reason and no help rebooking on the spot. I had to buy direct from United for over $500 to get home. Air canada have still not responded to my request for an explanation, and compensation."
