Waited at airport from 10 am till 4 pm and no flight due to fog. Ugh.

Flight was good, crew was excellent. No complaints at all

Delayed 3 times in a row for 4 hours total. Incrementally pushing back the flight claiming gate delays but they eventually changed the actual plane, due to technical issues. This strategy to avoid compensation to passengers is unprofessional.

The flight was full and good as could be expected. We arrived early which is always a good thing.

Plane was one hour late. Hardly any space for our carry-ons. Stressful to catch connections.

The delays were never ending and we were never properly informed as to why. 1st and 2nd delay were handled well, but by the time we received our 7th delay, and then subsequently asked to willingly get bumped, it turned into one of the worst flying situations of my life. I didn’t get home until 2am which is roughly 5 hours later than originally planned.

Plane seating was uncomfortable, very tight fitting for someone my height, did not recline and overall un enjoyable

No food, water, snacks.”beverages”. This was on Christmas Day. Upgrading cost $100, for what exactly?

Flight was 4 hours late. Landed at almost 1am instead of 9pm. No explanation given. The new seat configuration is the absolute worst. Uncomfortable seats, unreasonably warm. In flight "entertainment" is just wifi. We're expected to use our own streaming services. Terrible, terrible flight.

Everything was good except for flight delay, but it was because of the snow storm in the arrival airport.

Delayed on tarmac and missed next Air Canada flight by few minutes. Theh should have waited for me.

The on-board entertainment system was horrible - we gave up watching because it just kept glitching.

Had to cancel the flight because there was a 14 hour layover before the flight. Unacceptable.

We had originally booked our flight from Punta Cana to London Ontario but our flight from Toronto to London was rescheduled and we would of had a 14 hour layover in Toronto before caughting our flight to London which is unacceptable. So we canceled our flight to London with no compensation and booked Robert Q Airbus from Toronto to London. We are not planning on using Air Canada for any more travel trips. In the last year and a half, Air Canada has rescheduled my flight from Toronto to London 3 times and forced me to cancel the flight and take Robert Q to London to avoid a long layover in Toronto. I received no compensation for the flight which is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed in the way Air Canada always rescheduled my flight from Toronto to London.

It was good, seating was a little tight apart from that all was well.

I liked the flight but the check in was horrendous. I have booked with you before but not ever had to pay extra for luggage, it was not clear on booking, I didn't know there was different categories of economy that meant different allowances. So was alarmed when we had to pay a further £120 at the check-in at a point of not changing.

I wish they gave the earphones earlier rather than when we are already in flight.

Very nice staff members are very nice and friendly helpful

We were a little late pushing back ,but arrived a head of time.

The crew were fabulous. The flight was bumpy and I always like the captain to tell me what that is about or my imagination gets carries away.
