Great flight. On-time, comfortable, clean aircraft, and offered snacks pre-flight to plan for a potentially turbulent route. I wish there was Wi-Fi an all Delta Aircrafts but for a short flight this is not much of a problem.
Crew was nice. Flight was timely. Seats could be better as well as the food considering it’s first class.
Delayed in taking off because no flight crew. The in seat entertainment was working properly.
My return flights were changed by the airline and my preferred seat selection with extra legroom was not transferred to the new flights
All fine save for the abominable catering. Really gone downhill. We found it all inedible.
Very dissatisfied with the fact that I had upgraded to first class for the second part of my trip only to find out that the lounge was still not available to me, as well as not having any food or drink service on the flight due to weather, so I lost out more than what I paid for.
Delta cancelled my flight less than 24 hours before departure and provided no alternative options. Left me to fend for myself basically. Scrambled to book flight on another airline and paid a fortune to do so last minute.. Can’t wait to see how Delta deals with my refund.
Wifi did not work and they only served water, coffee, or tea.
Great - This was the last flight before hurricane closures and did a quick turnaround to get the plane heading north. Much appreciated.
I was able to select a gluten free meal for my outbound flight operated by KLM but my selection wasn’t saved on Delta so I ended up not having a hot meal. The cabin crew was nice enough to offer some cheese so I could pair it with some gf crackers I had. The seat would recline but slowly but surely would come back up so I couldn’t sleep as I would have wanted to.
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.
Friendly staff, always good food , as comfortable as it can be in economy
Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
We didn’t fly into Neuark , because it departed without us . We ran to a closed gate , and no staff to assist, then to a customer service center that was also closed, then briskly walked (20mins) to another customer center and got a ticket , waited 2 hours , got a flight to JFK instead, because of the time delay we Ran to catch our train home , and again our luggage arrived 3 days later delivery time at 3:45 in the MORNING!!!! Crazy!!!!!! Took a few days to shake off this disappointment of your service. You’re an embarrassment to customer service .
A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .

The option to check in the carry on bag for free was very convenient. If one checked bag could be included in the ticket price that would be even better.

I took this flight to be able to fly with Swiss instead of Air Canada from Geneva.. The AC planes have a better outfit in Business class than Swiss, but the service aboard Swiss is really best, first-class, as is the food and beverages. Though using the same plane model (A330-300), the interior setup of the cabin starts to show its age, but IMO the planes are better serviced by Swiss than AC. I had in my recent trips with AC way too many technical problems that led to delays or even complete cancellation of my flight.. Their fleet is aging (average 20+ years) and the maintenance has taken a toll compared to years ago. Cutting costs in every corner has to be paid sometime by someone, and it's the travelers at the end that pays for it. Unfortunately for me, flying directly to Zurich puts a much longer after-fly trip on me than Geneva.. so I might go back to direct flight YUL-GVA, even if I don't like flying with AC.

Terrible plane small airbus good for a 1 hr trip I booked business as it is. A night flight and 4hrs trip it was an ordinary economy seat with no one next to me what a joke what a stupid decision to buy business

Plane 3 hours late. Missed connection. No help from gate staff. App horrible. Lost connection repeatedly. No service desk. Finally got help from young girl driving cart.

The flight was delayed, it took longer than anticipated because of weather, and they broke my luggage.
Everything was good. Flight was on time, luggage pickup was quick. The staff were great. Could not ask for anything more.
lots of delays the crew were unclear about where to pick up my carry-on, which they took from me to check in on the plane.
They needed people to check a bag, they did check my bag and I had to wait 10 minutes after the flight to get it it wasn’t too bad

Absolutely the worst airline I have ever taken. They lost my baggage and told me my bag tags had been cancelled. When my bags arrived days later I had to pick them up at 3:15 am. My return flight was delayed another 6 hours and they broke my bag. Westjet does nothing to try and make it a better customer experience and all the customers services representatives I spoke with were useless and incompetent. Never flying westjet again.
Easy self checkin and baggage drop. No in seat entertainment, but wifi and app worked well

Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues to the point that I missed my connection and had to wait for 6 hrs in Calgary... thankfully I wasn't in a rush or that would have been annoying
It was an awesome experience flying with Westjet. This was my first domestic flight experience in Canada.
