Cancelled flight with no specific instructions to get a boarding pass for another flight. The whole flight of people were in line for an hour because there was only 1 person to help at the desk. This was unusual for JetBlue.
Except for the 28 minute delay leaving and the earlier reschedule to a later takeoff time the flight was good.
Loved the leg room and tvs screens on the seats and free WiFi. Wish the price was lower and could save by rebooking

I rate it is good we had a 4-hour travel delay at one point but JetBlue gave out food vouchers and travel points credits for another flight so they try to make up for it

On the positive side, the cabin exuded a sense of expansiveness, and the crew exhibited amiable and accommodating behavior throughout the journey.
They delayed our flight by 45 minutes and then re-updated the departure time back to normal schedule with no notification, email, or app update causing probably 40 people to miss the flight as they left without us.
terrible. Because I felt very unwell during the flight. How do they leave a woman alone in the middle of 2 men? an obese man who was falling on top of me.
I love Spirit. New aircraft, great cabin service, the airfares are low cost which helps me visit my hospitalized daughter anytime I can without paying a fortune.

Amazing flying experience, even in not the best of weather. The staff made us comfortable and the flight was actually pretty smooth.
The flight took an extra 30 min to take off because we were waiting for crew to board then it took another 30 min to get off the plane because there was no parking. Just overall ridiculous also please add a head rest my neck was gonna snap off thanks.

Loved staff help @ kiosk, staff on airplane. Commitment to punctuality. I sat in a "blocked" row, where the middle seat had no passenger & loved it! I appreciate not having to pay for water, which I've experienced even on international flights. Only negative was how dirty the bathroom was for a 4.5 hrs flight. But I don't think flight attendants monitor this.
Seats are uncomfortable but price is good. Guess I can put up with misery for four hours.

They switched my flight to Spirit, Never using Kayak again,
The flight itself was ok and the pilot was very communicative. However, our flight was delayed for almost 3 hours, the gate was changed 3 times and there was no communication as we were waiting. The flight staff was overall a little crabby...I understand as they probably had a long day but we all did.
Asked for a seat change to be w my wife at the gate they were great in sorting it out to make it happen
They cancelled the flight and did nothing. I should be compensated for my uber rides to and from airport. Not a good service by frontier or kayak.
The worst service , the agents from the counter are really bad . Poor customer service . They didnt help me to get in the flight . The check in process was a mess for no reason. I spent an hour waiting in line trying to get them to print my boarding pass and as a result I missed my flight.
The flight left over two hours late. They charged me $180 to bring a carry on. There was an error with the spelling of my name and Frontair agent lied that I would need to pay $200 for her to fix the spelling, and pressured me that if I don't do it quick I would lose the flight. I called back and another agent said it costs $75 to fix. All in all, this company is a complete scam.
I took my first and last flight with FRONTIER. The seats are not able to be reclined so it’s not a very comfortable experience when you take a flight of 3 hours or longer. You must pay for your luggage either carry on or check in, so taking all this in consideration at the end what you think you’re saving your paying in services that should be included. Not a beverage in sight. . You’re seriously better off getting on a proper airline such as Delta, AA, United, etc.
