Multiple delays and flight cancellations meant that I arrived five and a half hours late at my destination. There was limited communication from the airline. The airline left my checked bag at my departure city and stopped tracking it almost immediately. The airline has made no apparent effort to return my bag despite filing a report, and has provided no communication or ability to check on the status of the bag.
I'm 6'8" (2.03m) so more legroom would alwqys be appreciated, especially on long international flights. The food choices were underwhelming.

3rd time in a row on an international flight a massive delay. Third time in a row on an international flight that Air Canada rebooks the missed flight for the next day, third time in a row I have to start a fight with Air Canada to get the money back they should pay me back for the inability of this airline to fly on time and do the decent thing

First of all, it was operated by lufthansa and not air Canada. I strongly suggest Lufthansa over air Canada.

I liked the courteousy of the staff. I was sitting in the middle of the middle row, which was not the most confortable spot when food was served but when that was done, I was comfortable and enjoying the flight again.

In my first flight with Air Canada we sat in the plane for 4:00pm to 6:30pm. Finally we were asked to get off the plane and we were told the flight was cancelled after 7:00pm There was o clear explanation of what was the problem. I was booked without my permission on a Delta Flight at 7:30pm that was leaving at 8:00pm and I still had to go get my luggage(my final destination was Rome with one stop in Toronto. The luggage claim for Canada was closed so had to return to finally get it on the luggage belt.. Of course I missed the Delta flight and all the next day flights were booked. I also lost what I paid for my stay in Rome because I did nt cancel in time. A complete nightmare.
The flight was delayed 7 hours and we were given 10 euros vouchers. This is ridiculous. The crew was not nice at all, they just did their job with serving food and drinks. Did not even apologize for the delay!!!!

We had a delay of about 45min, boarding was not done by zone, breakfast is really not good. However, we were well treated by staff, everything went well and we will surely fly again with Lufthansa.
Crew not helpful, Infant seat was purchased , instead I got infant ticket on lap, Car seat was taken away at the airport cuz of the type of Boarding pass that was given to us. Luggage missing at the destination airport .
