Timeliness seems to be optional. Flight was 30 min late despite not coming from anywhere else prior. Information on flight status boards in the airport continued to show “on time” despite being passed the time it should have left.
Very poor boarding experience with these remote gates and buses. Also these 777s bardy need a remodeling. Entertainment is a bit laggy. Food and crew is still among the better, but they seriously have to do something with these remote gates.
Super flight. On time departure and arrival. Very good service. Luggage arrival at DXB was a little delayed but you can’t have everything the very best :)
The plane seemed pretty old and the food was not good
Amazing and great experience, crew was available and took great care of my parents. Food was nice and so was the service. Aircraft from Dubai to Mumbai was not so great and was a big showdown of the aircraft service
The food was amazing on our flight. So many options for movies and shows to stay entertained for 12 hours.
I was not allowed to upgrade with miles whereas others were. That’s a pity
We did not fly and our agent has been uncilling and uncooperative to help us rebook flight. We will never use Kayak ever again to book our flights, and we will let our network of friends know that using Kayak is equal to losing $$$$$.
Everything was good but I think food choices could've been better
Flight attendant Catalina was one of best ever. Paid attention to every detail. Food was good. Comfortable private seats in business class. We were not allowed in business class lounge in Dubai because our ticket supposedly didn’t cover this. They said our travel agent should of told us that. That has never happened on any other airline before. Beware of this especially if you have a long layover like we did.
Delay, after delay, after delay. It was hard as an adult travelling alone. I felt bad for the families with young children to entertain for several hours. Agents and crew performed to their usual good standard. Air Canada, never again.
Lovely flight.....only cold drinks and no more complimentary cookies!
It was good. Short flight and the crew were well organized. I find the seats a little close together. I am tall so more leg room would always be welcome.
Would like whole can of pop for 2. Treats were not great . The garlic pretzels were terrible for someone who can't eat garlic. Passenger was 84.
I found check in difficult because I could only pull up one passenger. I got help.
Flyt was changed but got me back to Victoria. Will fly with AirCanada anytime. Thank you

For me was not enough water. + 200 ml would be perfect… Generally it was good.
My bag didn’t follow me as it was supposed to leaving me without my bag for the first 12 hours of my 3 day trip. My bag got broken during this time.
Typical Air Canada two hours delayed. I’m so tired of flying with Air Canada. I’ve flown six times in the past two weeks and every single flight has been delayed. Air Canada needs to get their stuff together
