Cons: "Alaska gate agents blamed us for our Supersaver tickets (that were not cheap) for the reason they had our young children sitting on their own in middle seats with strangers. It wasn't until I insisted it wasn't safe that they found a pair of two seats together so each child could be with a parent."

I was pleasantly surprised with the boarding times, organization, super-friendly crew, free entertainment (a few select movies with complimentary tablets to view them on), and outlets for charging mobile devices in every seat. Even with headphones on, this child's crying persisted to pierce the ears of every passenger within 5 rows of it."

ATL is advanced enough to have kiosk for arrival, even for those confused and not with global entry, but then forces you to wait in security line instead of the typically faster tea precheck line. Every minute I'm in line, I'm not spending money"

Pros: "Staff friendly & made sure that everyone on the plane was aware of someone with a peanut allergy so no peanuts were to be eaten. Ground staff worked hard to get us rebooked & on our way as our first flight was so late that we missed our connection. So glad to finally see a charging port as our long haul flight didn't have them."
Cons: "Not the crews fault but this was the slowest disembarking process on a plane that I have ever seen. Hard to get comfortable in the seat. Not able to sit with husband as it was a rebooked flight & the flight was full."

So, we were stuck in Atlanta airport with no good way to our final destination. Instead of waiting for 22 hours for the next available flight, or driving for 7 hours from Atlanta to Cincinnati, we had to fly into another city and drive to Cincinnati from there AT OUR OWN EXPENSE. It was a rebooking nightmare."

Cons: "Delta is a terrible airline. They try to stick you with extra fees every time you turn around, and the planes are horribly uncomfortable. The seats on this flight were so cramped I could barely fit into the. (I'm fairly tall but not very big otherwise.) Additionally, we tried to change our flight to a different day that was less crowded, and were told it would cost over $600 per passenger to do so. Highway robbery. I wish Southwest flew to Madison."

Cons: "For some reason when I booked my flight, for this leg of it, I had "get seat assignment at gate". Once I got my seat assignment I thought I had a window seat: however, when I boarded the plane, I realized that I was in the very last seat of the plane in the window position, but no window. I was crammed in next to a wall and claustrophobic the whole way as I couldn't see anything, couldn't recline at all because behind me was the bathroom, and the engine roared at times in my ears to where I couldn't hear the passenger next to me when we tried to have conversation as the engine was right outside my "wall". We joked, when we could hear each other, that we must've pissed someone at Delta off the last time we flew them. I have no idea why I had to get my seat assignment at the gate for this particular flight, or why I was put in the 'flying coffin' seat, but it made for a very unpleasant experience. Why even have that seat in the plane? Everyone pays a lot of money to fly these days and deserves better than that seat when doing so. just take those two seats out and give everyone else a little more leg room = much better passenger experience for everyone...my suggestion if Delta really cares about the quality of passenger experience."

Pros: "The young competent Air Canada staff at the gate and her supervisor were kind enough to give me the last seat for the 11:45 am flight to Toronto on Dec 18th, 2017. After more than 24 hours stranded in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport due to power outage on Dec 17th, 2017, I was so relieved as I sat on my seat, when an air hostess asked if I would like a seat in business class. She said they randomly upgrade passengers to business class when seats are available. So it all ended well, I got home to Toronto safely in (business) class. Thank you Air Canada !"

I got my bags on the day I was scheduled to leave. They had no way to track my bag and offered me $50. I had over $7000 of gear in the bag and I lost my $2600 deposit for the hunt. Not to mention the time a way from work where I just sat around in the bush doing nothing. On the way home, they lost my bag again. No one ever came to customer service desk and I had to call a number to India who was zero help. Terrible experience. Never fly Air Canada!!!!!"

Pros: "I was very impressed today when one of the airline stewardess went back into the Terminal waiting area to get a passenger's phone charge she left behind. We were all seated when the passenger noticed she had forgotten it and to her credit she walked back to the front of the plane to ask about retrieving the charge. She was particularly concerned because she had just bought it. She came back to her seat and was told they would see what they could do. To our surprise after the doors were closed, the stewardess came back to hand the passenger her charger. She was very grateful! Well done Air Canada."

Cons: "Small child violently kicked me seat the entire flight. I asked the parent (politely) to ask his son to stop but he didnt think he should have to. (They also thought it was fine for their toddler daugther to crawl into another sleeping passengers lap during flight. The crew was no help. I get that kids are kids but this was excessive. Cons: "At the bwi airport they have to agent u can talk to except u have to wait when they are boarding a flight before u can see someone at the front desk . Lost my bag and even the airport police said it's a normal thing as they get complains every day . Called a million times and they still won't give me detail info. I classify them as the worst airline I've ever used in my 30th ears of travel and if they are the only airline on earth I rather never travel"
