My recent Air France flight from Paris to Toronto was a genuinely pleasant long‑haul experience, marked by strong service and thoughtful touches throughout the journey. The boarding process was orderly and efficient, with only a short wait before passengers were invited to step onboard. Everything moved with calm coordination, setting a positive tone right from the start. Once in the air, the inflight crew truly shined. They were warm, friendly, and consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Their professionalism and upbeat energy made the cabin feel welcoming and well cared for. The meals and overall service were very good—well‑timed, nicely presented, and satisfying. Air France’s reputation for quality inflight dining held up, and the crew ensured that drinks, snacks, and small requests were handled promptly. I traveled in a business‑class pod, which offered excellent privacy and comfort. The seat itself was spacious and well‑designed, ideal for both resting and working. The only minor drawback was that the pod felt a bit warm when fully closed, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the overall comfort. Overall, this Air France flight delivered a smooth, friendly, and enjoyable experience from gate to landing. The combination of efficient boarding, exceptional crew service, quality meals, and a comfortable seat made the long journey feel easy and well supported.

I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad.

Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.

It was an OK flight with below mediocre service by their flight attendants

My experience was good overall, the quality of the food really decreased! There used to be a choice between meat and fish now it’s between chicken and pasta! In the choices of entertainment meditation has been added which is very good. Soft chair workout to improve blood circulation and avoid phlebitis should be added.

The only reason the overall rating wasn't "excellent" was due to problems in claiming luggage. The bags are delivered to the main area (Cinta 35) for domestic passengers, but to a DIFFERENT ROOM for international arrivees. After waiting 30 minutes, someone (who didn't appear to be from Air France or the airport) told us to go to another area. There we found our bags, which appeared to have been awaiting us for a while. We had to go through a bag check before leaving the airport. If we had been alerted to this possibility, or better yet, been to go directly to Cinta 34, we could have eliminated quite a bit of waiting.

They lost my baggage and I still have not got it back. Disgrace

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.

A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.

I would like to praise one of the stewards, Mohamed, who was swift and efficient to help me as I was not feeling well at some point during the flight.

The flight itself was fine. The flight was delayed for nearly 10 hours and there was inconsistent communication about why it was delayed.

Awful. Seats on this Dreamliner really uncomfortable with broken tables. No food selection availability in business class. Poor service. No engagement senior flight attendant spent more time applying make up then speaking to her guests. It appeared that the right side received a different level of service to the left when there were only 8 people. Worst flight I have ever had. A great way to ruin an outstanding two week with this return flight

When the flight landed, it was still going towards the gate, when everybody got up. Nobody cared that the flight was still in "active taxi" mode. But seems like this is common on Air Maroc flights.

There was a technical problem with the aircraft after we boarded and we had to leave the plane and wait for two hours where we couldn’t talk to anyone. I had a connection in Toronto to Vancouver I obviously missed it. Arriving to Vancouver the flight was canceled and I wasn’t offered any another flights. I had to book one on my own charges to get back home. Also at Casablanca check in. They said our luggage will go to final destination and they did not!

Seats were very uncomfortable (tight and hard). Flight was delayed due to technical problems. Baggage took an hour to arrive to the carousel.

Not good airline doesn't understand or recognize business class customers

I love how the airline gave accommodation as a result of my nine hour layover. The service at the hotel was great.

The service was terrible. We weren’t allowed to take water on the flight and the drinks were offered only at the end of the meal. When we used the button to call the flight attendants, they never showed up and when my daughter’s drink was spilled due to turbulences, she asked for something to clean her pants at least 4 times and eventually they gave her a tissue. The flight attendants were rude and overall the flight was terrible!

when we ask for water or any help nobody care.. they are too arrogant
