Cons: "The lack of communication about my flight being delayed 10 hours after arriving at the airport at 3am. Then when we finally left I was not informed of the 25 hour layover in Morocco and I did not have anything with me for an overnight trip. The airlines did not consider this and refused to allow me to get my luggage. By the time I got to my hotel after being given the run around for 2 hours, all of the stores were closed for me to purchase toiletries and the room had no towels. The meal the hotel offered was not edible and I had to purchase food on my own. I was originally suppose to land in NYC Saturday at 6:30pm, but if all goes as planned I will arrive in NYC Monday morning at 1:30am. The staff with this airline was not helpful, very rude, and one of the staff told me it was my problem that I could not get to the hotel they assigned to me."

Cons: "Boarding process was chaotic as it often is when passengers need to be bussed out to the plane. Many passengers took the wrong seats and discrepancies in passenger count delayed the flight. At one point a family was asked to move, and take their carry-ons, but they were eventually allowed to return to their seats. Somehow it was resolved and we left. No personal TV , but overhead tv showed moving map for a while, then they switched to cartoons without sound. Airlines generally don't provide the best service or use the newest aircraft on African routes, so this was typical."
Cons: "Boarding in Casa Blanca was incredibly disorganized and lengthy, with no communication from airline staff to help alleviate the chaos. We left one hour late. When we arrived at JFK we spent 1.5 hours on the tarmac waiting for a gate. There was no communication from airline staff explaining the delay or any attempt to minimize our discomfort- (provide water for example). Once we disembarked, we waited more than 2 hours for our luggage. After an hour, an airline staff explained the delay and then disappeared. She was remarkably defensive and unsympathetic. I understand that weather conditions u in NY contributed to some of this, but the lack of communication by airline staff was unconscionable. Also the food was terrible."

It was a stressful experience and I do not understand why the usual steps of asking for voluntary transfers and offering compensation were simply skipped over."

Cons: "Upon Boarding the plane, I was looking for somewhere to store my large backpack in an overhead bin, and instead of assisting or just waiting their turn, the crew is squeezing past me, forcing me to shove my bag into someone's face as I move to the side. This happened twice as I was headed to my seat. No "excuse me", "pardon" or nothing. Barely any English was spoken and I was yelled at to remove my headphones for landing when my music wasn't even playing, (although on any other flight, a device in airplane mode is not a problem). During the flight, the crew was extremely chatty and loud in the back of the cabin disturbing conversations I was trying to have with the person next to me. "Entertainment" was a kids tv show when I doubt that kids can even see the screen. No sound."

After midnight after several complaines, they sent us to a hotel near by where we had to share with strangers because there was not enough rooms to all of us. When entering again the airport, the boarding pass had the wrong date, the crew coulnd`t change it on their system and the police didn`t wanted to let us in. After almost 1 hour waiting, they let us go in and again, our passport was checked around 10 times by different people, why?! Don`t they trust their colleagues work?! Anyway, never again!"

Better than in Casablanca when I went to São Paulo where flight got cancelled, no food was provided on Casablanca in 6 hours of waiting with no information. They check our passaport around 10 times, but there is no one to explain us where to go and what to do...After midnight they sent us to a hotel where we had to share a room with someone we never met before because there was not enough rooms to all of us. RAM=NEVER AGAIN!"

The bathrooms got a little messy and little was done about it."

Cons: "AirMaroc provided midocre service. The plane was old and outdated. There was ABSOLUTELY NO in flight entertainment. They had the big TV screens hanging from the top of the plane but no movies were played (on the way there and back). They changed my flight time twice from when I bought the flight to when I left, which disrupted my whole travel planes when arriving to Montreal. In addition, the night before my departure they emailed me stating that my flight had been canceled. When i called costumer service, they stated that they had no idea what I was talking about. The company is disorganized. The plane was full to capacity and as a result my whole party (5) was not stead together nor were there any attempt to fix that for us even when we asked several employes. Overall, i would not fly or recommend Royal AirMaroc"
Pros: "At first, I was a little apprehensive to fly an airline I had never heard of, but the price and times were exactly what I needed and wanted. Checkin on line is easy, dropping off luggage at the airport is easy. Your bag goes directly to your final destination even if you have a very long layover. The food was outstanding & the crew was amazing. I will definitely fly with them again."
