The type of the food requested (Asian vegetarian) was not properly met with. They have very limited snack items that may compensate for the main meals.

Everything was excellent service was good.Only one problem my trip san francisco to tapie was good but the Taipe to HongKong we change gate 3times a lot of walking n everyone has to rush around from gate to gate.By the time to board our flight i felt soo sick from running from one gate to another.That was the only problem i face

It was a pleasant fly with Eva Air from NYC to Taipei. The crew were friendly and the food was exceeded my expectation.

1. The entrance to boarding gate G5 (which is at a lower level) is from the walkway (which is at the upper level). That entrance was locked and there was no place for hundreds of people to sit at the upper level, for a long time as the flight was 45 minutes late. 2. The choice of movies on board was extermely limited and poor. 3. The staff was unhelpful and faked politeness.

Boarding is fast and easy for economy class, food was ok baggage policies are good

Poor services. Not meet 5-star airline standard. Disappointed with the poor food and drink selections. Cabin crew is not attentive at all. They even skipped me during meal service (not sure if it is intentionally).

The flight went well. Everything good. Boarding. Meal service. Snack (crackers) & Drinks. (Could do with more selection like a sandwich). The seats did not have the annoying footrests (that dig into your shins when you stretch out your legs.). Entertainment was good as I watch 4 movies. Screens were bight (adjustable) but could do with privacy filters on them to prevent light from the passenger next to you shining in your face. They need to have milk for hot black tea though as coffee creamer just never makes tea taste nice.

The crew is so cold and indifferent but I have to appreciate their professionalism. The seat is too hard and not comfortable at all. Entertainment is very limited and not of many choices.

My original flight was rescheduled & EVA did a good job rescheduling my flight & connecting flight.

Very uncomfortable and crowded seats in economy. Flight attendant refused request to move to nearby unused seat with more legroom because “It was more money for that seat”. It was also near impossible to reach airline directly by phone. Waits upwards of an hour and not very helpful customer service representatives after long wait. Cannot recommend this airline.

Decent flight, staff was very good, especially with the turbulence during the flight due to weather. Comfort was about par with other airlines but since it was a quick flight, was not much of an issue for us.

It was a 2 hour flight to Taiwan. Lunch was served. China Airlines goes above and beyond for their passengers.

Liked that I could pick my seat and have a special meal without an extra charge. Luggage is reasonable for overseas trip. What could have been better is boarding and leaving on time.

Staff is friendly, great variety of entertainment, check in a little messy but due to people not listening. Overall a pleasant experience. Would use again in the future.

3 of the 4 flights had delays despite the weather being fine, but still managed to make all connections

Ask flight attendant for water during flight and she was a little rude get the water.

Baggage made it successfully to destination despite short layover. Appreciate that.

Staff were good and nice. There should me 3 meals instead of only 2 and snacks.

Excellent staff made the boarding process fast and easy. Friendly crews on both flights from Saigon to Taipei and Taipei to Los Angeles. Will fly China Airlines again.

For a long-haul flight, the crew did a very good job of keeping the lavatories clean and the aisles clear.

The plane had a technical problem it would delayed 10 hours but they just gave limited information and put all passengers into the Miracle lounge. Ther were not enough chairs and so on.

Ensure there is a choice of food for all customers and also enough food

An excellent airline; polite and courteous cabin crew, excellent meal and drink service. Highly recommended.

We boarded the plane at 1:20 pm It was hot. There was no air-conditioning It was stifling They kept us on the plane sitting there for 1 hour and 10 minutes

No space in between the seats as per them the average height of human is 5’3” and weight as 55, so seats are designed as per the same. Also, the aircraft was dirty and full of insects

when we arrived at Taipei no one help us to get boarding pass. we saw a few people there asked them for help but they just ignored us. There was a guy told us to call Starlux number to get help but we don’t know how to dial the number until there was a lady working there helped us to call Starlux customer then someone came down took us to another counter for boarding pass. Very confused and inconvenient. We might not choose Starlux again in the future.

There was no entertainment and food option limited But the service was first class on an economy flight

They didn't have a vegetarian food in spite of the ore order

Technical problems checking in. Had to wait a long time while they got things ready.

Vietnam airlines is just one step upper to the cheapest one (vietjet, if you wanted delays and cancel or feel like a criminal then vietjet is for you) for sure better customer cares and on time.

There was a group of school age passengers that were very loud and unruly with their chaperones were no where to be found.

The flight was delayed instead of leaving at 11 it left at 12.20

Flight was delayed by 3 hours. The pilot made up 1 hour during the flight, but that made the wait at the airport 5 hours once you factor getting there 2 hours early.

Very uncomfortable seats and seat backs, and I am only 5’9”. Delayed due to crew issues, spent a long time with no ventilation. Teeny overhead bins. Wifi worked well. Arrived safely.

Flight canceled due to weather. Rescheduled flight canceled due to maintenance. I’m stuck!

Delays!!! Maintain your planes so your customers don’t have to sit on their assess for over an hour on the tarmac!! Also, United app is buggy. Videos did not load. Overall a miserable experience. Flight crew was awesome though.

Include at least some snack in the airfare and distribute it for free in flight rather than have customers pay for it. Customers are more likely to accept a $10 increase in air ticket than but a snack in flight for $5.

Didn't board the flight. The flight was never confirmed by the airline although got the ticket from Chatdeal. Will never book through Chatdeal, rather book through the airlines themselves, customer service although got me othet tickets but ignored my reimbursement requests - closed the ticket without even saying anythjng

Paid for seats near the window but given seats right at the back, near the toilets. This location was so noisy with the blasts from the aircraft engines blowing beside. Not a nice one 😞.

Flight was delayed 2 hours, which seems regular with this airline. Aircrew were avarage, friendly but robotic. At check in I asked for a spare seat. Got some stupid response about loading capacity (it was 85% full!) Then passengers behind jumped up and moved to vacant exit rows, they obviously didn't pay for. Waited over 20+ minutes to disembark, with ground staff trying to squash all passengers onto 1 bus. Causing even more delays. Unsafe and stupid! But this is a problem at Saigon airport. Overall a very average experience!

In experience we didn't even get water unless it was paid for. Even Bamboo Airlines provided free water. The flight was cold with no blanket being provided. The flight attendants were not responsive in keeping the passengers under control. I complained about fellow passengers playing loud music several times before one of the flight attendants to action. I will not recommend flying with Vietjet unless things improve.

I have few bad reviews about VietJet, but my experience was really good and it worth every penny..

Not even free water. NO legroom. Narrow seats. Not enough room to even hold a book at reading distance in front of you.

No water or snacks. Crew did not give us arrival cards. There was no need for more than 1 flight attendant as they did not do anything

Some chair in the flight should be maintained, but I think they may not have time to check every seats, since it is high demand in this period.

Our experience was the worst. Over 2 days flight was changed and delayed 4 times. Not impressed
