the rudest staff in the world!!! we had overweight baggage, which is our fault but it is a really stupid rule, and the woman said we could reorganise or pay now, we said we’d reorganise and she started shouting “do it now! hurry up!” even though the flight wasn’t even boarding yet. She told us that if our two cabin bags were below 14 together, then we wouldn’t have to pay 500k dong. We reorganised and our bags were below 14kg. She then said that it was all of our bags together that should be less than 14kg. We were obviously confused by this, because she had just said that it was our two cabin bags and we asked her why she told us to rearrange our bags then. She started shouting at us again saying that we needed to “pay now or throw away”. We said fine, we’ll just pay, and she suddenly started asking for 1.51 million dong. I asked her why it was suddenly over three times the price and she said that it was always that price. I asked to see the other piece of paper she had that had the other price and she slammed her one on top of it and started shouting “pay now or i’ll close the gate” (boarding was already finishing at this point). So, we had no choice but to pay three times the original price, even though we reorganised our cabin bags to be under the necessary weight like she had asked us to. I wouldn’t even be so upset about the money if the staff were at least a little bit nice. She was possibly the rudest, most ignorant woman I have ever met in my life. Besides that, the plane/flight was just a bit worse than ryanair standard. Small seats, delayed by an hour. Typical low budget. At least the ryanair staff don’t try to scam you. Avoid at all costs, it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with such horrible people.

The boarding process took very long, partly due to passengers on incoming flight took too long to deplane

The flight left on time and landed early. The attendants were polite and friendly. Thank you

Not good in terms of amenities. For over 6 hours they don’t even provide complementary drinks or snacks-forget about dinner or lunch.

Air Asia just dreadfull. Always poorest customer service and very unwelcoming staff which is clearly bread in from the Top down from the CEO

It was on time! First time in a long time for Air Asia. Thank you!

I get so tired of the constant delays, but there are so few options. The plane is coming from Bangkok each time. Why are the flights so regularly delayed. I do appreciate the speed of the baggage delivery into the terminal.

CNX is a filthy, poorly kept airport. I have heard that Thailand plans to build another airport in San Kampaeng area, so perhaps they are just letting this one go. But it makes every airline look badly to offer their service in such a poorly organized "dump". Sorry to say this, but that's what it's like. At least the AirAsia flight which I took was on time! I appreciate that.

Air Asia will be my choice of airline when I fly to Asia every 6 to 8 weeks. Thank you for your good service.

I really like air Asia. The flights are running very professionally and both of my flights this last time got in early. Planes were clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. I understand they were supposed to be a budget airline but they don’t act like they’re a budget airline.

All good and friendly However the blasting of music at take of and landing is so annoying and can’t hear anyone speaking .

Waited for 1 hour on tarmac because they couldn’t locate a tow truck. Flight was fine once we eventually took off.

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

I have few bad reviews about VietJet, but my experience was really good and it worth every penny..

Very bad experience and will never try their service again. Not even water serve for 8hr flight. Will have to wait for every prepurched to cimplete before can buy water.

The plane stayed hot the entire time, no leg room, no entertainment. Definitely a budget airline experience.

Trip was only 40 minutes in duration....no food and no entertainment. Otherwise it was excellent!

Good value airline for a LCC - food selection and drinks looked well priced. Flight was delayed and no rush to make up time

The actual flight was ok, everything else terrible worst airline in South East Asia, delayed twice and eventually took off late again, waiting in room at gate before flight no staff there no information about second delay, jammed on bus with doors closed waiting to be taken to the plane, just a disgusting airline, do not ever rely on this Vietjet will always cancel or delay your flight, and it’s not cheap when you see luggage price and other add ons, if possible try to book a better airline Bamboo air etc
