Service was great, and the premium economy seating was very comfortable. The food was good.
This flight was even more crowded that Singapore to Taipei, an extra row of seats and an additional 4th seat in the middle made it extremely crowded. No leg room, no width for room. Terribly uncomfortable flight. The food was disgusting. We will never fly EVA Air again.
Movie selection was not as good as recent flights I've taken (EVA and other airlines).

The boarding was organized and efficient. The crew was very thoughtful and did not wake me up when meals were served. I was totally exhausted after 2 weeks of vacation with a tour group. So sleep was more important to me. The crew just left me a sticker telling me that food had been served and if I woke up hungry to contact the crew. I did have the last meal scheduled on board. Food was very mediocre. The scrambled egg and minced meat were too salty. The porridge was passable. I was disappointed because I have high expectations of food from Taiwan. I thought EVA being a Taiwan based airline would have served its customers better tasting food.
Great service. Was there a food option? I was given food (I could have ordered ahead of time?) but had no choice. I like choice.

Crew's attitude can be better. I asked one crew member to help to put carry on baggage into overhead bin, but he was not willing to help. I needed help because my height is short. His attitude was bad.
Everything was excellent service was good.Only one problem my trip san francisco to tapie was good but the Taipe to HongKong we change gate 3times a lot of walking n everyone has to rush around from gate to gate.By the time to board our flight i felt soo sick from running from one gate to another.That was the only problem i face

I would like to commend the staff from this flight. They all looked happy and I can tell they love what they are doing and constantly smiling while serving the passengers. Special mention to the guy FA in our section. I did not get his name but he is so far the best F.A I have ever encountered!

Liked that I could pick my seat and have a special meal without an extra charge. Luggage is reasonable for overseas trip. What could have been better is boarding and leaving on time.
Staff is friendly, great variety of entertainment, check in a little messy but due to people not listening. Overall a pleasant experience. Would use again in the future.
It felt like a new plane. Decent leg room in economy, food was fine, and the plane didn’t feel super dry and uncomfortable.
Better training to have qualified crews and services. My flight was from around 12 midnight Friday Taipei to Vancouver. After two hours first meal (2:00 Am -8:00 ) no crew available for even asking for some water. I was even willing to pay for water. For breakfast after 8 hours the only drink was tea and coffee no water or juice.
3 of the 4 flights had delays despite the weather being fine, but still managed to make all connections
Flight was delay almost 2 hours from Hong Kong to Taipei. Last minute gate change from 24 to 66. Long way walk. We need to run in the Taipei airport to catch our next flight from Taipei to Vancouver. That is so suck!

They overbooked the flight and reassigned my seat. To add insult they lied that my assigned seat was broken and promptly gave it to someone else
Jain veg meal I opted was super in taste but there was no sweet/desserts with it. I was a big missing in the meal...Please add some sweets to end the meal with 😊

I have a Peanut Allergy and the Steward staff were very accommodating in ensuring my safety as my allergy is life threatening. Very professional and so vested in their profession.
My seat was sold off to someone else. Had to wait 9 hours to catch the next filght. Definitely will never use Cathay Pacific again. Bad, very bad airline. will comment on google reviews too.
I didnt experience it but i saw them and heard that some are not good in customer service. They dont know how to talk with respect and in a nice way.with persons who needs it. Especially with seniors and people who does not know how to speak english that much.

Plane are getting old, almost an hour delay due to technical reson , after all passenger aboard. Took 4 flight on business class this trip and all the planes had an issues. PAL need to improve their planes.
You have to pay $25 to get access to smoking lounge. One coffee and small bottle of water coupon provided. Max time 2 hrs for two entries total.
Delayed, from morning flight, they moved to evening. And said, their earlier flight is already full but we can upgrade the seat

We did booked shorter layovers but flights changed and layovers are too long good thing Philippine Airlines give us a hotel in manila but here Vancouver to Calgary too long layovers and there is enough sets to wait closer to air canada and they will open 4am.we were here 1 am .our flights schedule for air canada 8:10am.we paid expensive flights but not happy of lay over Vancouver to Calgary.
Boarded the plane last even while I was seated at the back and had to have my bag separate. The same exact special request meal was served as the flight an hour beforehand
Philippine Airlines needs to do better in giving access to wheelchair. My uncle is PWD and they let him walk to boarding. It happened both inbound and outbound flights
Need to upgrade the lavatory it was very filthy and disgusting. Very poor hygiene.
Our luggage broke and what we get back was only 26$ plus the transit in hongkong was terrible and the airline itself the screen wasn’t working but there was a proper seat space and the crew was nice and professional

Departure date of the ticket was ONE WEEK LATER than I purchased it for. Total failure on trying to get it reissued for the date I was to fly on. Will NOT use Kayak next time due to this screw up on Kayak's part..

Watch for "bait and switch" - cheap prices, but not obvious at all at point of purchase that there will be an undisclosed charge for baggage - and less obvious that you will have to purchase baggage at an eye-watering level. Better still, if you go this airline, leave your gear behind and buy a complete wardrobe when you arrive in country and still be ahead. The staff were very pleasant, both at counter staff level - they were clearly unnerved by having to charge - and on board.
No entertainment service which equates them with budget airlines. But their fare are regular airline fares. Aircraft are old and seats are worn.
The crews at check in counter are not professional, they are talking and playing around. Also no entertainment on the plane
2 failed landing attemps before going to Nagoya airport for refueling. After 3 hours of taxiing, we still needed 3 attemps before a succeeded landing (after the 5th attempt finally!). In total, 11 hours inside the plane instead of 4h30, and with only a crappy piece of bread to feed us. A shame.
