Outstanding even though the 330 was one of the oldest in the fleet. The difference was the attentiveness and responsiveness of a really experienced flight attendant. For airline food great variety of interesting choices and good tastes supported by a good wine selection.

Brand new plane lots of room the snack was very flavourful and enjoyable

It was really nice experience by flying this klm flight.I personally recommend everyone to please try this klm flight

It was really nice journey i personally recommend klm flight

I’m grateful for the KLM Air France shuttle bus service to Ottawa. However due to construction and other issues related to the chaotic Uber pickup system at YUL, it’s a challenge to find the Kelios bus service to Ottawa. The signs are not clear or even available. No staff to guide passengers. It’s a stressful experience.

Flight was on time, staff are friendly and helpful onboard.

Terrible last row seats many seats available but no offer to move to better seat

At the airport, terrible, I do not want to even remember it. It was too humiliating for a business class passenger.

They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.

Couldn’t get boarding pass in SLC even with help from a redcoat, so had to find a desk in AMS to get boarding pass. Technical problems so not sure why. Very inconvenient. The KLM app is not as user friendly as most apps. Also had to wait almost an hour on the tarmac for a fuel truck, which caused us to miss a connecting bus in LUX.

Arm rests are too small and too close. No screens, movie selection was very limited and poor. Food is pretty much overpriced cheap convenience store food.

Crew was good, helpful. Flight ran on time.would have liked to take airtransat home to MTL. But the price back from San Jose Costa Rica was MUCH more expensive than the flight from MTL to San Jose c.r.

i was not able to take my flight because the information i needed to book my dog correctly was not provided

They never sent me a confirmation to say my flight time had changed so I cut my holiday short by 6 hours Had to pay over 50 American for my luggage to be checked on the way home and that’s more that it cost on the way there. Arbitrarily charging more for the same thing when the passenger has no options is shady The cabin was an icebox going there and back, if all the passengers have their gloves on and their hoods up that should be an obvious sign to turn up the heat

I was very nice to arrive earlier than scheduled. Very much appreciated. No issues with flight. All was good.

The on-board crew were professional and friendly and made the trip feel like we were taken care of well. The gate for the flight departure changed three times...not great but not terrible. Considering it was the day of the New Jalisco Cartel mayhem, we can't really complain.

I was supose to have a carrey on incluided for each passenger and they made me paid 75$ each at the gate.

The Turkish was good . I had a problem with air Transat terrible experience for me

I did not like I have been charged for my carry on

Onward flight was okay. return from Lisbon was poor as we missed our flight due to a long line at the passport control. Air Transat made no effort to accommodate us even though we were at the passport control 40 minutes prior to the departure.

We were experiencing delayed for 4 hours and of course they took us to Turkish airlines lounge but we could not rested up since there is no bedroom. It was tiring and long day for us🙏 Especially we didn’t fly until 5:45am morning for Miami🙏😢

On Turkish it is all about the food and the service. I am overwhelmed with the quality and variety of the dining service offered on business class. I prefer the updated A350 to the older B777 cabin layout, but both are comfortable. Flights left and arrived on time with updates from the captain. I will definitely fly with them again.

Seats paid for in advance. Seat assignments changed by kayak 3rd party. Seats then changed again by Turkish airlines at the gate. Family seated on opposite sides of the plane yet money taken for seat assignments that were not honored.

The boarding was not as organized as what I experienced in Houston. We were able to depart on time and landed in Lagos as scheduled.

Excellent service. Friendly and attentive flight attendants, can lay back in business class and be pretty comfortable, and delicious food. Flight on time departing and arriving.

Turkish Airlines lost my reservation!!! I had to wait 8 hours for the next flight. They provided me with no food no water. Completely ridiculous!!! Never fly on this airline.

I will say the same as my previous comment. Great job over all! From 1-10, ten be the best… I will give 9!

Very bad boarding staff. I was flying business. We were stashed in a bus as much as it could be filled with business then economy passengers. By the time we have reached the plane we have waithed 10 more minutes inside the bus mext to the plane because of some documental work in the plane. I guess TGS -Turkish Airlines Ground Services forgot yo radio the plane if it was ready.

had to wait 1 hour once boarded. so we were 1 hour late arriving.

They are absolutely impossible to get hold of. A death in the family caused us to delay our departure. They are impossible to get through to and after waiting 41/2 hours I was told they would not consider helping us. They cancelled our return flight and have not reimbursed anything. I strongly urge readers to consider a different airline.

Better to not serve food if those are the options

The long delay was the worst part of the flight.

It was a good experience flying Air Canada for the first time

They did not let us board because one member needed a transit visa, which was not evident at the time of ticket purchase.

A marvelous flight experience, from boarding to landing. The full length stretch out seating was excellent. The meals were some of the best in-flight meals I have ever experienced. The cabin attendants were thoughtful and kind. One of the best flights I have ever taken.

Everything could be better, the worst is the crew, looks like they are not happy in the work. Air Canada is downhill for years, every flight looks worst. Hope they can fix the issues, by now, just flying AC in toutes with no other alternatives. Shame.

I was charge a baggage checking fee $68!! I volunteered to check my duffle bag which usually goes under my seat!

Boarding - 3 of 4 flights were delayed and the gate staff did an ok job of managing the lines for boarding. Lots of standing around in line - more than typical. Crew - accommodating. If you are looking for warmth, you will not experience it with AC. But I appreciate their hard work and relative efficiency on 8+ hour flights. Comfort - My first 2 flights were cancelled the morning I was due to depart. AC rescheduled me on 2 new flights that created only minimal disruption and change to my itinerary (a longer layover, several hours difference in arrival time) and provided a 15 dollar food voucher for the layover restaurant which was the equivalent of a measly sandwich. My seats were changed which is a huge issue for my physical size as I require additional legroom for medical reasons, and I was put in a very uncomfortable seat without the option for seat selection. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty and foul smelling to the point of being nauseating and I was next to it during my longest of 4 flights. Entertainment - I always travel with downloaded entertainment on my own devices and a power bank, and am glad I did! The entertainment was completely non functioning for my 8+ hour flight home. We were provided a 15% or 50 dollar voucher on a future flight by way of compensation. Food - always just poor to mid. I also travel with my own food when possible as in flight meals and snacks taste strongly of packaging. Overall, this was a poor to mid experience, and I am resigned to the fact that airlines are never going to improve.

I did not like anything because the flight was cancelled yesterday and I did not get to arrive on time in Toronto as I was rebooked with another airline. This caused me to be really stressed out as I am an individual with back injury and to be forced to stay longer in an airport to accommodate a change of airline and the transfers associated with it Due to this I am probably not going to book through your website to eliminate this potentially chaos in the future

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle

The flight was delayed 7 hours and we were given 10 euros vouchers. This is ridiculous. The crew was not nice at all, they just did their job with serving food and drinks. Did not even apologize for the delay!!!!

Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.

Missed flight. Requested assistance for my father and he did not receive it in Paris.

Business Class was very comfortable and the food and service was top notch.

Boarding was quick and easy, the flight was on time. Food and water were extra costs.

Online check-in was not possible, apparently due to connecting flight with LH. Check-in agent helpful but not efficient. Flight comfort okay, but zero service, not even water on a 2+ hour flight. Bag delayed at destination.

The crew was very nice. The equipment on the 747 felt old.

As expected. Would have appreciated a 3-day headsup reminder as a reassurance that all is well.

Poor food on flight between Toronto and Stockholm Airport Toronto too crowded

Business Class Configuration was excellent- private and comfortable. Crew and service were excellent. I really appreciate Air Canada cabin pressurization equal to an altitude of 8,000ft. Upon landing, I felt more alert and refreshed than typical for international flights
