Terrible. I was charged $75 for a checked bag when I only had a carry on. The lady at the desk said she couldn’t refund me the money and that I had to call westjet. I called the next day and they said they couldn’t refund me because there is no way to prove I didn’t have a checked bag.
We traveled with a 7 year old that has autism and he is significantly cognitively delayed. Your site makes it known there are no wagons allowed even if they fold down flat and many autistic children cannot travel without one because they are unable to follow directions or cooperate with walking through the airport and are too big for a stroller. Please consider making exceptions for our special needs children. Also it would be very thoughtful if you’d allow seat selection for no fee for special needs families. The autistic child we traveled with must sit behind another adult in our family because he continuously kicks the seat in front of him and is unable to understand why that is disruptive. We had to pay quite a bit extra to have our 4 seats situated with 2 in row 19 and 2 in row 20 directly behind.

The crew was excellent. The turbulence was very bad and they were unable to serve our dinner. The captain informed the passengers that we were going to get water and snack instead. They provided us ample snacks instead. Otherwise the trip was good.
The pricing was split into an ultra basic fare with a comfort seat upgrade. This is misleading. Never were we shown an ultra basic fare. What this did because the fare category was ultra basic we could not bid on an upgrade first class seat. All e mails from WestJet were for ultra basic category with my wife and I upset as we could not confirm this with anyone from your firm.The check in counter were not going to allow our carry on but after some checking saw we had ultra basic and a comfort seat upgrade. They could not figure out how this was done. Now we have to go through this again at the gate in Mexico. Unless I missed it - please let customers know the billing in future. Respectfully. Require more comfortable seats. More frequent water/beverage service. I would like better food choices. Overall, very mediocre. I now only fly WestJet when there are no other schedule options - no longer my first choice.
Three hours on the tarmac before a four hour flight. I was hungry given the long wait, yet still had to pay for food service
Flight was delayed, but was good once on our way. Voucher helped - bought a meal. Great landing
A fat person could not use the table tray in economy - very tight spacing.
A lot of people needing bathroom before arrival some didn’t get to use; plane a little small felt cramped but worked still a bigger plane would be nice. Crew was friendly and flight was on time and smooth. No food for vegans 🤔
I explained this tragedy already with Jazz It was terrible starting with Jazz delayed 3 times so that I missed my direct flight to Mexico City and the only option was a 19 hour trip to Toronto and then down to Mexico City I was delayed by a day I had to sleep in tbe Airport on a hard bench I was given vouchers which were not honored I had no place to eat until 0545 and then catch my flight which was boarding I went to the AC counter to c/o and that was to no avail I then had the experience of my suitcase being lost and no clothes gor 2 days
Flight delayed by 90 min making for a 2 am check in at destination hotel.
luggage and cary on were extra, as well as seat selection. $240.00 was added to the final price tag.
Enjoyed the flights with Air Canada. Friendly, courteous staff and flight crew - kept us informed and efficiently got us boarded and to destination on time. Seats were reasonably comfortable and good room in the overhead spaces.
Cabin attendants Darren and Lea were the best I’ve seen Well done

Glad that the plane was not full so my 6' 2" husband didn't have anyone in front of him. We were able to sit in a row with a space between us so he could stretch his legs.
This website (despite selling a Canadian flight to a Canadian resident, me) didn't indicate the prices were in $USD.
