Nothing to answer your questions appropriately. It was just a 2hrs flight from London Heathrow and we were served a cup of tea only. So the questions about food aren't relevant and also, there's no entertainment on these short haul flights. Overall, the flight ✈️ was okay.

I could make online check-in anywhere. Check-in was complicated I could use your app for and it was hard find information for check-in for airline checking in their app. After hour I had to go anyway to make check in the airport. Rest of the flight was more than good

The seat in economy are comfy, with some legroom and shoulder room. The food was above average. The plane was newish.

Excellent crew members, but my seat and food wasn’t the best

All went smoothly. That's what I want on a long flight.

I expected more, but they will nickel and dime you for everything. I did not enjoy flying with this airline.

Very uncomfortable and cramped seating. Only 1 bathroom for entire economy section, most of the plane. No food provided for a 5.5 hour flight. Bad experience

I wish they have given us explanations for the delays. And the rebooking process in Copenhagen was too long. I had to wait about 4 hours before they assign me a hotel. From there the handling process (accommodation, transportation and meal) was excellent.

Since our earlier flight was delayed, we missed this flight and were rerouted on Lufthansa 2 days later.

Air traffic delay meant boarding started, then plane was evacuated and passengers sent back to the terminal for 1 hour. Very little information shared.

Our AC flight was canceled not once but twice on the same day to Quebec City at Toronto Pearson Airport. 2;30 AC and 9;40PM AC flight. After having our 2:35 flight canceled, we were bumped the second time because of large student groups visiting Quebec City. We were sent to Montreal on an 11:30 flight which landed close to 12:45AM. We were given a hotel room at the Marriot Hotel next to the airport. We had less than 4 hours sleep before we being taken to the airport for our 7AM flight to Quebec City. We didn't have much time to use our vouchers given for breakfast once we had cleared customs for the 2nd time since leaving Toronto Pearson Airport. We missed a full evening in Quebec City and lost our hotel room for the night. We were exhausted the next day and missed an excursion we had planned. My wife and I are both seniors in our seventies, and we weren't happy to be treated in this manner. Air Canada could have used a larger plane to accommodate us and the other ten or so people that were bumped from their flight to Quebec City in order to accommodate student groups. We will endeavor never to fly Air Canada again in future and we will not recommend flying with this airline to our friends and families.

Better to not serve food if those are the options

It was a good experience flying Air Canada for the first time

They did not let us board because one member needed a transit visa, which was not evident at the time of ticket purchase.

I was charge a baggage checking fee $68!! I volunteered to check my duffle bag which usually goes under my seat!

Boarding - 3 of 4 flights were delayed and the gate staff did an ok job of managing the lines for boarding. Lots of standing around in line - more than typical. Crew - accommodating. If you are looking for warmth, you will not experience it with AC. But I appreciate their hard work and relative efficiency on 8+ hour flights. Comfort - My first 2 flights were cancelled the morning I was due to depart. AC rescheduled me on 2 new flights that created only minimal disruption and change to my itinerary (a longer layover, several hours difference in arrival time) and provided a 15 dollar food voucher for the layover restaurant which was the equivalent of a measly sandwich. My seats were changed which is a huge issue for my physical size as I require additional legroom for medical reasons, and I was put in a very uncomfortable seat without the option for seat selection. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty and foul smelling to the point of being nauseating and I was next to it during my longest of 4 flights. Entertainment - I always travel with downloaded entertainment on my own devices and a power bank, and am glad I did! The entertainment was completely non functioning for my 8+ hour flight home. We were provided a 15% or 50 dollar voucher on a future flight by way of compensation. Food - always just poor to mid. I also travel with my own food when possible as in flight meals and snacks taste strongly of packaging. Overall, this was a poor to mid experience, and I am resigned to the fact that airlines are never going to improve.

I did not like anything because the flight was cancelled yesterday and I did not get to arrive on time in Toronto as I was rebooked with another airline. This caused me to be really stressed out as I am an individual with back injury and to be forced to stay longer in an airport to accommodate a change of airline and the transfers associated with it Due to this I am probably not going to book through your website to eliminate this potentially chaos in the future

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle

Easy boarding, inflight refreshments came on time and comfortable seat

Was a bit surprised that Icelandair flies a domestically configured 757s on long-haul flights to Iceland (no lie-flat seats in business class).

When you consider the price I ended up paying for everything. This was not a good deal! I had no idea that this airline had changed to a bargain basement no frills airline. So, it was disappointing to have to pay for every little thing. The only thing included was water and coffee. You have to pay for everything else! So I just felt nickel and dime.

The Icelandair crew was so kind!!! Thank you for making my first trip to Paris a great one!

The movie choices were poor. The worst problem is the treatment of passengers durinng pre-boarding. In one case the primes were checked in and sent down the boarding tunnek only to stand waiting there while the plane is cleaned. In the second case the bus was loaded, the doors closed and just stood there unmoving like sardeines in a tin for over TEN minutes. In both cases it was rough on us old guys who find standing for long periods trying.. In other words, Donnt just stack us up and forget us.

Screen didn't work, and neither did the button to tilt the seat even though the seat was comfortable

I’m considering never flying with Iceland Air again. The seats in economy are torture. Now you only get water, coffee and tea for free- really? No food, not a single peanut. The passport line was insane, everyone was worried about catching their connecting flight. This was the third time I’ve barely made my connection, had to run. It can’t be that my choice is to use the bathroom (during the 50 minutes between flights) or make my flight. SO stressful! Ugh.

The real reason why the flying experience with Icelandair ---was mediocre was because of not being able to enter DC airspace yesterday evening. This obviously was out of your control and do realize this is a safety issue. I did notice---that everything was being done to get us to Washington Dulles and we did arrive at Dulles SAFELY with just a 4 hour delay. Thank you!

Nice, quick flight. There were lots of empty seats so they told me I could sit next to the emergency exit where I would have more legroom.

The staff was kind and helpful. There was no food, and you needed to bring your own earphones to use the entertainment, which I didn’t know.

They wouldn’t check in my luggage even though I had one checked bag prepaid. So I took my bag to the gate and tried to check it in there and two employees scolded me for bringing a large bag to the gate. I told them I was trying to check it in and that it was prepaid, and they said they couldn’t guarantee that it would arrive at my destination but they finally let me drop it off when boarding the plane and pick it up right after exiting the plane. There was no food, and there was no entertainment.

In my first flight with Air Canada we sat in the plane for 4:00pm to 6:30pm. Finally we were asked to get off the plane and we were told the flight was cancelled after 7:00pm There was o clear explanation of what was the problem. I was booked without my permission on a Delta Flight at 7:30pm that was leaving at 8:00pm and I still had to go get my luggage(my final destination was Rome with one stop in Toronto. The luggage claim for Canada was closed so had to return to finally get it on the luggage belt.. Of course I missed the Delta flight and all the next day flights were booked. I also lost what I paid for my stay in Rome because I did nt cancel in time. A complete nightmare.

The flight was delayed 7 hours and we were given 10 euros vouchers. This is ridiculous. The crew was not nice at all, they just did their job with serving food and drinks. Did not even apologize for the delay!!!!

My girlfriend had a health emergency and couldn’t board the flight. I asked for a refund, but you only offered half of the purchase price as a refund. Very disappointing.

Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.

We would have missed our connection from Munich to Boston but we had a van outside the plan that wisked us to our terminal. Much appreciated and we didn’t even realize that Lufthansa had done this until the announcement on disembarkation. Well organized airline! Will definitely fly Lufthansa again!!!

Missed flight. Requested assistance for my father and he did not receive it in Paris.

Business Class was very comfortable and the food and service was top notch.

I paid for extra legroom which made the long flight very comfortable. Food was very tasty, they fed us 2 meals plus a cookie snack and extra liquids. Checked luggage is expensive.

The crew was very nice. The equipment on the 747 felt old.

As expected. Would have appreciated a 3-day headsup reminder as a reassurance that all is well.
