I do wish the the actual airplane I flew on was bigger. But, I made it work.
Booked a first class ticket from Anchorage to Seattle but was denied complimentary access to Alaska Lounge as our 1500 mile flight wasn’t long enough’
I paid an extra $100 for a seat upgrade including complimentary drinks, no drinks were served due to a few minutes of minor turbulence. They said they would return, they didn’t’. Sad…
CREW ON AIRCRAFT WAS GREAT. GREATLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE ALASKA AIRLINES LOUNGE IN SEATTLE. I PAID FULL FARE FIRST CLASS TICKET FROM YYJ - SEATTLE-CHICAGO-CMH. THEY SAID THE NEXT FLIGHT WASN'T LONG ENOUGH TO ENTER THE LOUNGE. UNBELIEVABLE. WHAT DOES IT COST FOR A CUP OF COFFEE AND A DONUT? I PAID FOR A FIRST CLASS TICKET. DELTA ALSO OFFERS SAME ROUTE, SO JUST BECAUSE OF THE COST OF A DONUT, I'LL BE USING DELTA MOVING FORWARD.
Gate personnel and flight crew were both very good. No problems other than the previous flight being late.
Sat first class, not even a soda or any beverage service! I know it’s not a long flight, but zero cabin services?
The staff did a great job and there was one delay
The would have rated higher, but I asked for a cup of coffee twice and never got one. Later found the crew sitting in the back having a meal and visiting. Just saying.
The groups call was not clear or loud enough so a bit of confusion there. The plan sat on the axis way for over 35 minutes ( no fault of the pilot or the crew) but nevertheless a bit tiring. The crew were friendly and greeted us with smiles. Thank you for all that you do and put up with.
Alaska Airlines misleads customers. Our flight was booked as a direct flight, and they added a stop without informing anyone. Do not fly Alaskan Airlines.
Terrible decision to take a night flight. Not enough time to sleep and premium seat has no foot rest ao couldn’t get comfortable!
Late departure, so I missed connection in Detroit. But Delta gave me a great hotel & breakfast. Just sorry I could not get anything from my checked baggage.

Internet on both flights was sketchy. Thus in flight entertainment was non- existent on MN - Balrimote leg.
WestJet was able to re-book us to the next available flight at no charge when air traffic controller staffing shortage delayed our inbound flight
I am a tall woman and could not move my legs enough to reach down under the seat in front of me to retrieve anything I put down there. I sat in both aisle and window seats and felt extremely cramped. In the aisle seat, if the stewardess was heavy, it was impossible to pass, and she would knock my arm shoulder and thigh every time she went by. If I can avoid it, I will not be flying this airline again.
Get our, as a group, skis on time to their destination. Have more attendants checking people in. There was only one. The line was a block long :( . Also flight change with 5-hour delay
Lost my luggage. Filed a report and there is no response. Received a phone call from another airline that said they had the bag and they did not know what to do with it
They delayed flight because lack of staff then missed connection. Never flying with kayak or weather

Good flight, friendly crew and overall - good service on United Airlines.
Enjoyed the flights with Air Canada. Friendly, courteous staff and flight crew - kept us informed and efficiently got us boarded and to destination on time. Seats were reasonably comfortable and good room in the overhead spaces.
Good overall but I’m 5’10 and seating is always tight
Very clean plane, staff were courteous, complimentary wifi and beverages are nice, and it was nice to have a whole row to myself! I do miss having seatback entertainment, though. And the prices are getting ridiculous, especially with the different teared tickets. But the flight overall was great.
People pay over $1000 to fly from Victoria to Toronto, and they do want to charge you for a headphone that may cost less than 20 cents! You could add 20 cents to the ticket price and not to try to sell it on the plane. That is so cheap!!!
The seat was reasonably comfortable. I hope the food could be hotter and more tasty.
flight landed late almost 1.00hr and we 4 passengers missed our connected flight to indianapolis, we need to get the hotel and taxi for the next day flight to home in indianapolis, cost us $ 300 more
The flight wose Daley 2hr I lost my connect flight i wose delay one day and I am not happy
