Delayed 3 hours. Gave us a food voucher for CA$15, to places that were already closed or not serving food. New plane did not have entertainment options. When disembarking, they had closed the direct route to baggage claim, rerouting us through another terminal 0.5miles away. Overall, a terrible experience.
Minimal food offered (crackers). Had to clean the seat with a wet wipe because of dried food.
Super. Planes were clean. Flights were on time. boarding was smooth. Flight attendants were professional.
Everything was on time, loading and unloading went smoothly, and the staff were positive. I wish the seats were more comfortable and had a little more space. I was in the middle seat and had to keep my elbows in so I didn’t bump my neighbour’s arms. Would not like a middle seat ever again. Would fly Air Canada Rouge again 👍
The speakers were way too loud. Music was played during boarding too. This noise could've been avoided.
3 hours late departure with no explanation. $160 luggage fee (two passengers) for less than 1 hour in the air!
Flight was delayed by 45 min. No problems. Everyone took it in stride.
