My recent Air France flight from Paris to Toronto was a genuinely pleasant long‑haul experience, marked by strong service and thoughtful touches throughout the journey. The boarding process was orderly and efficient, with only a short wait before passengers were invited to step onboard. Everything moved with calm coordination, setting a positive tone right from the start. Once in the air, the inflight crew truly shined. They were warm, friendly, and consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Their professionalism and upbeat energy made the cabin feel welcoming and well cared for. The meals and overall service were very good—well‑timed, nicely presented, and satisfying. Air France’s reputation for quality inflight dining held up, and the crew ensured that drinks, snacks, and small requests were handled promptly. I traveled in a business‑class pod, which offered excellent privacy and comfort. The seat itself was spacious and well‑designed, ideal for both resting and working. The only minor drawback was that the pod felt a bit warm when fully closed, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the overall comfort. Overall, this Air France flight delivered a smooth, friendly, and enjoyable experience from gate to landing. The combination of efficient boarding, exceptional crew service, quality meals, and a comfortable seat made the long journey feel easy and well supported.

I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad.

Worst airlines either. First leg was delayed because of crew not available. My connection was missed so they booked me automatically the next day! But, impossible to get anyone on site, web site does not let me access my reservation anymore, confirmed by useless agents over the phone. My 2-leg trip with part in business class arriving at 4:10pm ends up in an awful 3-leg arriving at 9pm the next day with no way to even choose the seats and of course at the very end of the plane. I can understand problems arrive but the way Air France handle it is just unacceptable. You are on your own. Apparently getting you to your destination is the only thing they consider their duty. The customer experience and fatigue is none of their concern. And I have a status with them. I will reconsider my priorities when flying with Air France and encourage everyone to do the same.

Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.

My experience was good overall, the quality of the food really decreased! There used to be a choice between meat and fish now it’s between chicken and pasta! In the choices of entertainment meditation has been added which is very good. Soft chair workout to improve blood circulation and avoid phlebitis should be added.

Very good crew. Food service above average. Seats very small for a 12 hours flight.

They lost my baggage and I still have not got it back. Disgrace

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.

Terrible flight. 1. They’ve only one option for food. 2. Seats are very cramped and screens are tiny 3. No pillow or blanket provided on long haul flight

I didn’t like my seat in my return flight from Montreal to Orlando at all; considering I paid extra for better seats. That middle seat was cramped up way too much.

All great. Very efficient. Good emails that kept us in the know

It was really good because the employees were very nice and fun to talk to. The entertainment was nice because they had plenty of movies to watch.

That was a short flight by the only time I could actually sleep

How can a national carrier and part of Lufthansa group not even provide complimentary water and a snack in such a long flight ?

Food quality is deteriorating each time, last year was very good. I avoid the plane food lately.

I like the frequent mails we get when there is an update. Please keep it up

in the front - higher class of business - sitting in the same seat (with one empty in the middle) is not acceptable any more. need the business class to be as we paid for.

Flight got cancelled and didn't get another flight til late and almost missed the connection because so close. We are still waiting for the bags to arrive the next day.

Great, the item that impressed us. The most was the fact that some of us were gonna have a tight connection and the crew invited those people with the tight connection to stand up and leave the plane early. Great idea and it worked for us

Overpriced. Exploitative price gouging. Appreciated getting bumped up to a seat with more leg room though.

Announcements were unintelligible. Entertainment system was non-existent. Ground crew kept changing story for flight delay.

All went smoothly from Miami to Montreal from boarding to arriving to Montreal. Flight left on time and arrived on time.

Over all good except the food was not good at all

Plane was late. Too many announcements during the flight. Made me pay that deposit. Uncomfortable seats.

It was pretty good. It was my first time using the airline I believe but it was a relatively pleasant experience.

Flight delay due to staff shortage. No snack or drinks served. Toilets had water collecting on the floor.

After waiting for hours of delays, the flight was canceled. We missed our flight to Iceland from Toronto. We tried for hours to get a reasonable replacement flight, but it was the next day before we could even schedule another flight days later. We had to cancel our anniversary trip because we could not get to Iceland on time to keep our reservations. We won’t be flying Air Canada again as they just don’t have the infrastructure to deal with cancellations.
