C$ 684 Find Cheap Flights from Kuwait to Vancouver

Our luggage didn’t arrive with us, that puts a damper on the whole trip.

The onboard service was fantastic, really in a class of its own

Poor check in rude attitude by a lady staff being we both of us are senior citizen and diabetic we have asked for seats in centre particularly not Window seat but she allotted Window seat such a rude and inhuman behaviours Really we are very sorry

Boarding was fairly chaotic. One of your employees clipped my ankle as he was passing with an empty wheelchair and not only did not apologize but stated something to the effect of “oh forGod’s sake.” There was plenty of room for him to pass. otherwise, everything was excellent.

The crew could not have been more helpful, my meal was excellent, I slept peacefully until right before landing, and the BA lounge was a godsend. The only negative I encountered was the coffee both on the plane and in the lounge. Not to my taste but that’s a personal preference.

Business class seats were very dated on my plane. Very little storage, charging ports were not easily accessible, tv screen kept flopping away. Vegetarian food was disappointing: hardly any protein and severely under-seasoned. Crew was lovely.

It was a short flight but everything was great! I would fly with British Airways again.

1. Missed to deliver bags at Destination 2. no coordination at Layover for flight connection for wheel chair , could have missed flights 3. Customer service agents are not honest , talk with attitude and do not provide correct information about baggage policy

I didn’t receive my luggage until day 5 of a 9 day trip. During a layover a crew member made a very insulting comment about where I was visiting and where my partner was from in England.
