A great flight. The crew was excellent too. Of particular note of excellence was the gluten-free meal which was one of the best offerings I’ve ever had on a plane. Outstanding work, BA chefs.

I had a great experience on this flight! The crew was extremely helpful and attentive. Seats are very comfortable and the in flight entertainment was excellent.

Our luggage didn’t arrive with us, that puts a damper on the whole trip.

The crew did not really interact with me which was no problem as I was fine. I did see that they were somewhat short with some passengers but that was not common. Just in general, they did not seem friendly - no requirement to be so but I am used to a friendly crew on most flights. The food was just ok but with a flight that large, I would think it hard to make something more elaborate.

The onboard service was fantastic, really in a class of its own

Boarding was fairly chaotic. One of your employees clipped my ankle as he was passing with an empty wheelchair and not only did not apologize but stated something to the effect of “oh forGod’s sake.” There was plenty of room for him to pass. otherwise, everything was excellent.

The crew could not have been more helpful, my meal was excellent, I slept peacefully until right before landing, and the BA lounge was a godsend. The only negative I encountered was the coffee both on the plane and in the lounge. Not to my taste but that’s a personal preference.

Business class seats were very dated on my plane. Very little storage, charging ports were not easily accessible, tv screen kept flopping away. Vegetarian food was disappointing: hardly any protein and severely under-seasoned. Crew was lovely.

If my tv wasn’t broken and I wasn’t in a seat that didn’t allow for sleeping

It was a short flight but everything was great! I would fly with British Airways again.
