Pros: "Nothing at all."
Cons: "A 1 hour flight, delayed. Meant I missed my entire flight and stayed I Ottawa International for 8 joirs"

Pros: "Good legroom,"
Cons: "Older aircraft, tray tables not level, rear washrooms no water, delayed departure"

Cons: "They should make the rouge player app so that you can see the entertainment options before you are trapped on a plane with no access to WiFi. The offering is pretty sparse, and had I known beforehand I would have brought other content"

Cons: "Too many pasengers had carryons. Lots of confusion on the plane for storage"

Pros: "Food in premium economy was pretty good."
Cons: "Flight was 2 hours late leaving Heathrow"

Pros: "Boarding in Frankfurt was pretty good as all zones had their own gates- somethinh I am missing at YYZ."
Cons: "Legroom is getting tighter and tighter in the Economy class and meals are getting smaller and smaller as the trays are apperaing bigger and bigger..."

Pros: "Service, Ecofriendly, Kind Staff"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "on time"

Cons: "They changed planes and the seats I paid for at reservation were different on the new plane. No warning!!"

Pros: "the crew was extremely nice. i was mainly impressed by the many times they made the effort to serve water."

Pros: "Efficient crew as with the first flight I had, consistent service."
Cons: "I don’t know if it’s the Vancouver-Mexico route or if it’s the seats but there’s just something difficult about it. First time I flew into Vancouver I was exhausted which makes sense as I had to fall out of bed at 3am, but this time I was awake and well rested and it still felt draining (which generally doesn’t happen to me with flights). Maybe it’s the leg space and the seats? Not sure. Could also be the odd time zone crossing."

Pros: "The flight arrived about 30 minutes early. Also, it left a little late. For me, the less time on the plane the better."
Cons: "Guy next to wanted to charge phone a laptop in USB port in front of me b/c his was our of order. This worked out OK but in a small space it's not so good. He was bare foot too. Take of your shoes but wear socks, please....Plane was not hot, actual a litter chilly."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Our flight was turned around after we had gotten to Toronto. They claimed that they had shut down the airport due to bad weather. They took us back to Montreal where we sat in on the tarmac for two hours. They said that there was a second storm Coming through Toronto and that the airport was shutdown again. They then canceled our flight. After standing in line for three hours at customer service they told me they couldn't get me on another flight until tomorrow night and ariving at my destination two days later. The coustomer service rep then told me to just go ahead and call the customer service number because she couldn't help me. They said they wouldn't pay for any accommodations because it was weather related. The issue with their argument is that only one other flight was canceled into Toronto. Air Canada actually had several more flights that day that that landed in Toronto after they told us the airport was closed. The customer service was embarrassing. They had us wait for over three hours to be helped and there were four desk which at most times they only had two people working. Many times there was only one person. The entire thing was pathetic."

Pros: "Of the five planes we were on, all but one had comfortable seating (I'm 6'1" tall)"
Cons: "The lady helping us through the Toronto airport between flights made my wife cry. We had to stop to go to the restroom on the way to our gate, and the lady complained when I waited to go in after my wife came out. I told her I was going to do that, but she was apparently pre-occupied when I told her, because she was looking right at me when I said it. I then told her that I had let her know that was my plan, but she denied it, then told my wife she was just one of a hundred people. This left my wife in tears. This was a stain on an otherwise good flying experience, but it' tarnished the whole."

Cons: "Lost our luggage in Toronto both times in and out. Had to sit to wait to pass customs for 2 hours and almost missed our connecting flight. Was released 15 minutes before boarding and couldn't enjoy dinner at the airport"

Pros: "Plane was on time and manned appropriately with a single crew member. Gate checked bag was handled with care."
Cons: "No complaints."

Cons: "There was a major winter storm on the way, and the flight should have been canceled like every other flight to Boston was. Long story short, we couldn't land in Boston due to the storm. So we flew not to Boston, but to Quebec City. They would not let us off the airplane. Eventually we flew back to Montreal where we started. More than 7 hours on a plane with no food, and they only offered us water. The flight should have been cancelled in the first place. That would have been a lot less stressful to deal with."

Pros: "Crew was curtious and professional."
Cons: "My inflight entertainment was not working, the sound from the headset was a high pitched screech. This was a long flight with no entertainment."

Pros: "Flight from STL to YYZ was unremarkable, which isn't a bad thing when it comes to air transportation. Bit of a delay leaving, waiting for de-icing trucks to show up and do their work, but I'm not sure that's Air Canada's fault."

Cons: "Air canada does not inform that flights from us are considered local and they will charge tou for every checked bag"

Cons: "Over an hour delay boarding."

Pros: "same as above"
Cons: "same as above"

Pros: "Layla!!!! Mimosa Heineken"

Pros: "One of the flight attendant saw I needed help holding my second big bag while I was putting my carry on in and she held it for me without me asking and helped me find my seat, it was very stress relieving for me, and I really appreciated that. She was also very nice to everybody."
Cons: "I had a sprite and the amount was very little, I feel like the cups have got smaller. But that's not a big deal"

Pros: "Fast boarding and unboarding"
Cons: "I needed to change my flight and Air Canads charged me $300! They said thy had some 'peak days' fee (August) and a 'weekend' fee, which covers Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 3 day weekend??! Come on, what a scam. Just charge me the flat change fee not all these bullshit greedy add-ons."

Cons: "I never received an e-mail to check in, and by the time I remembered (morning of), this resulted in me not having a seat assigned on my ticket. This caused a lot of needless stress, though to Air Canada's credit, they got all those waiting for a seat assignment on board. On my return trip, I did receive an e-mail - luckily, as the flight was overbooked again."

Cons: "The entertainment was non-existent unless you had an Apple device or paid the $10 to rent one for an hour or so. Really disappointing considering other Air Canada flights."

Pros: "The gate crew in Toronto was outstanding.Very helpful in making sure we made it on to the Boston leg."
Cons: "We were at the gate in Toronto for the Boston leg but the computer assumed we would not make the connection because our layover was less than an hour. We booked through Kayak but were not told that the layover was too short."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Everything"

Cons: "We had a terrible time trying to get in contact with Air Canada. We spent literally hours on hold and multiple times we hung up without any answer. Customer service needs to drastically improve."

Pros: "flight was smooth and on time."
Cons: "Maple Leaf Lounge at Pearson airport was shabby. We expected a bit more than soup and gherkins, but that's all that was available, except for some dry nacho chips. No electrical outlets. Indifferent staff. Shame on Air Canada! We have visited airport lounges all over the world and this was by far the worst!"

Pros: "The crew treated me very well. I had reasonable leg room in economy class. The plane was beautiful, clean and super modern, one of the nicest aircraft that I have flown with in many years!"
Cons: "I ordered Asian vegan meals, but I was very disappointed with was presented to me. The food looked awful, tasted bland and insipid! I hope that that problem will be rectified on my return to the US."

Pros: "In flight entertainment is great."
Cons: "No snacks."

Pros: "Everything was basically on time."
Cons: "Air canada should still give snacks like west jet."

Pros: "Once again, attendants were pleasant. Plane was clean"
Cons: "No snacks served, only beverages. We could have at least received one bag of nuts/chips for the flight."

Pros: "Nothing at all."
Cons: "The tiny little plane is pretty standard for going to and from Cleveland but the boarding gate was in a shack outside the main airport with almost no seating and horrible aesthetics. The flight attendant was rude and way to large (obese) to be on such a small airplane. It's likely we had to pay a fuel surcharge just to move her alone. I'm not being mean, but this flight was just terrible overall."

Cons: "We didn't like having to pay for carry on luggage. When we left SFO and flew to Montreal, if your bag was 21 inches, not 20 they checked it for free. Traveling back to SFO the counter person made us pay to check a bag, even though we knew if we went to the gate, they would take it. This was not good or consistent. We will not fly on Air Canada"

Pros: "Seats were wide and very comfortable"

Cons: "One flight left 47 minutes late, but it didn't matter because we had a long layover anyway."

Pros: "Plane arrived pretty much on time. Boarding was uneventful."
Cons: "Plane too low to use jetway at Pearson. Epic walk from US gates to immigration. Insufficient leg room if you're over 5'10", but that's how it is these days."

Pros: "The flight from Tel Aviv to Toronto was excellent and the food was great. I'm definitely using Air Canada in the future!"

Pros: "Flight attendants were very accommodating despite the full flight. It was comfortable and we received updates from the pilot and flight crew throughout the trip. Love Air Canada!"

Cons: "First time flying air canada and flight was delayed 1 hour"

Cons: "I didn't get opportunity to upgrade to economy plus or confirm aisle seat ."

Pros: "Asian flavored snack mix was way better than stale peanuts. Check in, gate, and attendant staff were A+."

Pros: "Flight staff is pretty good. People on the phone are generally good, as long as you don't mind waiting and hour, or two - three for a callback."
Cons: "Direct flight was delayed 3 hours and then two more times for a few hours and eventually cancelled from Toronto to Charlottetown due to flight staff (flight attendant called in sick so they cancelled the entire flight). So I was rebooked from my direct flight onto a connection the following evening in Montreal (which was expecting a winter storm). This was at 2 am so no more staff at the airport to even speak to. Had to call and ask for a call back which came at 4 am. The next day I got to the airport at 2 pm for my 5 pm flight to Montreal. It got delayed so I called air Canada and they booked me on an earlier flight. However it was too early and staff at the airport couldn't check me in as it was less than 45 minutes (facepalm). I was put on a later flight and got to Montreal okay. In Montreal my flight was delayed multiple times. Finally got on the plane but the ground staff was not around to get the place ready, pushed back, refused, etc. Waited 35 minutes on the plane before going to de-ice. Flight got 75% of the way to Charlottetown (almost over Moncton). It was a very turbulent flight. The pilot notified us we couldn't lanf in Charlottetown and were being diverted back to Montreal. So back to Montreal we went. On arriving back at Montreal we were notified to the flight attendants and again by the pilot that there would be people there go help us with rebooking. I still don't understand why they couldn't just get a new crew and fly us all back soemtime that day instead of having to all rebook, etc. This was at 1:30 AM. There was nobody waiting for us at the airport. I was automatically rebooked on a flight to Halifax that night and a morning flight go Charlottetown meaning I would have to stay another night and miss a second day of work. So, waiting in lineups until 4:30-5 AM in order to rebook a better flight back to Charlottetown. By this time I decided after spending much of the last 20 hours in airports or on a plane, that I would boom Moncton and just get a bus or drive home. Which I did, I booked Montreal to Moncton for 11 AM, paid for a bus and took that to Charlottetown. I arrived in Charlottetown at 5 PM Wednesday evening after "leaving toronto" at 11 PM Monday. Two cancelled flights, multiple delays, 5-6 rebooking, missed two days work, and lost a lot of sleep. No help from air Canada but hopefully they will cover the hotel for the first night as it was flight staff that caused the cancellation. All in all, if that attendant wasn't sick, or if air Canada had better solutions to this type of issue, I would have been home much earlier and with less stress. It really isn't fun being in an airport that long not knowing what is happening and how to get home."

Pros: "The flght attendant forgot about me. They should treat me better."

Pros: "Comfortable flight, on time"

Cons: "Delayed, almost missed connecting flight"
