Cons: "The plane was loaded front to back and unloaded without any disipline i.e. the usual uncontrolled mob. Neither is a good idea in this time of covid-19."

Cons: "The plane was loaded front to back and unloaded without any disipline i.e. the usual uncontrolled mob. Neither is a good idea in this time of covid-19."
Pros: "Crew were accommodating. Not enough leg room."
Cons: "More elbow and leg room."
Pros: "Fast boarding, on time, food was pretty good"
Cons: "Toothpaste on board"
Cons: "Too many pasengers had carryons. Lots of confusion on the plane for storage"
Cons: "Uncomfortable and small space for the travelers"
Pros: "Great service, easy boarding, good flight."
Cons: "Cramped seats, like everyone."
Pros: "on time"
Cons: "I fly 5+ times a year and I always have to take Air Canada. It isn't by choice. There is ALWAYS a delay or something is broken or the inbound plan had an issue etc. It could be a lot worse but it could be a hell of a lot better."
Pros: "Crew was friendly. Plane appeared clean."
Cons: "Flight was delayed twice. Luggage was delayed coming off the plane. I assume it was weather related. One piece of our luggage was damaged. Not able to connect to entertainment app."
Cons: "Very tight seats, poor food"
Pros: "Plenty of room in economy for my 6'3" frame, friendly and helpful crew."
Cons: "Everything was great - more selection on the movies/tv would be a plus"
Pros: "Nothing!"
Cons: "More a problem with Toronto Airport then Air Canada. However, the planes do not have enough room for comfort."
Pros: "This flight was not full, so it was a pleasanter experience than expected. Actually, I slept through most of it."
Cons: "flight was delayed, but only by 2 hours, which doesn't even seem that bad. The gate was changed TWICE, which really wasn't awesome, and the 3rd gate did not have enough places to sit down."
Pros: "Some staff were professional and nice."
Cons: "The staff at the check in counter need some additional training because they didn't notice that the boarding pass that they gave me did not give me a seat on my flight. I didnt notice until boarding the plane. I showed the customer service agent at the gate and that's when she told me I didnt have a seat on the plane and that they had to get me one before I could board it. Everything ended up working out in the but the same problem happened with another flyer and they couldn't get her a seat. So she had to wait for the next flight!! I felt bad for her because like myself she paid for a seat on that plane and because of Air Canada's horrible system she missed her flight. Also, my flight to Newark was nightmare because my flight from London to Toronto was delayed, and my connecting flight to Newark left without waiting for me and other passengers on the delayed plane. I think that's the most crazy thing because all us passengers paid for that flight and we had no choice but to wait the next day. We were accommodated with a hotel after waiting hours and hours but it was still very frustrating."
Pros: "A great flight!"
Pros: "Of the five planes we were on, all but one had comfortable seating (I'm 6'1" tall)"
Cons: "The lady helping us through the Toronto airport between flights made my wife cry. We had to stop to go to the restroom on the way to our gate, and the lady complained when I waited to go in after my wife came out. I told her I was going to do that, but she was apparently pre-occupied when I told her, because she was looking right at me when I said it. I then told her that I had let her know that was my plan, but she denied it, then told my wife she was just one of a hundred people. This left my wife in tears. This was a stain on an otherwise good flying experience, but it' tarnished the whole."
Pros: "The food was pretty good!"
Cons: "*The in-flight entertainement required you tonise your own mobile devices, but locks "premium" content (movies) and forces you to install an app to view it - which you can't do once your on the plane and have no wifi. Also, there's no way my iPad would've lasted 7h without a charging port anyways..."
Cons: "Sitting on the ground and missing a connection"
Pros: "I paid a nominal fee to get an exit row. I have a perpetually sore hip and I had a pain-free flight."
Pros: "The flight was half empty so was able to have a role to myself"
Cons: "Air Canada Rouge should be renamed Air Canada Rude. Employees are very un-friendly; Seat design on the plane is the most uncomfortable of any airline out there. Very close to each other and very little padding on cushion of seat. Dirty plane; don’t think they serviced it between flights, garbage in each seat pouch. Very cold on flight, crew did not regulate the climate control. Too many unnecessary announcements both in English then French. Each announcement seemed like it lasted about 10 minutes which no one listen. So much for trying to watch a movie that pauses every time the crew feels the needs to talk. Sat at gate for 30 minutes pass departure time without any explanation until right before we departed (waiting on passengers from late arriving flights). At lease they could have told us. Anyhow this is not the Air Canada of old. Air Canada Rouge shows no signs that they care about the comfort of their passengers."
Pros: "Flight from STL to YYZ was unremarkable, which isn't a bad thing when it comes to air transportation. Bit of a delay leaving, waiting for de-icing trucks to show up and do their work, but I'm not sure that's Air Canada's fault."
Pros: "The flight from YVR to SFO was good, but the flight from SFO to YVR was horrible. So I'm giving you an average score from both flights. Note: both flights were booked through Air Canada but were operated by United."
Cons: "I booked through Air Canada but the flight was operated through United. There was NO communication regarding what terminal the flight left from and I almost missed my flight because the board said international but that was incorrect. Many people did miss their flights and everyone was MAD. I was re-booked on a later flight but fortunately I made the original flight because I happened to be walking by the gate when they called for final boarding. My seat was at the very back of the plane next to the bathrooms. When the flight took off a funnel of water poured down my back from the baggage bins above. My entire back, pants and underwear got soaked. It was disgusting. The stewardess said it was most likely water from condensation/air conditioner and offered me some paper towels. I moved to the aisle seat. Thank goodness it was open, because when we landed a ton more water poured on to my old empty seat. Once again the stewardesses didn't think it was a big deal. I feel badly for whomever sat in that back seat the next flight out. I'm sure they got soaked too. The stewardesses could not have cared less. I'm sure they didn't bother to report it."
Pros: "Hey feed you well and offer movies even it's just an hour long flight."
Cons: "Numerous people had oversize carry on luggage that should have been checked. The passengers like me had smaller than regulation carry on but there did not seem to be room in the overhead compartments."
Cons: "Flight was delayed. Announcement was made at the last minute. There wasn't enough space for carry-on luggage, mostly because the flight crew let people hog space leaving less for everybody else."
Pros: "We boarded the flight on time but of course we were still 30 minutes delayed taking off"
Cons: "The seats were tight. There was no entertainment system. They ran out of iPods before they got out of the premium seat area. Because of light turbulence the drink service was interrupted and never repeated in a seven hour flight."
Cons: "They didn't even let me check in. Spent 12 extra hours at the airports to get home."
Pros: "customer services"
Pros: "Only enjoyed entertainment"
Cons: "Quality & type of food Boarding sprocess Lack of carry on space Unprofessional crew Old plain- didn't realize still in operation Small seats Little to no leg room Fact you actually had to pay for rental of iPads Terrible entertainment system"
Pros: "Reasonably spacious seating in economy. Entertainment system worked and there were adequate options. Plane was clean and all facilities adequate in number and cleanliness."
Cons: "Flight attendants were not polite or helpful, sometimes rude. Food service was minimal and passengers were left hungry and thirsty for many hours (6+)."
Cons: "I never received an e-mail to check in, and by the time I remembered (morning of), this resulted in me not having a seat assigned on my ticket. This caused a lot of needless stress, though to Air Canada's credit, they got all those waiting for a seat assignment on board. On my return trip, I did receive an e-mail - luckily, as the flight was overbooked again."
Pros: "Left on time, arrived on time."
Pros: "Food was ok"
Cons: "Avoidable delays caused a late departure from Toronto, then we sat on tarmac waiting for a gate in Dublin. Eventually had to debark into the tarmac and walk in. Delays caused us to miss our next flight to Munich."
Cons: "The entertainment was non-existent unless you had an Apple device or paid the $10 to rent one for an hour or so. Really disappointing considering other Air Canada flights."
Cons: "A very obese man sat on my side and took half of my seat. The crew ignored me till we were on the air. They were very unprofessional. They found a seat for me. I approached them and told them that I was willing to pay half of a business seat, just let me go. The crew was unwilling and threanned me by returning the plane before it took off. I was not treated with respect. Next Tuesday I will fly back to Los Angeles with air Canada. I am sorry but this experience has taught me to fly no more with your company. Rabbi Moises Benzaquen"
Pros: "The 10 Euro voucher was the only pleasant part of the flight."
Cons: "Our flight through Air Canada arriving to Toronto was late and our flight to Milan from Toronto was also delayed. We would have been able to get onto the flight from Toronto to Milan because we made it to the gate in time but because our baggage was not with us we had to take the next flight that then took us to the U.K. and then to Milan. With the next air canada flight also being delayed, go figure. We finally arrive in Milan and with an entire day gone to explore the city. We waited 2 hours for luggage when our bags never came we checked lost and found and it turns out that our luggage was still in Toronto. Seriously Air Canada? Our luggage hasn't even left Toronto yet? So much for not being able to catch or last flight because our bags were not with us. We finally get our luggage a day later on the exact same flight we would have taken the day before, had Air Canada not screwed everything up."
Cons: "The plain didn't have tv and bearly got drinks on the plain"
Pros: "flight was smooth and on time."
Cons: "Maple Leaf Lounge at Pearson airport was shabby. We expected a bit more than soup and gherkins, but that's all that was available, except for some dry nacho chips. No electrical outlets. Indifferent staff. Shame on Air Canada! We have visited airport lounges all over the world and this was by far the worst!"
Cons: "DELAYED"
Pros: "Everything was basically on time."
Cons: "Air canada should still give snacks like west jet."
Pros: "Nothing at all."
Cons: "The tiny little plane is pretty standard for going to and from Cleveland but the boarding gate was in a shack outside the main airport with almost no seating and horrible aesthetics. The flight attendant was rude and way to large (obese) to be on such a small airplane. It's likely we had to pay a fuel surcharge just to move her alone. I'm not being mean, but this flight was just terrible overall."
Pros: "Seats were comfortable and I was able to sleep for most of the flight."
Cons: "My flight was delayed several times and the gate was also changed. I recognize that safety is important, but passengers should be offered snacks when their flight is delayed for several hours."
Pros: "Seats were wide and very comfortable"
Pros: "That we arrived on time"
Cons: "The food was terrible, the service was grumpy, and one of the carts hit my shoe so hard that it tore it."
Pros: "The Boeing 777. Boarding went well because rather than heard us into Zones 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 they went 1, 2, OK everyone get one now. Ah reminded me of the old days. Also the crew was quite pleasant and very helpful. Seeing them run up and down the aisle bringing plastic bags and cardboard boxes to the passengers (food option) looked somewhat better than dealing with the cart."
Cons: "A Full Load and the normal food options Air Canada has chosen. When you know them "off by heart" it's time to spruce up the menu. Air Canada hasn't heard of Gluten Free of reduced."
Pros: "Over all I love air canada"
Cons: "Food too tight on giving you anything"
Pros: "Plane arrived pretty much on time. Boarding was uneventful."
Cons: "Plane too low to use jetway at Pearson. Epic walk from US gates to immigration. Insufficient leg room if you're over 5'10", but that's how it is these days."
Pros: "I liked the fact that my friend and I were able to get seats together. It was very nice that of the airline to accommodate that."
Cons: "I didn't like the cold tea. I would have liked a cookie or something to go with my tea, without having to pay for it."
Pros: "The airplane landed perfectly"
Cons: "The seating are small"
Pros: "The aircrew were very nice."
Cons: "There confusion on what to do with our checked luggage. We had a 20 hour layover in Toronto. First I was told we would have to leave it at the airport, then was told we had to take it with us and then return and simply put it on the conveyer belt. We returned the next day and tried to check it upstairs. The rude counter person made us move belongings from the carry-ons to the checked bag due to weight restrictions. Guess what, they all go in the same cargo hold! Then the flight was delayed 4 hours. We finally arrived home at 3:30 am and I had to go to work the next day. I suppose I should be grateful our flight was not cancelled. I forgot to follow the rule about never taking the last flight out of any airport."
