Flight delays for communication overall not a good experience uncomfortable on the plane. Person in front of me reclined his seat, putting them inches from my lap.
The homeless eat better than what was served on that plane. Pretzels and ice cream? My last trip to Europe. Everything is small, but the bill.
On time departure and early arrival. Flight attendant very nice.

Aging planer and NO wifi on a 14 hour day flight. Unless you are retired or don't need to work or be in touch with the world... The lack of Wifif really ruined the flight. And the old plane - really showing it's age, wasn't great
No Snacks or Entertainment. The flight was short, snacks should still be given.
Food was bad, sandwiche with cold cut meat was not labeled and and none of the flight attendants could tell what kind of meat it was (beef, pork or turkey). People have dietary and religious restrictions and "I dont know" is simply unacceptable. One flight attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional. Filed an formal complaint withAA regarding his behavior

The flight was completely full. Crew was not happy. Everyone was rude and brusque. Travelling with an arm in a cast and seating in the first row of economy cabin (in front of the separation) I needed help retrieving my tray for the meal. A staff member literally threw the tray on my lap, without helping to take out the tray. Boarding was messy, with 300 people waiting in an encloses space with low ceiling. I will try to avoid AA next time I have a long flight.
This flight captain and crew were amazing, started ahead of time of departure and reached 30 mins before arrival time. Amazing!
Flight attendants need to come by a little more often to pick up trash.
Crew was good. Seat was worn but overall okay. The infotainment system is outdated and needs to be updated. BA should provide free WiFi for club world/business class passengers.
5 hour flight with no food or on-board entertainment. Flight crew barely made rounds to provide water.
The airline was not clear about a new departure time so we got to the airport early anyway. The flight left early which was great because of weather. The check in process was very easy and staff were friendly and helpful. The crew was great and our flight was very good.
I don't know about the others but the flight attendant that took care of us had the absolute wrong approach "how do we dare asking for water or anything else for that matter"
One of the worst experience given the middle seat even asked for the change no one honored,boarded at the end and overall one of the worst experience
Tickets get checked 4 separate times by different staff, would save time if only the person at the entrance and the person who scans the tickets checks them!
Seating and food was the worst we have experienced in 35 years of traveling for both personal and busines .
Horrible experience. They broke the handle of my checked in suitcase and then refused pay for damages
I was told to be there to check in three hours before my flight and the counter only opened up two hours before. Apparently that is standard. So that was an hour I could have spent walking around Larnaca that was wasted. But besides that it was great
