C$ 203 Find cheap flights from Los Angeles to Halifax

The flight was delayed by more than one hour. The terminal was consequently overcrowded and hot. We lost our car reservation and hit rush hour traffic in Boston, which added two hours stuck in traffic to our trip.

Awesome, the whole way through. Thank you, this is the new Canadian Airline benchmark.

We were given a complimentary seat upgrade which was so unexpected but so lovely!

Porter was excellent. Boarding was a breeze. The seats were a little uncomfortably but the overall trip was excellent.

Only packaged snacks were served. It was a flight at lunchtime and a hot meal would have been a great.

Reserve check-in was very slow compared to regular check-in. Internet was slow

Lavatories broke with an hour to go. At least we were on time.

Chaotic boarding, but mostly my issues are with Toronto airport

Flight delayed by half hour, causing rush to get to connecting flight in Toronto Pearson which doesn’t have good flow for managing immigration check and connections.

Service was amazing, and the plane was comfortable even for this long haul. But they could have more movies selections. But they were still a lot to choose from.

Your staff on the flight back to Calgary were very friendly and efficient .

The big lady was sitting right next to me and the button to recline my seat was blocked by her huge arm. No power outlet for chargers. No inflight Wi-Fi movies

Trip was uneventful which is good. Boarding took a long time due to many disabled/elderly requiring assistance which again is fine. Landing and take off were excellent. Food and entertainment were as expected, bring your own if you have preferences otherwise you get what you get.

Flight was delayed four hours! No on board entertainment fir a four flight. Minimal food

The premium did not live up to expectations. The seats were tight and looked like there was no more room at the rear of the plane for seating then at the front of the plane. Instructions were not provided for entertainment. It was difficult to get the app. The app is not user-friendly. It requires too many inputs by the consumer to get to the correct page.

No issues at all! Seats are small with very little leg room but it's what you expect from a low budget airline. I would definitely use them again.

The flight was on time - which is good. But pretty much every other aspect of the experience was bad. They charged 55$ for a carry on bag!

Flight was old and the seats were not comfortable at all. They made me pay 55$ to take my carry-on bag onboard.

Westjet is the worst airline in the world, they are absolutely terrible, there are to many things that happened that I can't explain in this message, I would like to talk to someone about my ordeal. I am partial handicapped and that I can only walk a short distance, I calculated how far I walked and it was more than a kilometer, the pain is so bad today I have to go to my docor, they told me there was nobody available to take me to my gate, this is just one instance. This is not finished yet, I need to contact westjet and let them know about my trip from hell

The flight was booked solid and there is no leg room for anyone over 6 feet tall, which is probably 25% of your customers. I have selected aisle seats and was given the middle twice. This is not something that can be changed, so I shouldnt bring it up, but that is my feedback.

Very pleasant crew! Good entertainment options. Water wasn’t working in the bathrooms, but they were able to fix it. Just had to stand with sticky soap hands for 20min….

I did not appreciate being scolded by the captain himself, and being told my dog could die, in front of my daughter.

In general our flights were awful. They cancelled flights, and we lost one night at the hotel in Athens that it was already paid. Also we paid extra for the seats we assigned in advance but since they were cancelled the flights, we lost our seats,. we were running back and forth for the connections. THEY DIDN’T FOLLOW OUR ORIGINAL ITINERARY. Our itinerary was change to :LAX TO VANCOUVER ,MUNICH , then NAPLES, ATHENS. Because our original flight was cancelled we spent one night in Munich. Due to all the changes we lost money and time for our original schedule. We are seniors and running in the airport to catch the flights was very frustrating and painful. We are hoping from Air Canada / Lufthansa to take responsibility and compensate us for those events. We are filling frustrated .

Great flight! Service, food and flight experience were top notch.

The Air Canada experience wasn’t bad per se. It was the Toronto airport experience that was truly horrific. Terrible crowd, control, poor signage, and power, hungry security people who felt the need to tear open gifts in a hasty and careless fashion, causing damage to my items because they don’t know how to read a damn x-ray. On top of that the attitude was completely disrespectful and callous. I left feeling completely violated.

My flight from LAX to toronto, of 6 hrs, and no food was served. I expected lunch but they gave only a soft drink and a biscut. Very sorry to say it was terrible.

Delayed twice, and as always, planes are cramped and too crowded, for the high price of a ticket, air travel in Canada is horrible service and value.
