Plane left an hour late, I missed my connection and my bow case was never even loaded on the plane in VA. I deal with this type of nonsense everytime I fly air canada.

It was a smooth flight both in the sky and landing!

Fare was great, seat comfort the opposite as cushion was worn out. Ok for 2 hour flight, not for 4.5 hour flight..

For the price, it was a really good experience. There was no entertainment on board, so I couldn't really rate this, and I didn't order a meal. I appreciated that there was a free glass of wine.

Very bad, flight was cancelled due to strike and staff was unable to rebook us

Air Canada is my new fave airline..I plan to use when I can. No complaints at all just rave compliments for the staff and airline.

Strike pissed me n stranded in middle of no where

No paper towels in bathroom. Aisle seat difficult to get out of Other than those, excellent service

Plane was packed but flew on-time, and the comfort level was great! All planes are a bit cramped, but the in flight entertainment was superb, snacks were nice, and the crew was polite. Got into Calgary on schedule...all we could ask for
