Flight left on time. Crew was polite and helpful. Flight arrived early at destination. Had some trouble with in-flight entertainment system (not built in to seat-back) but found a work-around. Good experience.
As usual, terrible. Delayed flight, missed connection and wasted hours at the airport. The only reason I use this airline is because of limited options.
My flight got delayed 5 times and then got cancelled eventually, I had to get a hotel and uber and pay for food for an extra night without any plans. It was a horrible experience, instead of Air Canada, I was flying with United .
I had a nice flight with free wifi. So I was able to message family members and stream music during my flight, which made the trip go by fast. I also enjoyed flying on there Airbus A220. The plane looked very new and it also got up to speed fast down the runway and didn't need much runway to get airborne.
nothing exceptional and like other airlines food becoming smaller in size...
Seats were comfortable, flights boarded easily, arrived early in Toronto and on time in Nassau
Our return trips from Lisbon to Vancouver were the worst flights I have EVER been on. Our seats from Frankfurt to Vancouver were most uncomfortable. The 'table ' was not only dirty but broken. My headrest ' support' too was broken, leaving a spot where a broken attachment poked at your head. My food was the worst food I have ever had on any flight. Staff....they all looked and acted as though they hated their jobs!! The Calgary to Vancouver wasnt much better. We had NO services even though we were told of complimentary beverages etc.. That didnt happen. I asked for window seats, assured by the ticket agent I was given a window seat...NOT. Please dont make me go on. Our trip from Vancouver TO Madrid was great......so we were most discouraged at the events of our return trip.
Well considering they didn't transfer our luggage once we arrived in Frankfurt to our Air Canada SUCKS!

My flight was delayed for more than 18 hours no accommodations was provided spent the night at the airport
It was good service. The very low economic seats where not comfortable

There is need to introduce HOME COUNTRY of Departure Meals
They gave us chocolates twice (for whoever would like an extra chocolate - kids did!). I asked for an extra water, and I was given one. Crew was very friendly!

The row of seats were so cramped it was difficult to get in and out of your seat. I even upgraded. A long flight and sad accommodations 😵💫 the shorter flight was very comfortable and the seating was spacious
They delayed my flight from Toronto Pearson for one hour and Frankfurt to Abuja for 2HRS, So sad
Excellent once on board. Security staff at Johannesburg rude and aggressive.
I bought a ticket and paid for for our luggage but I had to pay for my luggage again. I’m so disappointed! We had a 30 min delay and because of that we missed our connecting flight and were told that we would be on the next flight (9am flight ) but we were landed we were booked at 12pm flight. I had a little baby w me, it was very stressful. I begged to leave at 10 am at least. I was emailed that we get a voucher but they didn’t work when we were at a breakfast store. I’ve been always happy w Lufthansa but this time was awful.
