Lovely flight.....only cold drinks and no more complimentary cookies!
Personnel was very polite! Food from Frankfurt to Vancouver was very good!
It was good. Short flight and the crew were well organized. I find the seats a little close together. I am tall so more leg room would always be welcome.
Was not sent a link to check in online. Tried to check in online using website. Site didn’t work. Called support line, was told it often didn’t work. Went to counter at airport to check bags and get boarding passes. Had to stand in a lineup. They were unable to tell me how much to pay. Had to take a paper to another counter, took a long time to be told what I owed. I fondly remember the days of checking in online, getting my boarding pass digitally, paying for my luggage on line, scanning my passport at the airport to get my luggage tags, and putting my luggage on the conveyor. Easy peasy. Air Canada has really taken a step back in time, and made what was an easy check in experience to one that seemed unduly long and frustrating.
lufthansa flights are consistently fully booked and they strongly discourage carry-on luggage, making many passengers gate check
Would like whole can of pop for 2. Treats were not great . The garlic pretzels were terrible for someone who can't eat garlic. Passenger was 84.
I found check in difficult because I could only pull up one passenger. I got help.
The flight had to return due to maintenance issues and then was cancelled
I did not follow this route as I was forcefully rerouted.
Everything was great, clean plane and washrooms. Flight was on time, excellent boarding process
Overall, the service was excellent, the crew verry professional, and departures and arrivals were perfect.

love the crews and my only problem was the delay at Frankfurt was very bad. I have travelled with Lufthansa for over 30 years now and this was cost me some planned business appointment
The flight delay made the connection a bit tight but that's outside the flight crew's control.
We had the best help ever from the airport workers who helped us check in and get our luggage through even though the checkout was closed. We had gotten so lost that a 90 minute drive became 3 hours. They were fast and courteous and even helped with our rental car. Thank you to them!
Size of economy seats great. Food well not bad for airline food. Staff friendly, helpful, professional. Very impressed

The service and food was excellent. The remote control for entertainment did not function properly.
We didn't get the coffee with breakfast in the morning.. 30 mins lazer I asked flight attendant why don't we get coffee now at least.. after the breakfast..she said that captain announced possible turbulences fee minutes ago, which didn't ecplain why we didn't get it with the breakfast..breakfast was very poor btw..just little pastry which you can eat in 4 little bites. Turbulences fortunately didn't even happen.. but we didn't get that more than necessary coffee in the morning after the night flight with very poor sleep.. They just served breakfast 1 hour afzer we took off..at like 11 PM.. that doesn't make sense at all.. Also, flight attendants weren't very nice..they looked like they're not happy with their job.. :/
