The quality of food is going down comparing with old history of excellent food. It was cold and a bad quality. The crew is always excellent and caring.
I love to travel again and again in Emirates. Keep up the good work.
Everything was great except the boarding experience. After the check in, they "packed us" in a small area, very hot there. It would be nice to be aware of this, I'd wait on the outside area

I liked the newer aircraft CRJ-550 since it had WIFI and the seats are more spacious.
I liked everything: the service, the food, the cleanness. I flew last year with Qatar Airways, so I can compare. Emirates did much better! Especially their meals and service.
Super flight. On time departure and arrival. Very good service. Luggage arrival at DXB was a little delayed but you can’t have everything the very best :)

The flight from Beijing to Dubai was good. The flight from Dubai to Barcelona was excellent because of the staff on board.
Prefer not to have an almost 3 hour delay with useless communication that wasn't accurate.
Boarding was smooth and efficient. The only food was some pretzels, but it was a short flight. Not much to order if you were hungry.
Crew were welcoming, accommodating and they worked hard to find places for all carry on.

Aircraft is designed with all 3 washrooms at the back of the plane, meaning that when there is service underway, there are no washrooms available and it gets very crowded at the back of the plane.
I was through check-in right away and on the plane before I knew it perfect in every way

One crew member, Brandy was very helpful with recovering phone lost in customs. The plane was ancient and poorly maintained. Checked baggage did not arrive with flight. Almost missed flight because if insanely short layover time. Air Canada is worst flight I have ever booked with Kayak. Wanted to charge for headsets for on flight media.
this flight was exceptional due to the plane itself being updated with longer seat belts so no need for the extender and access to a tv.
Flight was oversold. Seats assigned to multiple passengers. Delay 1 hour to sort out.
