Crew was good, helpful. Flight ran on time.would have liked to take airtransat home to MTL. But the price back from San Jose Costa Rica was MUCH more expensive than the flight from MTL to San Jose c.r.

The flight crew were very good, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience left much to be desired. The food was extremely bland—almost tasteless. We chose the non vegetarian .The lasagna was just plain pasta with a tiny garnish and no seasoning. It felt like eating starch only, The bigger issue was with luggage and space. We boarded with three tickets, and while the seats in front of us were nearly empty, all the overhead compartments had already been filled by passengers boarding to the back. This left us and many others with no overhead storage for our carry-ons. Our bags couldn’t fit well under the seats either, which meant we lost the little legroom we had. The result was a horrible, cramped experience—sore knees, no space to stretch, and no way to rest or sleep comfortably. According to the crew this was a rather normal thing. It is obviously normal that people board with handbag and carry on but they should be only allowed to use their overhead compartment and under their seat not the way it is managed that all the spaces in the front of the plane being occupied by the people sitting way back in the plane.
Flight delayed any hour and couple of big gate changes
We were unable to land in Liberia. It was not the airline’s fault, but we had to be diverted to SJO.
We were in economy class but paid for option Plus which offer you an extra snack after take off, free earplugs & blanket. The crew were very attentive. The comfort however wasn’t great, hard to be comfortable in such restraint place. Wasn’t able to sleep through out the 7hrs flight and was exhausted upon arrival.
Air Transat left my luggage back in Montreal and it took them 5 DAYS to get it to Venice. Luckily I was still in town, or else their option was to send my luggage back to my house in CANADA. What a joke! Oh, and I had to find a way to go get it at the airport in Venice, they needed 72 hours more to get it to where I was staying.
The connecting flight lay over was 4.00 hours, the gate agent booked me on the next flight which was about to depart at no extra cost.

The entertainment available didn’t work for anyone on the flight. Long 6 hr flight with no entertainment option and the staff didn’t know until an hour into the flight when we made sure they knew about it. They had no way to fix it.
Smooth flight. Boarding was chaotic. Could not hear the gate agent over the intercom. People were lined up in the wrong lines. Groups one and two were told to board through line one and group 3 through line 2. All very confusing. Once in the air, the flight was smooth. There was no entertainment option on this aircraft, even though it was a larger aircraft.
Average. Newark is a United Hub, yet a flight that is early somehow ends up getting late to the gate. Newark ATC needs help badly.
Luggage management is poor, my missing luggage is still lingering.
I was not expecting much as i was not in a premium cabin. I was pleasantly surprised that the seat in economy plus was spacious and food was ample. Party of 5 with 2 parents and 3 kids.
Both flights were fine. I wish there was a little more legroom, but we got to where we needed to be on time, the crew did their job, and that’s really all that matters. We’ll fly United again.
Checking in and boarding was not good The staff at the gate were not helpful and targeted the customer and delayed the customers boarding unnecessarily The flight was delayed for about two hours and later for a change of boarding gate The waiting area was overcrowded with no seats available for passengers and lots were left standing for a long period of time
My wallet fell out of my pocket ( my fault). Staff claimed they looked while cleaning. Said they didn't find it, but was actually found in Washington DC on the plane. Which mean either they didn't look or don't do a good job of cleaning. Now I have to pay 27 dollars to get it shipped back and have no wallet for my entire vacation
Entertainment system did not function screen kept trying to reset. There was no beverages handed out luckily it was short flight.
My flight was 3 hours late, which caused me to miss my connection in Denver. Further, this connecting flight was then Later canceled. This required me to stay another night an hour and a half away, and rent the rental car for an additional Night. I am still waiting for United Airlines to reimburse me for the inconvenience and Expense of having to extend my rental Car for An additional Day. Westjet never disappoint always terrible small plane ,crowded cheap snack if you can call it snack
Everything was good except I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay US $150 for bags.
Business class lie down seats on WestJet aren't very comfortable. Crew were excellent and overall flight was ok.
We are experiencing more delays with westjet than other companies. West jet used to be our favorite airline.
Those flights were operated by Delta Airlines.. one of the reasons I booked them thru Expedia, even if the tickets are sold by WestJet. Service on board is good with Delta, but don't expect much snacks on inland flights in the US or to Canada. Their entertainment system was modernized, but not much new movies in the catalog.. Free Wi-Fi for Skymiles member aboard.

Westjet delayed then rebooked us on flights for economy class when we paid for business class and now need a refund for fare difference and they aren't getting back to us
Flight was good, long lay over, but that was likely my fault
A lot of people needing bathroom before arrival some didn’t get to use; plane a little small felt cramped but worked still a bigger plane would be nice. Crew was friendly and flight was on time and smooth. No food for vegans 🤔
I liked that the staff members at the airport were helpful and very pleasant to work with. Flight crew were also a great crew who were helpful and I was happy for their help boarding. Overall a pleasant trip home.
Great it was a big plane, clean and had entertainment through tv lost the back of the seat. Overhead bins had space and was really deep so held a lot.
I was good overall. The boarding was on time and the crew members very accommodating. The pilots were very informative and experienced. The flight was excellent. One of the best take off and landed I ever had, it was very smooth and control.
Didn't like that we couldn't be seated together or seated away from the stinking toilets or check in on line. All rather poor.
There is no reason for a 5 hour flight, the only option is purchased food and free drinks. The airline should at least offer free chips, peanut, etc and then the option to purchase additional food

Pilot crew did excellent…flight was great and landing and everything was rite on time n target. My seat was uncomfortable and narrow. Had no space to move around 16F.Plus nothing to entertain. Very uncomfortable plus all was serve for free was a cup a drink for the 4 hours n more flight. Compare to other airline that serve snacks with a drink. And your airline feee more expensive..but thank God we landed safely
I almost missed my flight because they’re searching me and the stuff already come from duty- free plus I couldn’t find my exit to go to the plane when I got there they were closing the door and I got to the airport very early but because they were searching me
No complimentary food only water and soda. Of course seats were tight. However flight was timely and crew was pleasant and we arrived early.
As I was purchasing my tickets, I indicated 3 checked-in luggage, one per ticket, but, as time showed, I had to pay for each suitcase on my way to the final point of destination and then back. If I am not mistaken, 5 or 7 times my original schedule was changed. Also, the final few changes introduced an overnight stay, which I was not planning to do. And I couldn't do anything as I already purchased and arranged my dive trip. Overall, after years of flying by many other companies, Air Canada, as of today, is the worthiest I've ever flown. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is relying on a promised schedule and timely arrival/departure. Two plains were broken and had to be replaced/ and the other one had to be fixed while we were on the plane
flair is a scam. They give the impression that they’re so cost effective with wonderful service. To cut a long story short. You end up paying so much for every little thing (even water) it all adds up to much more than some of their competitors. I’ve tried with Flair for several trips, but I’m done with them now. There’s no real benefit anymore. I would rather pay a little more and get a service that I’m comfortable with. Goodbye to Flair from me.
On time flight. Reasonably comfortable seats. Disliked having to pay for refreshment and snacks.
Personally, I will not use this fight again. The service is poor, you have to buy even water. They don't provide anything even sneak, you have to buy. They said Personally items for 7 kg. Then they use some measurements, if you have 7kg and if it's not getting inside of their measurements, you have to pay 80$ this is robbery. I will prefer other flight then this. I am désappointement taking this airplane.
flight was okay, no wifi, no free drinks but worst of all they lost my son's bike for four days. Customer service was nonexistent - call a number that leaves you on perpetual hold, there's no baggage folks in the baggage claims area (in vancouver). we went up to international and nobody was at ticketing, went to domestic and they had us fill out a form. they could not tell us where the bag was. Anyway, highly recommend you drop an airtag for anything that's worth more than $500. My son's bike costs a lot more than that to replace; I was on pins and needles for four days.
It’s bare bones but was on time so can’t complain.
Of all the countries I've flown to and airlines from around the world, I have never had such a dismissive an arrogant employee during boarding. After waiting in line for 20 minutes to board, I was sent to a second line for Passport verification. Natalie from Flair, repeatedly tried to scan my passport which didn't work for some reason but was too lazy to input my information manually. Bar code scanners aren't 100% reliable as we all know. She asked me my birthdate 3 times, made me wait to be the last person aboard and then smugly threatened me that my only bag could be charged for (same backpack I used as on my arrival as carry on). Natalie working in Ft. Lauderdale and the was the epitome of lobotomized tiktok brain with the charm of junk mail.

Great staff. Cramped seating for someone 5 feet, 2 inches and average weight. So if you're tall or heavy -- good luck. Even if you wait until the 24 hour checkin time, you still charge for seating. Really? So either it is a less-than-pleasant experience or pay the price of a "big name" airline. And if I'm going to pay their prices, why would I fly in your cramped seat? So, in the end, you want to give less comfort for the same prices as Air Canada. Go figure.
Everything was great. Got out 5 minutes early and had a nap on the overnight flight.
They make you pay for everything:- hand carriage, seat, check-in and don't even offer you a cup of water! It turnout much more expensive than AC !
