The flight was two hours late due to a computer fault and resulting maintenance. Nothing was offered as compensation beyond bottles of water during the time we were deplaned and waiting in the terminal.

Very pleasant flight attendants. Gate crew rather loud chatting with each other.
Four plus hour flight delay in New York caused us to take off after 11:30pm. We didn’t arrive at our hotel until five hours after check in. Started the trip off feeling exhausted.
Friendly crew. Poor food service maybe due to full flight. All in all, you get what you pay for.
Plane was in bad shape. TV’s and WiFi didn’t work. Plane need a refresh. Not enough room for bags.
Everything was great. I liked the text updates so that I never miss a gate change & I have all the latest info.
I don’t usually fly budget airlines or airlines in the United States. It was as good as any other airline. The seats are comfortable and the airline attendants are not rude & surly. Very nice flight (s).

WiFi was not eorkig (again) And the plane was from 1990 with the screens which were.not touch and most didn’t even work and if lucky could tune in tv
They didn't let me board with a proper boarding pass. I threw away my bags so that I can board and was defined boarding. Had to take the next flight after paying more.
They cancelled the flight 3 hours prior departure. Had to spend $400 for a ne way flight with Delta Airlines! Spirit Airlines are not serios!
Over SOLD flight. It does not matter that you were able to check in 24 Hours before and confirm your flight. At the airport, the company SPIRIT rep wanted to remove people who pay for lower fares.
My baggage broke and they did not offer me anything. No conversation

Cheap flight but really uncomfortable. Seat cushions flimsy. Jammed in middle seat when flight is not full. They don’t even give you water
I don’t like the idea of having to buy everything including a bottle of water when the other airlines are giving it to us
I like everything, my only draw back is us having to purchase the snacks and even water on the flight while the other airlines are offering it to us in flight
I never made this flight. When I got to the airport I had a message to say that the flight was delayed and would be getting into Fort Lauderdale at 10 pm. My connecting flight was due to leave around 10:10 pm so there is no way I would have made the connection. I went back to the Spirit desk and tried to explain this to a desk agent who didn't understand. Eventually her supervisor came over and explained it. The desk agent was unhelpful and only offered options that would have required getting a hotel overnight. She offered no hotel or meal vouchers and when I said that it seemed my only option was to go to another airline she told me I needed to make a decision because they were closing the desk and would not be back till 3 pm. I went to Delta and had to pay extra but they could help get me back to Orlando. I now have to file a claim against Spirit and I am just glad I paid for insurance. Very unhappy and very poor service.
I missed my connecting flight from MBJ to IAH via FLL. The plane was late to arrive to MBJ and the crew has a very slow turnover. (Low energy, lacksdasical team and then waiting for baggage to be loaded long after all passengers were seated.Claiming baggage in FLL took over 35 minutes. It was a train wreck.
