Meals were not so good. Snack between the meals was very bad. Like Japan Airlines, they could eliminate the snack and make the second meal much better.

The gates should be ready when we land. Waiting on the runway for a hour is ridiculous.

Baggage allowances are terrible and the experience of only being allowed one bag and paying so much to take sporting equipment to a known ski area should be addressed.

Our flight from Eagle to Vail was delayed to the point we missed our connection to Savannah. Now we’re a family of 4 in a hotel room with luggage, no toiletries, no clean clothes. Gate attendant said the delay was mechanical but it was put in the system as something else so no compensation. That’s just wrong.

We spent too much time on board waiting for takeoff.

The flight was on time and crew were nice, seats were tight and there was entertainment available

American airlines suck they delay the flights all the time made me sleep in an airport because my flight was delayed and I miss my connecting flight

We will be writing a long, detailed letter to corporate about our awful experience with American airlines.

Good service, friendly staff. Food was average for airlines and the seats were small.
