Excellent flight and got us around tough weather. Only issue was seat TV did not work and crew tried to reboot.
Flight taking off must have been behind, because there was no pre-departure drink for first class like normal. Also, person in front of mine’s seat got stuck in the as far back as it normally goes position for the whole flight even during landing, flight attendant unable to fix it. Gate was not empty when we arrived, but that is MSP’s fault since was overdue for push back, not Delta’s, so had to sit on tarmac for a while and international flight so then still had to go through customs. Flight crew was excellent throughout though!
We departed late, and we arrived to Atlanta late for our connecting flight to Quito. I asked the flight attendant before landing to please make an announcement and let us go out of the plane first she agreed but never did the announcement. We run and arrived 3 minutes late and they closed the gate of the plane. We ended up staying one day in Atlanta for the next flight to Quito. When we arrived to Quito 2 of our 50lbs bags arrived completely broken and destroyed. I made the complaint and so far nobody in Delta wants to help.
I usually get upgraded so my experience is usually amazing. I did not get upgraded this time - which was fine - but the wifi had issues, the monitors were going in & out, & (though not Delta's fault) one of the gentlemen next to me desperately needed a shower.
Flight was late from Newark to Atlanta, I asked flight attendant to please let my family of 3 out first when we landed to Atlanta because we were late for our connecting flight to Quito. She didn't and we were late for 5 minutes we couldn't board the plane and spend hours trying to get another flight with customer service for the next day.
Waited at the usual crowded gate at DCA where one ends up standing up because there aren't enough seats.
Advertised fruit trays with cheese, but only snacks handed out!
One of the best airlines that I flew on, the flight attendants were very attentive and professional.
Our flight attendant in FIRST CLASS was one of the worst I’ve ever had. She was not at all pleasant, nor particularly good at her service.
The aircraft interior is old and tired on this aircraft. The entertainment system never worked despite the crews attempt to reset the system.
It was great. There were some issues prior to takeoff. The weather was poor so we had to go through deicing, and we were delayed a bit by the pilots' concern about one of the engines, but that's aviation. The pilots handled everything with aplomb, and kept us apprised
Reliable, nice crew, I fly often on that flight and I like it all.

Quick and seamless boarding. No entertainment but fast Starlink wifi for this short trip and the staff was really friendly.
I dread trans-Pacific flights. They are very long. This was my first time on Universal, and it was my best crossing ever. The staff were professional, the hospitality was great, and the food was delicious. The entertainment system filled the long flight hours. I will seek out Universal flights from now onwards. 🙂
The food quality sucks. One must starve if they do not eat flesh Or wheat based products Some variety would be expected. The trivial amount of snacks and or food is inhumane
We Left Calgary 1/2 hour late and that made for a tight connection in Denver. After arriving everything was done to help us make our connection. That was a great effort. Thank You United

Our flight from Eagle to Vail was delayed to the point we missed our connection to Savannah. Now we’re a family of 4 in a hotel room with luggage, no toiletries, no clean clothes. Gate attendant said the delay was mechanical but it was put in the system as something else so no compensation. That’s just wrong.
We spent too much time on board waiting for takeoff.
The flight was on time and crew were nice, seats were tight and there was entertainment available
American airlines suck they delay the flights all the time made me sleep in an airport because my flight was delayed and I miss my connecting flight

Good service, friendly staff. Food was average for airlines and the seats were small.
Worst flight ever. I was suppose to have a 3 1/2 hour layover in Chicago but got to the gate 4 minutes before boarding.

A cookie and a soda, packed like sardines, will never be a positive experience. Also, boarded a 5:30 flight at 7:45pm
We started with trouble checking in 24 hours early. Then my husband did not get his TSA precheck. Finally flight delayed due to no crew. I know things happen
Everything was great until we had to get our bags. The bags came out in several different batches over 90 minutes after we landed maybe more we got our bags. So much for the old West Jet where they promised bags in 20 minutes. I Next time I will pack lighter and go with a carry-on.
Flight left on time. The crew was very friendly. I had to buy a proper meal. Small cookie and a drink just doesn’t cut it for a 4.5 hours flight.
The flight was full and good as could be expected. We arrived early which is always a good thing.

Plane was one hour late. Hardly any space for our carry-ons. Stressful to catch connections.
The delays were never ending and we were never properly informed as to why. 1st and 2nd delay were handled well, but by the time we received our 7th delay, and then subsequently asked to willingly get bumped, it turned into one of the worst flying situations of my life. I didn’t get home until 2am which is roughly 5 hours later than originally planned.
Great flight, great landing, nice staff. Our seats were a little cramped.
I will not be flying with westjet again. I was uncomfortable in my seat. The position made my back hurt so bad. My wife was able to fit the seatbelt around her with out an extension but was unable to put the tray table down or fit in the seat for that matter. Our bag was smashed and I spent two hours trying to fill out the application for a damaged bag before I gave up. The 80 photos I took would not work and nothing telling me the format to upload them as.. I made the mistake of unpacking the bag before taking photos so no claim for me. Next trip to Canada I will have to use air Canada.
No food, water, snacks.”beverages”. This was on Christmas Day. Upgrading cost $100, for what exactly?
Overall good experience. The wait for baggage at our destination was quite long, but other than that everything was good as expected
