I received the two differed meals: chicken and pasta. I asked and I received. I am anti-wasting food!
Cons: "For some reason, we were asked several times for Passports. This didn’t make any sense since we are US citizens with drivers license. They even had TSA talk to us. This has to be fixed. Otherwise, Delta experience was great."
Cons: "We didn't really have social distancing on board but it was as good as could. be expected"
Cons: "Delta flies a lot of the CRJ planes, even on relatively longer trips. Traveling first class, the seats are a little wider than in coach and have a little more leg room, but calling it "first class" is a bit of an exaggeration. It's more like what coach used to be before the days of the flying sardine cans."

Cons: "Messed up my luggage in Atlanta. Gate said baggage was going to domestic. Ended up in international terminal. Added almost an hour of back and forth between terminals."
Cons: "I’m skinny and 5’2” and I felt squashed. Like I was in a dollhouse. The space is too small, it’s too uncomfortable. I couldn’t take my zip front sweater off. The seats and space are not proportional to humans."

Cons: "Delta is flying a lot of commuter planes, which are pretty cramped. We usually fly first class, and the seating is essentially the same as what coach used to be. There's nothing "first class" about it. And of course, the flight was hours late."

Pros: "Zee was our flight attendant and she was absolutely wonderful. Personable, attentive, and she made sure each and every person on the plane was comfortable and happy, going so far as to move solo passengers to empty rows so they could have more space. I wish she could be on every flight I take."
Pros: "There was an agent named Christopher working at the Delta terminal in San Diego, and he was tremendous to work with."

Pros: "The fact that military personnel and retired military personnel and their spouse can check in luggage for free. The check in crew was also very courteous."

Horrrrrrible experience. Staff didn't seem to care. They put everything on their supervisor and she tried to help"
Cons: "After landing, we were waiting on the tarmac for sometime and I needed to use the restroom I was an allowed to do so. It would’ve taken me a short short time. I went to The rear of the plane to use the restroom and was told to get in my seat."

Cons: "I have travel with WestJet many times is the past and had nothing but good to say. This was my first time using WestJet Encore and was totally shocked and disappointed. The flight crew i found to be very rude with and had an attitude. The biggest shock was the greetings and all announcements were in English accept the safety rules where the pre-recorded tape was played. If asked about the return flight from Halifax to Montreal, one word to describe it "disaster". I was totally turned off with WestJet. I will for sure continue using Porter as I was always pleased with there service. As they say "you get what you pay for"."

Cons: "Today in Montreal during boarding the lady coordinating did not give priority to people with children. We were at leastthree families - we were all upset with the situation. However as I have had very good experiences with west jet I consider this an isolated issue."

Pros: "I love flying in a smaller plane. They are usually not full in the morning and so it gave me a lot of space to relax and enjoy the flight from montreal to toronto. The crew was really nice and smilling and they made sure that my pet and I had everything we needed."

Cons: "avoid the westjet encore flights. planes are small and noisy. if you sit next to a window it’s impossible to comfortably put both feet on the ground. if you pay for plus seating on an encore flight you’re basically paying to get on and off first. there’s no extra room and would be more fairly priced at $10."
The flight was delayed for more than 5 hours. It was a headache trying to wait for the plane after it got delayed over 4 times. Both Flights took were delayed for 4+ hours... After all the rebooking and navigating around the airport it was a complete hassle

Cons: "We sat in the dark on the tarmac with the door open and below freezing temperatures with irregular updates as to the delay or expected arrival time. The flight details were not updated to say the flight would be delayed until after it was originally to have arrived in Milwaukee."

Cons: "The rude British Airways representatives at check in should be retrained. One gentleman asked me if I wanted to check in my carry on because the flight was full. He said it was optional and I said no. He continued to pressure me into doing this and I clearly told him no several times. I guess he got upset that I didn’t wanna check in my bags that he asked me to place my SMALL CARRY ON (my backpack) in the luggage size checker to verify it fit. It did fit except a small part poked out because I had stuffed some souvenirs in there. It was clearly small and could clearly fit under my seat, but he said I had to check it in. This angered me but I kept my cool and walked away. Customer service doesnt start with British Airways."

Cons: "The pilot arrived late because he went for a Tim Horton's coffee (I know that because I was in first row and I heard the flight attendants talking about that). Then, after he finally arrived with a tray full of coffees, there was an issue with the jet's computer and had to reset it and we had to wait even more. When we finally arrived, our Gate was taken by other plane already and we had to wait (more) for the first one to be available for us. Then, when we finally got our Gate, there was another issue, now with the "finger". They weren't able to move it and connect it to the plane to get off of it. So we had to wait AGAIN. And finally as soon as we got off the plane, they were supposed to give us our carry ons on the aisle (Because it was a small plane CR700) , but again, we had to wait almost 10 minutes so that they could send the luggage... To make things worse, I had a first class ticket and I couldn't get the perks of it at the airport. Because they said I wasn't flying in an international flight. Come on?! Canada->USA->Mexico is not International??? You lost me AA."
