I didn't have any problems during my flight. My main issue is with airlines in general, they keep offering less and less every year, AirTransat is no different.
We are a senior couple (70+) and chose emergency exit seats so we would have 2 seats together and neither of us had to sit in a middle seat. My husband is type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump and I monitor his blood sugar levels. I am 5'9" and 250 lbs and found the seats extremely uncomfortable. Toward the end of the flight I developed diarrhea which lasted a full 24 hours.
I was supose to have a carrey on incluided for each passenger and they made me paid 75$ each at the gate.

The flight crew were very good, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience left much to be desired. The food was extremely bland—almost tasteless. We chose the non vegetarian .The lasagna was just plain pasta with a tiny garnish and no seasoning. It felt like eating starch only, The bigger issue was with luggage and space. We boarded with three tickets, and while the seats in front of us were nearly empty, all the overhead compartments had already been filled by passengers boarding to the back. This left us and many others with no overhead storage for our carry-ons. Our bags couldn’t fit well under the seats either, which meant we lost the little legroom we had. The result was a horrible, cramped experience—sore knees, no space to stretch, and no way to rest or sleep comfortably. According to the crew this was a rather normal thing. It is obviously normal that people board with handbag and carry on but they should be only allowed to use their overhead compartment and under their seat not the way it is managed that all the spaces in the front of the plane being occupied by the people sitting way back in the plane.
Nice complete meal included and great services. Plus the plane was very clean.
The plane was pretty full, and we dis not have any includes meal for our 4h30 flight? And on-board entertainment wasn't available, there was no TV or plugging to charger your device on the plane. They told us to download an app if we wanted to watch movies but it never connected, that was a disappointment, the r we st was very good though and the crew were really nice!
Not necessarily a Transat issue but it took 2 hours to go through immigration. Tried to reach out to Transat for resolution but was unable to reach an agent.
Terrible! Our flight was cancelled. No other nonstop flights available. Had to rent a car and drive 7 hours!
I really enjoyed the delicious food and the delicious breakfast; I also liked the seat—it was very comfortable—and the service was absolutely wonderful. The trip was smooth.
The food was awful. It had more than 2 hours delay. It was too expensive
They are offering less and less for more and more. They changed our seat that we paid extra to select at the last minute. The seats are way too narrow and my elbows went numb.
My original flight was canceled the day before due to mechanical issues. I had to rebook and spend $129 for a night at the airport Comfort Inn.

lack of older, great films. Too many child-oriented films. Calculate your % of children passengers, which will be minor.
Delayed 2 and a half hours Middle seat next to a majorly overweight guy who took up most of my seat

Didnt make it on flight. Flight was delayed. Then had to get rebooked for a flight that was 8 hours later. Guess who had to wait for 8 hours at the airport?
