One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.

Left us to take day earlier and we could not changed last flight( Toronto- Thunder Bay). We had to come on Aug 22. and stay in Toronto for 27 hours and than take a flight to Thunder Bay on Aug 23. We lost a day of our vacation, had to stay at hotel. Not good experience at all. We still don’t know whom to complain about that."

The seating in economy (seats 36A and 36C and an Airbus 330-300) was generous compared to other airlines we've flown recently (e.g., on a 777 with United on the way over, and that was "Economy PLUS!). The food was much better than the United flight, and really, it was almost too much. I'm home 14 hours after landing and I'm still not hungry. They were also very generous with the drinks and worked to keep us well hydrated with water and juices. The crew was very pleasant and accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience and I will certainly look to Lufthansa first for my next transatlantic flight."
Cons: "My one gripe was that it was very hard to hear the audio on the in-flight entertainment system. I even abandoned one movie I really wanted to see because I couldn't follow the dialogue. Also, I discovered late in the flight that the view screen pivoted and this would have helped in enjoying the videos more. Here's an idea for Lufthansa: how about adding "Tips" to somewhere in the Entertainment system to improve your seat, viewing, and other experiences. For instance, I wasn't aware that the head cushion on the seats were adjustable to better support your head. One last thing, on the entertainment system, it appears to be browser based, but sadly lacks a "Back" button equivalent."

It was not our fault that we could not connect in Portugal, every other airlines would make resonable accommodations with out any extra charge. Worse, after 2-hours with customer service, nobody there made any real attempt to remedy the situation or offer any compensation. Worst airline experience EVER."

And even that one didn't play through....apparently, at some point they determine its "bedtime" and turn off the IFE!! Crazy in this day and age!!! Also, the plane is old and REALLY worn. Lots of dirt, tired seats, yucky bathrooms, etc. This plane needs an overhaul!! No storage anywhere in the seats either, which was shocking. And the angle lay flat seats are certainly fantastic in comparison to Coach seats, but still hard to sleep and get comfortable."

Our flight was delayed taking off by an hour then we sat, with the seatbelt light on, for another hour. There was not enough overhead baggage space so there was a lot of arguing and jostling people around. There was not enough leg room to sit comfortably and the seats were very narrow, even for a thin person like myself. We were served bread with cheese, a mini muffin and a child size yogurt. The only good thing about the flight was that it was short. At the airport, we had to ride a bus to the terminal upon arrival.

To begin with, our flight closed down boarding over an hour before the take off time. When I asked why the flight boarded so early, a flight attendant snapped at me that it was not early. Okay then. Our flight was two hours delayed (so we sat there for three hours) and during that time I asked for a glass of water and was yelled at to sit back down. I attempted to use the bathroom and was yelled at to sit back down. Other passengers became desperately thirsty and antsy, and they were also yelled at by the staff. I was anticipating another full day of traveling after my flight so I attempted to sleep as soon as the lights went off. I was woken up at midnight because the woman, who I assume had never flown on an airplane before, sitting behind me wanted me to lift my seat up while she ate her dinner. Everyone else on the flight was eating with the seat in front of them reclined, but of course I was woken up, yelled at by the staff, and had my seat forcibly returned to the upright position. When breakfast came around, I was deep in sleep, and the flight attendant snapped my seat up (waking me up) without even asking. I was the only person on the flight who had their seat snapped to the upright position for breakfast this way. They also demanded the pillows and blankets be returned over an hour before landing time. It was service so outrageously bad that the entire experience felt surreal, and I had to keep checking with my friend that the events I was experiencing were actually happening."

After midnight after several complaines, they sent us to a hotel near by where we had to share with strangers because there was not enough rooms to all of us. When entering again the airport, the boarding pass had the wrong date, the crew coulnd`t change it on their system and the police didn`t wanted to let us in. After almost 1 hour waiting, they let us go in and again, our passport was checked around 10 times by different people, why?! Don`t they trust their colleagues work?! Anyway, never again!"
Pros: "Overalll good flight. Crew was nice and efficient. Seat was nice but no power port for recharging in business. Was was upsetting was they had a big ad at the airport about trying their last minute upgrade deal but when I did that they ended up charging me more than if I had paid for business class online. Felt a bit cheated on that one."
Pros: "The airline itself is pretty decent. The food is good enough. The dreamliner is a joy to fly. Entertainment at the seat is pretty good as well. The crew was friendly even though their english was quite hard to understand on the PA system. What I do like is that the crew does not sit there badgering you about cell phones and the like. Boarding could definitely be improved. It is like one huge gaggle of people when they ask to board. At least the flight operates on time."

Cons: "We ordered kosher meals. There were 5 of us. They brought us vegetarian food and said this is what they have. After explaining that we can't eat that food, otherwise we would have ordered it, they said it's normal and that we should have brought food. They didn't even apologize. Their careless behavior was rude and unacceptable. How can u let 5 people go hungry for 7 hours? The bathrooms were so dirty and smelled! There was urine on the floor and I heard many passengers mention it to them, they still didn't clean it. It definitely the last time I fly Royal Air Maroc. It saddens me to not use the local airline. Especially since I'm born in that Country. I, sadly can not recommand this airline to anyone who eats Kosher."
