A lot things happened in this trip.The fly should be less stress.
Simply as follows:- First, there was no vegetarian option for the meal Second, only 2 washrooms for the entire economy class.
Tell people to remain in their seats during the meal/beverage distribution. Enforce boarding by group numbers. No one was checking. Tell people to turn their electronics speakers off. Bigger cups for drinks.
Not being in the back row and having to pay for a better seat
On the trip to Rosario, we raw dogged it for 7 hours. No wifi, no charging outlets, Gilbert girls on every third row monitor with no audio. It was better on the return flight—at least we had screens and earplugs.
I was supposed to have a lay flat seat but they switched planes and there was only a chair
Copa crew is almost never great in terms of service.
Left my bags in origin city on a business class ticket , spent about 2-3 days in the same clothes plus the flight .
other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....
I liked the friendliness of the crew and comfortable flight. All good.
Overall, it was good. I was seating next to a wonderful lady and did not notice how time flew. Thanks
Very nice and clean plane. Transit time between flights was tight though

There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.
The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh
The check-in and passport submission was complicated and repetitive, due to the poor communication between Air Canada and United. There should have been a single set of instructions and a single questionnaire that provided the data for both airlines.
It was good! Appreciated that it was very on schedule so it made the connecting flight less stressful
Internet was not working for a bet . Hard to order food with our credit card because it was not in your system .
Booked economy through United - air canada treated it as standby and was almost refused boarding.
This may have been the hottest cabin temperatures I have experienced on any flight prior to take off lasting for approximately 30 minutes. I am not typically one to complain but I was genuinely worried about the health of several passengers on the flight due to the extreme temperatures including a small toddler.
I got bumped by Qantas to American Airlines incurring a 6 hr layover at lax. I was not happy
Air conditioning was out for about 15 minutes that made it uncomfortable. WiFi went out halfway into the flight. Flight was about 45 minutes late.
The flight was on time and crew were nice, seats were tight and there was entertainment available
Worst flight ever. I was suppose to have a 3 1/2 hour layover in Chicago but got to the gate 4 minutes before boarding.
A cookie and a soda, packed like sardines, will never be a positive experience. Also, boarded a 5:30 flight at 7:45pm
We got upgraded for this flight. But the particular bright spot was the flight attendant in our cabin. She was attentive but not intrusive. She interacted in a personal way with each passenger and gave a great service. Thank you!
The crew was very helpful and the aircraft was clean. More attentiveness to us in business class.
Horrible costumer service i was treated very bad the crew were rude 😟 didn’t get my wheelchair that I requested I was the last one the get in because no seat was assigned and after my 2 stroke I cannot be on my feet for too long but they didn’t care didn’t take my medicine on time because all the complications and delays when my bag was sent already I hope yall can train your crew better.
Crowed but safe flight and arrived at my destination on time
