It was my first trip with BermudAir and a great experience. Organized boarding and the staff were polite and professional. The Bermuda shorts on the male attendants is a nice touch! I look forward to flying with BermudAir again in the near future!

Excellent, as always. Friendly, free in-flight service of drinks and those delicious chocolate chip cookies. Arrived 17 minutes early. However, no in flight entertainment – 2 hours to read a book!

It was perfect! Will try to use BermudAir when it works.

HORRIBLE WITH THEIR WEBSITE!!! WORST WEBSITE IN THE WHOLE AIRLINE INDUSTRY

There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.

The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh

The check-in and passport submission was complicated and repetitive, due to the poor communication between Air Canada and United. There should have been a single set of instructions and a single questionnaire that provided the data for both airlines.

It was good! Appreciated that it was very on schedule so it made the connecting flight less stressful

Internet was not working for a bet . Hard to order food with our credit card because it was not in your system .

Booked economy through United - air canada treated it as standby and was almost refused boarding.

It was our first time flying wit Air Canada. I found most everything very good, however, our flights leaving and returning were both delayed. And we were met with no place to de-board the plane and had to wait an additional 45 minutes on the plane after arrival. That was very disappointing. Also hefty fees both ways on what would normally be a carry on bag on any other airline.

Traveling from Montreal to SFO, after landing in SFO, there was no announcement about where to claim our luggages. Our gate was in Terminal 1, and went to the luggage claim area in T1, but couldn't find any information on the screen. Eventually, an airport agent told us that our luggages would arrive in Terminal 2 luggage claim area.

Very good, easy to check in, 24 hours to cancel, good prices, nice flight attendants!

Great flights. Only criticism is when landed I. Montreal, wheelchair service has no signage or anyone letting you know where to go , just an older gentleman at the desk looking confused

This is a regional jet. As far as those go it was average. Again poor quality for an expensive seat. Not worth the upgrade

All went really well. Except that I was randomly chosen to be thoroughly checked!!

We were reluctant to travel with Air Canada after reading many bad reviews; however, we were more than satisfied with the experience flying from San Francisco to Montreal and back. Seats were comfortable (although on the return flight we had very little leg room) and the crew was friendly and competent. The entertainment was outstanding, with hundreds of choices, from movies to shows to comedy. Our luggage was delivered in a timely manner (a little slow in San Francisco) and we were sent tracking notices all along the way through the Air Canada app. I wouldn't hesitate to travel with Air Canada again.

The flight departed more than an hour later than expected. The flight itself was good. No other problems.

It was pretty good. The transatlantic flights can be tough on any airline, but this was a decent experience. The only thing I disliked was the airline crew moved my carry on bag without telling me or explaining anything. If I was sleeping during that part, I would’ve assumed it was stolen.

it was by far the worst business class experience i've had. the food was awful, the staff was worthless and lazy, the drinks were warm, no blankets. dirty bathroom.
